I have registered our mobile complaint on your service centre on dt. 8.6.2010 No response on your service centre & did not sort out our problem on till date. I am media employee. Plz. sort out my problem is very earliest.

i have purchased your handset and faced a problem immediately the next day such as it is being chnged from the GENERAL to SILENT BUT NOT ABLE TO CHAGE it back . i have bought it on 06th june 2010. i have already gave it for the service center and they called me the next day saying that yuour mobile is ok now and you can take it but even now iam facing the same problem and one more thing is that i am not able to install any players for the video and also the games can you please let me know thw process.

Hi team,

Please let me know the information as early as possible and also the main problem is that it is always taking 4hrs to get charged fully. I just want to know why iam not able to open my phone when i connect it to my PC if possible can you send me the software if so requiredor the drivers.

i purchased my mobile ie., onida v140 series around 5 months back. now the battery power decreases completely and supportin for even 6hours per day.
can u give any solution for that.

    This is to inform you that i purchase a 1 ton a.c brand of ONIDA on 26/06/2009.Recently my a.c has got a problem of not cooling properly i lodge a complain at thier customer care center with complaint no [protected] on 01/06/2010.In this context i would also like to inform you the a.c is installed at my father's room who is a patient of subdural empyma and doctors prescribe to keep him in cool room.On last week i lodge a complain regarding this one service man came and advice us to properly handle the remote instead of resolving the origin of problem though we have used the machine for near 1 year.i would also like to inform that i lodge the complain again on 1 st of this month explaining them the gravity of the situation and ask for urgent service the customer care center gave me a ph no of a person named mr Biswanath Halder Head of the service (Kolkata North).I had a talk with him on yesterday morning he assured me that tomorrow definately service technician will visit your residence but today also no technician came to visit.My octogenerian father getting ill due to the terrible heat and his condition is very critical.Today itself i enquired at about 5p.m to customer care center of Onida but the call center executive again try to give me the number service center so that i can talk directly to them.My question is what is the necessary to keep such useless customer care center of a company like ONIDA,instead they can give the service center no to their customer and whats for keeping one year warranty period all is bhogus.I am therfore requesting you to look into the matter and ensure that no customer face such a terrible problem of getting service from so called renowned company.

      Onida — Improper service

      Sir,
      On 13 march 2010 , engineer from Onida Customer Relation Center, Adonis Electronics Pvt.Ltd.,Congress Nagar, Nagpur, had come for the servicing of Spilt AC ( AC was functioning in gud condition ) . Since then the AC is not giving cooling effect, for this the complain have been done more than 25 times. But the incharge person is not bothered to take the care and do the necessary.
      Now as summers have started, i nagpur is moving towards extreme heat, i think this type of service centers should be banned from continuing their license of so called customer care.
      I hope the complaint will be resolved..
      Also i want to lodge the claim on the company of Rs. 21000/- for making my AC defunctional plus additional charges of Rs. 20000 /- for ill health caused.

      Sub: Biggest Mistake to buy Ondia Product

      Dear Sir,

      I bought an Onida window Air conditioner (1.5 ton) from M/s Kataria Sales Corp. Bill No:.-19228 dated 9th June09. After thorough research through the market dealers & discussing with them I reached to the conclusion that the Onida is the best package as per my need. Moreover, I even talked to the customer care in comparison with Onida like LG, Samsung etc about the product and vice-versa. Majority of dealers provided me satisfaction and stated more peace of mind in terms of service assistance and durability of Onida’s product. But as far as my experience after the purchase, I felt that it was the biggest blunder of buying Onida. Initially, there was no demonstration after the installation. Later, after 9 months (in the month of March) I made a request for the routine check-up & service provided by the company. After my rigorous follow-up they send an engineer 10 days from the scheduled. Since he (Mr.Prem) came and did the service as per his knowledge and norms. But I was not satisfied by the way he carried his work. Anyhow I have compromised on this because I had already gone through the pain and agony in terms of getting the routine service. After almost a month has past of service, I faced a noise problem. I registered a complaint No:[protected] dated:- 20/4/2010. I made a complained at customer care but no response from them. I again made rigorous follow up on the complaint because of the same experienced I had in the past. At Last I received an engineer (Mr.Amit) for the rectification of the problem after one week. He stated me, the problem occurred due to improper service which led the water to enter in the circuit/Pcb mechanism. He rectified the problem but I asked for the assurance in regard for the smooth functioning of AC. But I again faced a haunting noise after couple of weeks and which force again to make a complaint in this regard dated:-16th May.2010 complaint No:[protected] and I was informed that within 48hrs I will receive a call as such. But the same scenario was there and same kind of reluctance which I had faced earlier in terms of service. Now my faith is totally shattered therefore I asked your people that to refund my money and take your product back. As per my experienced the service is pathetic and the engineer’s are not up to the mark. Meanwhile In this regard I tried to contact to you senior persons associated in Onida. Hence, I came across Ms. Lalita:-[protected] on 24/5/2010 (M/s Adonis Electronics Pvt.Ltd.) at your head office in Delhi situated at Mathura Road. Ms. Lalita after going through the whole problem given me excuse that the system got hanged therefore no person was able to arrived at your place. I was unable to understand exactly that if there has been a system failure then, how I was able to get the complaint no. mentioned above. After all she planned Mr.Amar:-[protected] to visit my place and equally offered me a replacement with latest model of N-series running at present. Mr.Amar visited my house on dated 29/5/2010 and with complete inspection at his end; he also reaches to the same result. He committed me a replacement with the new A/C and added with one year additional warranty as a regard along with the commitments made by Ms.Lalita earlier on the phone and I was promised to receive the new N-series by Thursday: dated:-03/06/2010. After discussing with my family, though I wasn’t interested to keep further relationship with you because by this time I ‘m totally exhausted with kind of turmoil I have gone through with Onida’s system of handling its customers. I am still adamant of not to have an exchange but to have refund. Later I again spoked to Ms.Lalita about not receiving the new AC as per her promised of day & date. Hence, she transfers my case to Mr.Naresh Tomar ([protected]) (BSI) and he told me that he will replace it and now I will receive the new AC by Monday. I said there is no need to replace because your company is least bother about the after sale service. Moreover while talking him (Mr.Naresh Tomar) on phone has no Idea about the problem and the commitments made so far in the past. Being unaware he was totally guessing during the conversation about the problem and commitments made by the earlier persons. He was not even aware that I got one year extended warranty with the new AC against my old one. It really gives me an idea that your company has not system, therefore I demanded for the refund and I requested Mr.Tomar to tell me the complete procedure in such regard. He told me that he will call me by next day between 11am to 12pm. On the next day of his call he comes up with the new solution which I have to accept in any circumstances. He told me that now after escalating this matter to the senior officer, he gave me an option of exchange of AC with the same model (which I’m using at present-WS) and on the other side if I will not accept this offer he will repair the existing AC. I felt very bad on hearing such words. Hence I decided now that, I don’t want to keep further relationship with your brand and I want a refund. Hence from the above process so far, I reached to such conclusion and learnt a lesson that your company is not the reliable company. However you are only bother to make money while selling but least bother to provide service. Therefore a trust for ONIDA as a BRAND OF CUSTOMERS is not your principle and the core value of the company. I also came to know that my complaint has been closed by your person (Mr.Javed Anwar) himself without consulting me or the higher officials of the company.

      Hence I also requested Mr.Prabhakaran ([protected]) that you please look forward to my case. I have also couriered a copy of my mail to Mumbai Head office and at [protected]@onida.com but no reply from your side till date. I want a refund because it is very difficult to keep further relationship with you. The amount of suffering and hypocrisy I have found doesn’t make me to believe in Onida. The behavior from first service to Mr.Naresh Tomar and no reply from head office (Mumbai) have shown me the face of Onida. Since there is no response from head office of your company firms my believe that keeping further relationship will not be fruitful and healthy as they have become bitter in the past. Mr. Prabhakaran accepted incompetence behavior happened with me. How I will accept his offer now to continue a relationship with you. The Onida was not born yesterday; it exists from more than a decade. As you were also aware from above that I haven’t received a satisfactory assistance from your service dept since day first. Who guarantees of your professional standards in future. In hope that I will get the response at last through this mail or else I move to consumer court. Though I also faced a major difficulty reaching anyone of you since no one was providing anyone of yours E-Mail Id or Phone nos.

      i bought window ac two month ago.now it broke fan blade.and i have been suffering since thursday and your service center asked that they ll visit on site to wednesday.i m from punjab (sirhind) it is too hot and air is full of humodity.
      clear its a total waste of time if your calling ONIDA AC customer care and talking to service agencies in local area….and the whole I and my family is a of ONIDA AC Service. ONIDA AC Customer Care is worst. ONIDA AC is worst.

      Onida — Poor Service and Irresponsible action

      Dear Sir / Madam
      This is Dr.N.Kannan from Chennai
      I have purchased a onida microwave oven two years back
      we don't use that maximum but normally once or twice we use to make hot water
      last month it has given some problem, like improper working and timing
      I have launched a complaint on 4th October 2011, Complaint Reference No:[protected] and the

      But still no one has turned up and asked what happened?
      Again I just called your service center and they said today they will send a person to solve
      Is it a way to address the complaint
      How will the customer get satisfied if your service is like this
      For a small product when you show the negligence, how can I buy or recommend your product?

      Onida — product mismatch

      ONIDA AC stopped working 9 months
      Our new ONIDA AC (1. 5 ton, split) was installed on 07 May 2011. Got it serviced for noise disturbance in September 2011. It stopped working on 15 Oct 2011, Sunday (the display shows E6). After booking a complaint, the technicians came and checked the AC on 16 Oct, Monday, but could not fix the problem and i purchased 3 star AC from Jai Mata Electrovision rani bazar bikaner but indoor 5 star and outdoor 3 star

      Onida — No action in spite of regular complaints

      We had purchased Five AC (Split) units for our establishment during Jun 2010 out of five, theree of thee units become defective, consequently complaints were lodged withe your service center.The complaint registered numbers/Docket numbers are 1292, 1294 Dated 11the April, 2012, 1605 Dated 14the April, 2012, 1742 Dated 16the April, 2012.       In spite of repeated requests theese Ac's have not been repaired for last fort Night.

      We had even approached your dealer i.e. DK electronics but all in vain.

      Now please advise us as whom to approach to make theese Ac's functional during thee summer.
      I am Babu from chennai, in my lifetime i have done only one mistake that is i brought ONIDA split AC (from VASANTH & CO ) . while i am typing this message i saw YOUR RATING field, it stats (1 star is bad and 5 stars is good), but i think your product is not enter into that list even one star is much more for you.Now i come to the matter, past three months my ONIDA AC is not working, i was called CC they provide 10-13teen digits numerical values at the end of my call they said that was the COMPLAINT number (i have four complaint no's).Due to your irresponsibility my sister childs are not able sleep in night time (* this is summer season).This is the Customer number- [protected](speak in Tamil).

      At last one thing i want to say if you (ONIDA PRODUCT MANAGEMENT) is not take any action means. Just leave it i will take some action at my self because i have my product warranty, how many times i called to CC, list of tech. persons numbers etc.

      Onida — no response for my A/C complaint

      I had a AMC from ondia for my onida split A/C. I have filed a complaint for my A/C but no one camed yet as I have filled complaint many times first complaint I have filed on 20 march 2013 but yet no one camed and I have send them mail regarding my complaint but no response camed yet.

      I bought an Onida window Air conditioner from
      Value Plus Store 3/74 Sector-G Jankipuram Lucknow, Manger- Saurabh Agarwal [protected]
      on April 29, 2013.
      There has been problem in its working since the very first day.

      I've complaint about the problems at the Value Plus Store

      but there has been no response.

      My onida LCD is no working hence I went in your service center on 26 dec, 2013. Mr. Rakesh Rawat checked LCD & told, LCD not working due to supply not working. He told me I have to

      pay 2000rs ( 1400 rs for supply + 600 rs service charge ), then & there I was paid 600rs service charge in onida service center in patparganj and product order by Mr. Rakesh rawat

      Complaint no - [protected]. After two days your technication come in my home and again checked LCD, he told me there is no supply problem, there is a mother board problem in

      your LCD and he said now I have to pay 2200rs for the same. After this Mr. Rajesh comes in my for service two times, first time which he carried mother board was not working and

      second time he again carried board and when he place board in LCD, there was no sound in LCD. (How can I now Its a new or old board, which he place in LCD)
      ), hence LCD is not working, He said he was unable to found out this problem. He told me now he again come in my home for LCD service on 4 jan, 2014 but when Today I called in

      customer care then executive told me the complaint is closed then I am shocked my LCD is not repair why my complaint has been closed and again I forward new complaint

      [protected]. I speak to Manoj in service center but he not provided me any resoulation Please look into this matter. No body is take care now I am very upset.
      Please provide some extra training to your technication which the innocent people not facing this type of problem. I never refer to my friend and relation to purchase any onida product.

      Stil please suggest and look into this matter.

      I therefore request you to take necessary and immediate steps. I will be highly obliged.

      I am Sandeep Thor at -[protected] reside in Ghansoli Navi Mumbai, have purchased Ac in 9/11/2013, there is water dripping problem, , complaint to the Kamotha service centre

      There technician came twice but could not sort the problem, now they say you talk to the dealer who has installed the ac

      It seems the technicians are not trained proper;ly.

      The Ac is in Warrenty period.

      My ac problem still not solved, there is the manufacturing defect in the ac, as it is spiliting water from the blower.

      Your Kamothe service centre technician visited my home twice but could not repaire.&
      the dealer technician visited twice but could not find solution.

      As the Ac is faulty & it is manufacturing defect, & it is under warranty i want it to be replaced at the earliest.

      I want to share some lazy thing about your onida service


      I have purchase onida1.0 TON AC on 03/05/2010, rcently I go for complaints on January-2014 in onida customer care Chennai, but they told that complaint was close, they told because no response from my side, but actually what happen(after closing my complaint) after a week onida service engineer came to my home take complaint I told, already complaint in customer care, he told I know we will take care, then, I told no cooling sir they accept my complaint and gone, but next day they send three technician come and remove my indoor unit after 10 days, he put back and told no problem sir, then they remove outdoor unit after 15 days Feb-15/02/14 they fix back they told condenser cooling coil leak now ok sir they charge Rs3750 +850( they totally damage my out door unit I have photo also that one) only two days again same problem no cooling they came now and told compressor problem sir, then I told initially that problem only told, but no body care that one, they told compressor under warrenty, Pr was raised wait for week they told to me, but after after 15 days only they told compressor reach to service center apr-2rd night they keep new compressor in my house, after 3 days two technician came fix back theytold having some problem in fixing we want to take outdoor unit to service centre, ok I allow to take him, but after 4 days they fix back Apr-6th morning everything ok sir, they put Rs 450 service charge, then the next day 7th april again same problem, compressor not working, no cooling I call that tech, he open that out door unit and told gas leak I all the tube condenser coil, so, we want to change new one may it will cost around Rs 6000 he told, then he kept unit open condition still no responsefrom compny PR raised waiting waiting.

      1.ON 3 rd April I hand over my outdoor unit good condtion only for compressor changing purpose

      on return back condenser cooling coil all are found leak, who is response, myself or company, that my Question

      2.they remove orginal capacitor, and stainer also, now there is no stainer in my out door unit.where is that one .who is culprit onida tech


      Please take necessary action, i have all eviedence copy also, i want change outdoor cooling coil without any cost

      by company.otherwise next I give complaint in consumer court with all evidence with damage condensor photo copy

      We had purchased a onida tv and it had a warranty of a year given by your respected company and the tv had been facing lot of problems since the day it was purchased and we had filed a first complaint stating that the television speakers were not functioning properly on july 15th 2013 and the service team said that the speakers were not good by default and they replaced with new speakers for the tv and we found out that it had a problem in ten days after the day of service was done and it was noted that the speakers were not a new one and once again we had given a call to the service team stating that the new speakers were not working properly and the service team arrived to fix it and it was found that the first time replacement were not new speakers which was fixed and they removed and changed to new speaker.The problem was not yet fixed till now because after the new replacement of speakers also the speaker was performing well for just 10 months and now it has the same issue and the speakers for the tv is not working at all.We as valuable customers knows the value of money and the service provided by your onida team is really poor.If we cannot have a good product of your company with good quality then why are wasting our hard earned money on this.I really suggest you to give an explanation on why the service team had changed a used speaker for a new tv even when the tv had a poor speakers from the day of purchase, If money becomes everything then we as customers can go nowhere to have good products in the country.I would request you to look after the issue and send the service team to our billing address as soon as possible and do the needful.Thank you.Below mentioned is our address:

      I had given a complaint on 12th of July wide complaint number [protected].Till date my TV complaint has not been attended.I must have made at least 40 calls to [protected] & must have spoken to equal number of executives, some names are JYOTHI/Shesnag but all in vain.I had got a number [protected] & called that number also.Once this person responded & said it will get solved in 24 hrs.For that too 10 days have past, Now he has stopped taking my calls. Why this type of behaviour & POOOOOOOR response iam unable to understand.

      I had purchased a Plasma TV around 4 years back & wanted to get it serviced & repair of remote for which iam ready to pay also.

      I am a Customer of ONIDA .I Had Purchased an ONIDA LED TV the TV Purchased was just 1 yesr and 3 months .They said warranty expired .Is a branded product work only for 1 year .

      The response from the service center is very very Poor. There is no proper answer .request you to contact them and ask them to give a polite and correct answer.

      I Spoke to Aynawaram Service center Person Mr.Gajendhiran he had a worst Behavior while arguing .He uses avoidable words to me which hurt me a lot.

      Speaking to the Service center and the Head Office the argument started he started a Rough Argument. I even told I will be Mailing this issue to ONIDA Higher Officials all over INDIA .He Said “ I Don’t CARE “.

      I Request some of the higher people to take Action on this and get my TV Serviced Politely in free of cost and also not to Behave like this to any other Customers.

      Or else hereafter I will not recommend ONIDA Brand to any of my Friends, Relatives and persons Known by be on my Business field and Spread my worst Experience in my Wattsapp, Facebook, Twitter etc.,

      I had purchased Onida Microwave Oven 20L through Flipkart on 22/06/2015 with one year warrenty. On march 17/03/2016 I have lodged a complaint against this Microwave( Heating Proble) to Onida Customer care center and on 19/03/2016 one onida representative visit my house and checked it. That person told some spares have to change and he will come after 2 to 3 days. After that I have called lots of time to Onida Customer Care Center and they told me my complain is showing pending. Now 2½ month is over & none of the service person came to repair the Microwave Oven as on date.

      Now I think I have to go to Consumer court since they are not taking any action.I had never seen and expect such bad service or experience like ONIDA.

      One of the WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE by Onida.
      I have a pending 5th complaint of my Splendor Xcel Washing machine from 01-Apr-16, and the team says spare not ready.
      It seems they only put refurbished part as a replacement, even for the product under warranty.
      You have ro rin around Onida Customer Service, MIRC Electronics and behind every service person begging for a service repair (even for a product under warranry).
      I believe I made a terrible mistake by chosing this Indian brand amidst good quality international brands.

      I bought 1.5 ton split AC of Onida on 23 April 2017. Initially, I went to buy a Voltas AC but the dealer (Ankur Electricals, Sector 18, Noida) convinced me to buy Onida stating that service center of Onida is situated in Noida and there will be no issue in respect of service.

      Just one month later, My AC stopped working and I lodged a complaint on 10 June 2017 (Complaint No. 1706H[protected]. Despite regular follow up, no action has yet been taken to repair my AC. I have called customer care several times who replied to me that your complaint has been forwarded to service center and they(customer care) can not do anything beyond forwarding your complaint.         I had purchase window AC from AC World Chembur. While installation it found crack on outer Grill. Engineer gave assurance that he will change the grill with in 2-3 days. But nobody came. I regularly called the lady who running the AC World shop.First she shown interest and gave assurance to handle this issue.           My 29 " ONIDA KY THUNDER COLOUR TV picture display was stopped and was reported to ONIDA SERVICE CENTER ,KOTTAYAM. They inspected the TV and asked to deliver the TV at the Service Centre which was done on 07 th May 2010. The TV under EWC was allotted Job no. [protected] .Till date they have not repaired the TV and informed me that theyn are waiting for a spare from the manufacturers.

            I have buy an Onida AC i cool 1.5 ton from air care pvt ltd borivali (w) on date 13th April 2010 , it was fitted by Air care engg. by 18th April . It was complete power down on 5th May 2010 , from 6th may onward we are following up with aircare system for repair they took 5 day & many engg. to confirm where is the problem till this time they have not logged the complaint with Ondia they just try to sot out problem them self only. after that we had call with Ondia head ( sandesh Patel) he said there no complaint logged for my problem by air care sys. after that we logged complaint to onida & they send engg but after that we come to know that there is problem with whole indoor ac system as while installation & repairing air care sys engg. had damage inside an AC . we ask air care & ondia to replace the AC as the ac was work only for 144 hours ( 8 hr for 18 day ) after that it was fussed out. The complete MAY month was gone but there is no solution & replacement. Both companies are delaying the service & replacement order. We had so many calls with both the company. But still no conclusion comes out from both.

              I m Subana Balamurugan. We purchased a TV 2 yrs ago (Onida Oxygen 250 )
              Now the TV has generated some colour problems. The screen has faded away with just three colours to display( Green,. Red and Blue).

              Complaint was raised for the first time in the month of January,2010 and one service man named, John Varghese attended it and he compelled us to undertake Maintenance Warranty for 3 yrs beginning January 23,2010.

              The TV was ok for a few days then again the problem resumed and IInd time compalint was raised and attended after 3 days, on April,1,2010.It was attended by Rathanvel.

              Now again the TV has resumed with the same problem, as usual complaint was raised and till now none have attended. When called for follow up the customer care people Navya, Kokila all gave useless answers like server was down and could not give any complaint number, also these esteemed workers of reputed ONIDA brand gave the number of a service personnel who has quit this company 3 months ago.

              What a service????????????????????????????????

              Do you wish anyone to recommend this brand to your friends and relatives.

              Worst of all.


              Very poor service.


              Those who read this please do not purchase any onida brand in fututre.

              Onida Oxygen 250 — incompetent service

              I bought ONIDA OXYGEN 250 on April 2009, but right now it is not working.i complaint about this to ONIDA SERVICE CENTER (PATHANAMTHITTA, KERALA).My complaint number is 1991.But for last 4 days they not even bothered to look at the complaint.My customer warranty card makes no sense.I don't know how to handle this problem.Please kindly help me in this regard

              onida oxygen 250 — Colour Changes

              We purchased one Onida colour TV ( Oxygen250) on 19.06.2011 at Raja Home Appliance .

              Now the TV display was changed in Green Clour ,So all picture was seen in Green Colour . We already raised the complaint to Onida Customer care

              But Still no noday has come and resoilved the prpblem. Everyday i contact customer care and asking about the Complaint.

              But they have confirmed daily that today the technician will come ,but later no boday has come .Now we are very much disappointed with

                I am from Chennai and own a Onida Microwave oven(Model 25LTS22). Two months back the oven was giving problem as whenever it was switched on, the entire power supply of the house trips off. I registered a complaint through the customer service centre.
                An executive named Jayabalan from Adonis electronics, valasarawakkam(authorised service centre) came home on 6th March 2010 and checked the oven and told there is no fault in the oven and asked us to check electric lines.He collected 350 Rs as service charge and told us that in case if the electric line is having no problem, he will fix the problem in the oven and he will not take service charge again.
                Next day I checked with building elcetrician and found there is no problem in the line. We checked in other houses also, the same problem happened with this oven.
                We called customer care to send the executive, they gave new complain number.
                The executive came home again and checked the oven again and informed us that he has to change some part and will bring the spare part once it is supplied to him.He did not turn up till 26th March 2010. When we called him, he asked us to bring the oven to Valasarawakkam service centre.
                We gave the oven at the service centre on 26th March 2010. On 10th April 2010, the oven was given to us back. The executive informed us that the problem is rectified and they have changed few parts like diode, relay etc and charged as 800 Rs.
                But in the reciept there was no details like what they are charging the money for or what parts were changed. It was like a duplicate rent reciept. We fought with the service centre and asked them to atleast mentioned the parts modified. Also the machine was tested just for one minute with a use and throw paper cup with water. The service centre people didnot even had any suitable vessel to test whether the oven works well. They said that for ovens they donot have anything to test and asked
                us to bring it back if we face problems again.

                A worst service centre I have ever seen.

                Now one monthlater on 14th May 2010, the same problem has occured and we are not able to use the oven. I called the customer care and registered a complaint again.
                The representative from Adonis(Iyappan) came home and told this time some parts have to be changed and it will cost 950 Rs. When we argued that same parts were changed during last service in the last month, he says there is no warranty. We called the service centre manager(Ravi) and talked to him. He said that we have to pay additional 800 and take AMC to avoid repeated charges. After argument he asked us to pay 850 totally for the parts and the AMC. I dont know whether Onida is running service centre or something else. I informed the representative to go away and told him that I will put a formal complaint to Onida directly. I am fed up with Onida services and decided never to buy Onida products or recommend to anyone.
                Never ever buy a Onida product in Chennai atleast or else you have to end up going to this stupid service centre for any services.

                  ONIDA A/C purchased on April 2010. It took 5 days for the technician to visit and install the A/C. Within 2 weeks it failed to provide cooling as mercury soared to 45 degrees and started misbehaving. Complained for service on 13th May at 10 AM but no service till this minute on 16th may 2010 8:PM.

                  Complained to their service number and service managers. No Luck. Only God should Save the ONIDA Customers.

                  Onida Split AC — Delays in Service

                  I have an ONIDA Split AC (1.5 T) under AMC.

                  I logged a complaint on 9th / 10th Dec. 2008 for Preventive Maintenance with the company (compliant number - C-6178).

                  Till today (Dec. 29th) - there has been no action taken by the company. I have called up various times and received assurances.

                  i have a 21" color television under ewc no.0626097 dt. 30.09.2006 validity upto 30.09.2010. i have made complaint no.[protected] regarding cercuit problem as detected by the engineer, they have taken away the cercuit with him for further repairing on 29.12.2008. afterward i have made so many call to mr. b.k.nady on tel no.65656240/41 who is workshop incharge. mr. b.k nandy regularly give me the next date due to non availablity of parts.

In a spam of 11 months i got a problem in this product, Water started leaking from the bottom of the indoor unit, then i have given a complaint to Onida service station ( ADONUS ELECTRICALS - Valasaravakkam branch ) through phone for the service in WARRANTY PERIOD. To connect the line to the concern person, it takes 5.45 min . After transfering the line, Telecaller made a registry and gave me a code / reference number[protected] . While having a conversation with them i mentioned, there are 3 elders in which 2 are above 60 of age . Also our fan is not working properly, in this situation even though fan is running the climatic heat is not tollerable . So i made a humble request that AC is most essential . So kindly send the service person as soon as possible . They said according to the rules they have booked our complaint and it will take 2 days of time .I have given the complint on friday . As sunday is a holiday they said only monday they can come and attend. I called them more than 5 times on Monday mentioning, Elders are suffering a lot & since 4 days we havent slept peacefully. On my 5th call at 2.30pm they said Mr.Senthil Kumar has been alloted for service and at 5.00pm i enquired my house members weather anyone has arrived for the service ?, they said till now no one has come.Then i called the customer care again and remainded at 5.30pm. Still now no one has arrived for the service & no action has been taken. I thought branded items are more worth & responsible . Giving money outside to a local mechanic is not too tough, he charges only 450/-, but i hope servicing by a ONIDA mechanic would be a perfect attempt that too in a Warranty Period. BUT now i feel for it. eventhough my house members insisted me not to go for ONIDA AIR CONDITIONAR, I went in search for it due to the BRAND & expected it might last long.

                  Am really fed up of calling Service centre again & again. My humble request to Onida Authority to step in and take the quick, sharp & necessary action to rectify. This is not an order, Whomsoever reads it, " YOU EXPERIENCE OUR PAIN, 4 NIGHTS STRUGGLING WITH MOSQUITOS & HEAT . HOW COULD ELDERS SUSTAIN "

                  I hope ONIDA will try it's best to maintain the customer faith & esteem. Otherwise I need to drop Onida from my mind & tell to all ma friends not to make any attempt in ONIDA products.

                  I booked with Onida AC service centre for normal service after 1 year.
                  My complaint No is D214 which is booked on 12th of April.
                  Till now i made 100 calls to get the service done but not happened yet.
                  I got the Onida AC for it well known brand, but due to the irresponsible service centre, Brand name is spoiling.

                      I have bought a ONIDA Trendy 1.5 ton AC about a year ago. Inspite of several reminders not even once the AC was serviced. I misplaced the AC remote about 3 months back. I had called customer care several times (Complaint nos-[protected] 26-4-10 / [protected] 6-5-10) & complained. Someone came with a remote which did not work.Now I am not able to use my AC for the past 3 months. Is ONIDA going to do anything about this. Prakash ([protected])

                      Onida airconditioner — bad customer service in my area

                      I have an onida ac which is over 2 yrs old. Arround more than a month back I had registered a complaint that my ac is not fuctioning properly. After repeated reminders a technician comes to my place and says that the circuit has to be replaced worth Rs. 1800/- and also the wind flap had to be replaced worth Rs. 450/-. I asked him to do the needfull. He came the next day and replaced the circuit and said that the flap is out of stock. He charged us approx. Rs.2500/- (for circuit + Flap + Service chrgs). No receipt was given for this payment made to him. He said he would receive the flap within the next 4 to 5 days and he would then come and replace the flap and also give the reciept for the total amount mentioned above. Since then this tecnician has not yet turned up (Almost 2 mths now). We have been repeatedly following up with the tecnician and our dealer but the reason given to us is that they have not yet received the flap. I have 2 Acs of Onida. This is realy a very pathetic service i Have ever come across from a reputed company like Onida. I would never go for this brand ever in my life nor would i recomend it to any body. If this is the service provided by your co in this competetive markets speaks a lot about your attitude towards customers. I regret my decision to go for an ONIDA Product.

                      My name is Satpal Rawat & I purchase Onida Window AC last year & 25 Fab 2011 I put request for service & my complaint no is [protected] but your customer care people did not correspond properly even I thought it is like a govt organization I called them so many times... most of the time that no[protected] is busy or sometime if I connected they put me hold for long time...like I don’t have any other work wating on phone 15-20 min is really frustrating hope you understand….finally they gave me one no of Mr. Sophi Kant Suri([protected]) & I was slightly sure that finally my complaint will be attained but when I called on this no it show that no is not working…even when I tried to talk to the senior people through your customer service center again they put me on hold….what that the it is..now I am very frustrated I dont know what I have to do or where I have to complain for this small thing.. really boss if you read this main I don’t know who are you but I tell you….on your manual you people wrote so many big big things…please correct it all is …& really I made a mistake to purchase ONIDA AC & I WILL NEVER SUGGEST TO ANY ONE FOR YOUR AC

                      Onida airconditioner — NOT WORKING AND NOT RESPONDING FROM CUSTOMER CARE

                      I HAD PURCHASED THE ONIDA A/C 1.5 TON (i COOL) MODEL ,

                      PROBLEM STARTED THAT THE INDOOR AND OUT DOOR UNIT RUNNING BUT COOLING NOT EFFECTIVE . SO I COMPLAINT TO CC AND THE TECHNICIAN ATTENDED THE PROBLEM & TOLD THAT GAS NOT AVAILABLE WITH IN ONE OR TO DAYS WE WILL CHANGE IT .

                      AFTER 15 DAYS CAME AND REFILLED THE GAS AND WENT . AGAIN THE SAME PROBLEM FACED .REPEATED TO CALL CC.
                      THE TECHNICIAN CAME AND CHECKED THE COMPRESSOR GETTING TRIP DUE TO VOLTAGE LESS.

                      I TOLD THAT THE VOLTAGE PROBLEM IS THERE AVAILABLE IN EVENING ONLY . BUT WHEN IN MORNING THERE IS NO PROBLEM BUT THAT TIME ALSO IT NOT WORKING. SO PLEASE COME AND CHECK IN MORNING 8:00 TO 11:00 AM ,WHICH IS YOUR CONVENIANT . HE REPLIED OK AND NOT BACK SINCE.


                      AGAIN CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE AND REGISTERED. THE REF NO : [protected] ON MAY 07 2011 .STILL THERE IS NO RESPONCE FROM THERE


                      VERY VERY BAD SERVICE . DUE TO THE DELAY WARRANTY ALSO EXPIRED NOW MY UNIT IN OUT OF WARRANTY.

                        Very poor TV repair service

                          I have purchased a 1.5 ton split AC from Vijay Sales Hadapsar on 17th April. A request was made to deliver the machine on Fri, 23nd April and install it on Sat 24 th April. The machine was installed on 25th and the technician declared that the AC was defective.
                          After repeated calls one Mr Amit Bodhe, from ONIDA, again inspected the machine and declared it defective. He assured me that the machine would be replaced after about 4 days.
                          However, repeated complaints to the ONIDA service centre did not produce any result. The Regional head Mr Rahul Deshmukh refused to speak and we were left to be attended by one miss Firoza, who tried her best to give us whatever little information was passed on to her.
                          A second AC was finally delivered on Fri 8th May. AGAIN the brand new machine was declared defective. A lot of assurances were given about rectifying the fault, but till today, 10th of May, nothing has happened.
                          I managed to get the mobile number of Mr Deshmukh who has now informed me that a THIRD new machine is being dispatced to my house!!!!
                          I wonder if there is any concept of Quality Control being followed by ONIDA.
                          I shudder to think of the service levels I will recieve if the third machine is again found faulty OR if it goes defective after use.

                              I purchased Onida Speed cool 1.5 Ton A.C. Some times not working properly.I was lodged complaint, nobody came to attend the problem. The Service facility offered by them is very very worst. Buying time also, I paid whole money, I got it only after two weeks later.
                              This time I booked a complaint( No:[protected]), they came after long struggle and removed the part. Before remove the board the technician strongly beaten the board located area for problem correcting. Is it a correct method for solving electronic problems?

                                I bought a Onida DVD player, Model-HDR - 5522 ATOM on 29 April 2010 and had hardly used it for 5-6 times since then. Its remote control had stopped working. There is no provision on the DVD Player to play and rest of the functions.

                                I appoached the Agency from where i had purchased the DVD Player along with bill and i was informed that there is no Warranty on the remote.

                                It is really frustrating that I had purchased a Branded DVD Player only for the sake of warranty and quality. BUT it had stopped working so soon when i had hardly used it and on top of it there is no warranty and simply they told to purchase nw remote which will be in range - Rs. 400-450.

                                Onida products are very bad in quality and advice all people not to buy any onida products they are really cheaters

                                I have faced the same problem with the same player. further, i gave it to the onida authorised service center since the AVI files r not playing in this ATOM plater. they took 25 days to give the player back without doing anything. After coming from service, the remote stopped working and i am hearing the ggiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii...rrrrrrrrrrrrrrr sound when i am putting the dad in the player, they simply saidthey cant do anything.My RS.3000 is mere a waste within 3 months of time. So, Please dont buy onida players and say a big NOOOOOOOOO... to all onida products.

                                  I have an Onida window AC model no. WO18.The compressor of which is out of order now. Since the compressor is still in warranty I lodged several complaint at Ondia Service Centre,Basoya Complex, Naya Bans ,Sec-15,Noida. One compaint at 27th Oct 2009 on which no action was taken. when i raised the issue against it they files a new complaint in January but the result was same.So finally they again filed a complaint in march no. MH2338 but still the compressor has not been replaced. I am clueless what to do now.

                                    I have purchased ONIDA 1.5 ton Window Air Conditioner ( Model No. WG 18 ) on 01/05/2009 with one year warranty. My AC was not working properly on 25th April, 2010. I have given complaint request to the customer care on 19th April, 2010 with the complaint No. '[protected]'.

                                    The technician visited my home on 20th of April, 2010 and told me that my AC requires an electronic instrument which is not in the stores.They can fix my AC only when they got that instrument from the company ONIDA.

                                    I recalled in customer care on 21st April, 2010 for the same and got the new complaint No. '[protected]' & '[protected]'.

                                    Today is 30th April, 2010 and they are not providing any information regarding when they will rectify my AC.

                                    I m Puneet Malik from Panipat. From last 20 years we r using the products of Onida but this time the dealer BALAJI HINDUSTAN ENTERPRISES (G.T. ROAD. NEAR H.D.F.C. BANK) has done a big fraud. Because last year we bought a split AC and that time he sent a used AC to us and the stabilizer was also not in work. We did not complaint for them but now when the compressor of AC is not working then no one even the service centre and the dealer is not taking the responsibility even they are not listening. And they are saying that you have to pay the charges for gas and service. But there is 5 years warranty of the motor of AC and compressor is a part of motor. So I want to post this complaint.
