I m Subana Balamurugan. We purchased a TV 2 yrs ago (Onida Oxygen 250 )
Now the TV has generated some colour problems. The screen has faded away with just three colours to display( Green,. Red and Blue).
Complaint was raised for the first time in the month of January,2010 and one service man named, John Varghese attended it and he compelled us to undertake Maintenance Warranty for 3 yrs beginning January 23,2010.

The TV was ok for a few days then again the problem resumed and IInd time compalint was raised and attended after 3 days, on April,1,2010.It was attended by Rathanvel.
Now again the TV has resumed with the same problem, as usual complaint was raised and till now none have attended. When called for follow up the customer care people Navya, Kokila all gave useless answers like server was down and could not give any complaint number, also these esteemed workers of reputed ONIDA brand gave the number of a service personnel who has quit this company 3 months ago.
What a service????????????????????????????????
Do you wish anyone to recommend this brand to your friends and relatives.
Worst of all.
Very poor service.
Those who read this please do not purchase any onida brand in fututre.

i have purchased your handset and faced a problem immediately the next day such as it is being chnged from the GENERAL to SILENT BUT NOT ABLE TO CHAGE it back . i have bought it on 06th june 2010. i have already gave it for the service center and they called me the next day saying that yuour mobile is ok now and you can take it but even now iam facing the same problem and one more thing is that i am not able to install any players for the video and also the games can you please let me know thw process.

Please let me know the information as early as possible and also the main problem is that it is always taking 4hrs to get charged fully. I just want to know why iam not able to open my phone when i connect it to my PC if possible can you send me the software if so requiredor the drivers.

i purchased my mobile ie., onida v140 series around 5 months back. now the battery power decreases completely and supportin for even 6hours per day.
can u give any solution for that.
