I, Dr.Vishal Shah am running successfully 8 beds hospital at Ghodasar-Isanpur location, Ahmedabad-380050.
I had purchased an “Onida Air conditioner” for my hospital from Vijay Sales located at Krishnabaug, Maninagar, Ahmedabad-380008 on[protected] via .
Problem started immediately within 1-2 months with the A.C. whenever we switch on the A.C. ,it stopped either immediately or within 2-3minutes. When ever the compressor starts, power supply automatically cut off for the whole hospital. I called the Onida service centre and the executive attended the call and solved the problem, but for a few days.
I had to call him subsequently for 7-8 times, for which he gave a different reason each time namely capacitor problem, compressor problem, loose wire, etc. Each time he attended and solved the problem temporarily.
Before 2 weeks, I called his manager also whose name is Mr.Akhtar mob no [protected].He once again assured me of solving the problem but at the same time He did not give the permanent solution to the same problem going since last 1year and also ask me that he will start charging now onwards as the warranty period and free service has expired. He has agreed in any way to extend its warranty for a month more. They are not able to find the actual problem and now suggesting that problem is in the ELCB switch which my electrician denies. What if I change that switch which will cost me approximately Rs. 2000 and the problem persists????????? Will they replace my faulty A.C.???
Moreover last week I had some other problem in my second A.C. which is the same model and is in a patient's room. For this problem also, I was not given a satisfactory service.
My question is what if the same problem arises after the period of extra warranty that he has given to me. I also called Mr.Kanu Patel Mob no [protected], who is senior to Mr.Akhtar. But he is also not complying

Kindly solve my problem because both me and my patients are suffering because of poor service.
