I purchased JVC 42" LCD TV (Model LT - 42 Ex 18) from Jackys, Century Mall, Souk Al Bahar, Dubai vide invoice RSICS 400777 dated 30 May 2009. The set has an international warranty of 1 year from the date of sale. Within 4 months of its operation, the set got conked off and went dead in Sept 2009.
JVC has co-hosting for after sale services with ONIDA, as given in the product manual, so I approached their local office at panipat....

We have three porfolios nos 2960 in name of Virendra Kumar Rathi, 2959 in name of Laxmi Rathi and 2961 in name of Kishori Lal Rathi wherein we invested Rs 6600 each which were to be redeemed for Rs 9000 each on 30.04.98. Company has not returned any money and has now vanished.
Pls help us in getting our money and interest for total period.

my tv onida 29 oxygen 300w is not working from 22 jan i have launched several complaints against it.my latest complaint no.is[protected] which was launched on 15 february at 11.am.till date only once a technician named RAVIKANT came n looked n said u can watch ur tv as it is as crackers type sound was coming from it.he took up the sign of my father on a paper and told that he has to show in the compnay that he has visited our place.afterwards...

I have bought an Onida G490 mobile phone. The IMEI no are: - [protected] & [protected]. The dealer is Jay Ambeshwar mobile centre Ahmadabad.
With a view to get GPRS settings for my ONIDA G490 mobile I have done so many phone calls to the customer care officers of Bsnl, Airtel & Idea. But it was in vain. The customer care officers replied that I cannot get GPRS settings for my ONIDA G490 mobile....

Hello Sir, I have purchased onida G510 with serial no. G[protected] on 15th january 2010. which restarts many time and having network problem. I have been to the mobile dealer first to inform about the problem. but the dealer directly sends me to the service center. where i submitted my handset on 20/01/10. which is still there and there is no sign of getting repaired or any other task as the handset is new. the company is sort of spares....

We had purchased Onida Lexini 32 inch LCD in 2007, and it was running fine till 1st week of January '10. It stopped working, and only audio was coming.

My TV has stopped working since FRIDAY. I gave a complaint(NO 0006) to the Hyd Office. I had the same problem earlier and was rectified at Rs.1800.00. Mr Rajesh visited promptly on Saturday and said it will be repaired by Tuesday.
