    Dear Sir/ Madem,

    My Onida G-460 Mobile USB Cable only Chargeble for PC Not Work for as aRemovable Disk.

    I go for Service Center and Check the mobile but service center man are ans is sir USB only for as a PC Charger not a Removable disk buy last time i m use for a removable disk and copy and paste my photo.

    So kindly Some help for Repair my mobile ya no reparie my mobile for USB

    here is so many problems in onida mobile and company attitude is very negetive so cant purchase next time
    I fully agree with the complaints. Just before three days i.e on[protected], I have purchased ONIDA
    Dual sim mobile G570. The wender told me that it has data cable, which you can attach with your PC and enjoy downloading the latest contents as needed by you. Sir I am tyring for the last 3 days to connect my G570 with laptop but failed. The message on the pc is'''''your USB device is not ready to connect with PC.
    I tried my best to download a PC suit and essential drivers to connect my phone, but after too much labour, I could not succeed. (1) Hence there is no software in the handset, so that handset may work like a removable device.
    (2) There is no PC-Suit online by the onida mobile. No other PC Suit is compatible with this handset.
    I think as in today's world, a multimedia handset is useless if it can not be attached with PC. There is the best justification with its lower prices. You can not say that the prices are well reasonable or low. There is no service center by onida and onida do not come with well needed software for multimedia handsets. Hence there should be a complete ban on this manufacturer to sell mobile phones in the market.

      sir i have purchased onida ultrasim tv.from aurangabad big bazar on 27/3/2009. i have warrenty card and your computer bill.computer bill is difficult to read as almost erased .service centre is asking for detailed bill which i have lost. sir i have purchased tv just before 6 months i m kindly requesting u to please help me in this regard by giving photocopy of original bill so that i can approach service center

        Dear Sir,

        I have given my Onida DVD Player model NO DFX7100 to the authorised service centre in Kakinada of East Godavari District, for the repair of DVD LENS, i have waited for 7months, but not yet repaired, I asked them to return my Dvd Player back on the stage which I have given to them, but getting back my dvd player I found My Original Mother Board was missing,

        I have given complaint against the service engineer to the incharge of the authorised service centre, , even though I am not getting proper response from them

        I request your kind honour to take proper action against them, for which act of kindness I shall be grately thankful to you Sir,

        dvd player — irresponsible service centre

        respected sir/madam,
        i purchased a dvd player from yr dealer m/s shehnai videos 3 yrs ago.my player is not working since two yrs.i went to shehnai and they redirect me to yr service centre solution plaza,dugri canal road,ludhiana.at the spur of the moment thay told me to purchase a new dvd player from the local market.i asked that i dont want to have new player but i can spend the required money on the existing piece of mine.they replied that the parts r not available from the co. side. now u plz tell me where is my fault .i purchsed samsung player for rs.5500. instead of 2000.
        CAN U PLZ HELP ME?

          THE ABOVE TV IS NOT FUNCTIONING SINCE ONE MONTH.GIVEN FOR REPAIRS WITH ONIDA TV SERVICE CENTRE GUNFOUNDRY THEY REPAIRED AND INSTALLED AT MY RESIDENCE AFTER 10 MINUTES SCREEN HAS BECOME BLUE WITH LINES HORIZONTALLY SOME TIMES IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PROGRAMME. THE COMPLAINT REFERRED TO THE ABOVE STATED SERVICE CENTRE WHO HAD ADVISED THEIR KUKATPALLY SERVICE CENTRE. MR RAVI FROM KUKATPALLY CENTRE HAD ATTENDED AND FAILED TO RECTIFY THE FAULT BUT HE SPOILED THE TV NOW WE ARE NOT GETTING PICTURE TOTALLY AND NO ONE IS RESPONDING TO OUR CALL.             I have complains with suppler General Stores, Roha in september last year and after six month authorised mechnic reported he unable to find out the problem and till date the TV is not working last three year I unable to watch the TV continously six month continously I require to get the service of mechanic and respons is not received from the company

              This is in addition to a series of grievance mails which I had sent earlier reporting issues with my LCD and consecutively it was resolved after 'n' followups and calls.

              The service centre people had told us that the video input of the LCD was damaged and this could be due to our set top box or ONIDA DVD player video inputs, though we are still not sure about the credibility of the statements they had made . It was possibly only their assumption or perhaps wanted to play it safe !! Anyways, we had spent about Rs 6000 to get the whole of the electrical system in our flats and the SET top box replaced and also got a new stabiliser to ensure that the TV doesnt have any future problems.

              The service engineers also said that they would get us the ONIDA DVD player [ which is stll under warranty] checked to ensure that it does not damage our LCD TV. We handed over the DVD player to Mr Prakash of Adonis, Tambaram Sanatorium on August 5th 09 for service and he promised to return his post service at the earliest.

              It has been more than 22 days now and we are tired of continual followups and phone calls to the service centre and still getting UNACCEPTABLE VAGUE replies like the mother board has to come from Bombay office !!! This has been the same response that we are getting since last 2 weeks. I do not understand if Bombay is out of India and if it is really so difficult for a authorized service centre to get ONIDA spare parts .

              THE REASON FOR MY OUTBURST IS THAT THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE HAVE BEEN GETTING SUCH A LAID BACK RESPONSE - ONCE FOR THE LCD AND NOW FOR THE DVD PLAYER !!! I HAVE BEEN MYSELF THERE TO THE SERVICE CENTRE AT TAMBARAM SANATORIUM 2 TIMES AND WAS SENT BACK WITH THE SAME EXCUSE THAT MOTHER BOARD HAS NOT COME FROM BOMBAY.WE HAVE MADE NUMEROUSE PHONE CALLS TO PRAKASH AS WELL.

              POOR SERVICE AND LEAST PROFESSIONAL RESPONSE ...BIG TIME THUMBS DOWN TO ONIDA !!!

                Dear Sir
                I made a complaint regarding my microwave is not working on 24 Aug 2009, your rep noted the complaint and by 25 Aug 2009 your complaint will be attended and i insisted to come after evening 7. Your company rep visited my house in the noon and informed regarding his arrival. my wife called me up and informed regarding service visit, i spoke to your tech rep regarding the fault, he informed me a diode, a valve and a fuse is to be replaced, estimating around 500 rupees spare cost and 350 service charge.

                he has changed only two components a fuse and a diode, though only fuse is to be changed, he has changed together with fuse holder and contact wires. i enclosed a photo of the components he has changed. i request you to intimate me the original cost of these spares.

                In your bill invoice it is mentioned that service charge (pure labour charge), In india labour charge of 350 roupees for an hour is unbelievable.

                i enclosed the bill receipt left by your tech rep, without no details filled up what is the spare cost and service cost simply he mentioned gross amount.

                kindly clear my doubts regarding your servicing and cost charged by your rep,

                  I bought onida washing machine(Hydro smart) from unilet store in BTM layout, Bangalore in June 2008, from the 2nd month it started giving problems.The logic is completely corrupted, it switches into different modes automatically on its own. During the wash mode also it continuously takes the water, we have to switch off the water tap manually. I reported the same to the Onida customer care one engineer came and checked, he said that he has never seen a problem like this.He cross checked the functionality of the washing machine with some other engineer over the phone. At last he said that this is working fine.

                  I have raised the same complaint number of times, But nobody responded i have even made a complaint to Onida through website but no use. By having a good opinion on Onida T.V i bought washing machine but the service and product quality is pathetic and worst worst worst. So it is always advised to have a review of the product before buying. Don't opt for Onida washing machine.

                  Onida Service centre has no reply especially in chennai. They simply always asking the details again and again and they dont sent the people. Main office use to sent to Keelkatallai (Chennai ) branch they dont have efficient people to do and if they solve one problem and another peoblem will be created by them. No reponse from them. Though I have onida product only, but after seeing the service of onida we feel we have taken wrong decision to purchase onida product. If the same is continue it will bad name to onida products. I hope you may take care of your service centre to do the prompt service to the customers.
                  I am a DOCTOR residing in south Bangalore. we have a ONIDA washing machine Hydrofall 7.0 purchased in 2006. we took an extended warranty- AMC with the official service centre for ONIDA in Banglaore - ADONIS ELECTRONICS PVT.LTD. Sadly the machine started having problems exactly after the expiry of the purchase warranty. the service has been so bad since then that in the past 1 1/2 yrs we have been living more days with the machine NOT WORKING. The centre takes atleast 10-15 days to attend- that too after about 10-20 phone calls- from the customer care to the managers of the centre. their attitude is so bad that we just can't bear with it - But for the extended AMC Period expiring in 2012 - we would have disposed off the machine- The last complaint(right now) registered on 29 th nov-2010- with complaint no.[protected]- is yet to be attended till date(6 days) despite about 10 calls - and no sign of it either. This complaint has been a follow up of the previous- which they so called attended a day before it conked off again-( which they had again taken 8days to attend). so it has been a miserable experience with the ADONIS ELECTRONICS LTD.- Bangalore. It is sad that ONIDA relies on such companies to provide the service. please do something drastically correcting. DR. K.                     I all ready lodged a complain regarding a onida microwave oven ( mod no-MO28CJS14S) PANTALOON INDIA LTD. DATE OF PURCHESE 22/03/2009. ON OUT OF ORDER, LODGED COMPLAIN.NO.1227, KOLKATA ONIDA SERVICE, CASH MOMO NO T/20/15872. BUT YOUR CONSUMER CEEL, DID NOT INITIATE ANY INFORMATION REGARDING THIS.
                    NOW, WHAT I HAHE TO DO TO STOP' THIS KIND OF BAD SERVICE TO THE CITIZEN OF OUR COUNTY. PLEASE TAKE ACTION TO COMPENSATE ME .

                      the drainage of dryer does not work even after repeated complaints

                      Dear Manager Customer Complaints Cell,
                      The complainant purchased a washing machine in july 2007 much against the wish of my Wife, a semi automatic one after successful experience of twelve years vediocon semi automatic washing machine, considering onida to be the pioneers their product would be better. To my utter dismay right from the start it had problems spare shortage no one listening to complaints shortage of staff etc.

                      Team Onida,

                      I, had purchased a Onida lt(flat screen) model no:-L032XRGBB, sr.no 4000295 dated 16/06/2008 from Vijay Sales Chembur outlet, invoice no:-25-CH06-08SIAO 555 and to my utter surprise within 3 months of functioning the TV stopped working as there was some internal power supply issue.
                      I have registered several complaints at Vijay sales (Customer care) and your authorized service centre, Adonis Electronics Pvt.Ltd.(Fine art Mumbai)

                      In the span of 13 months o[censored]sage, at least 3 months the T.V was not been used as the same was not working and for at least 15-20 days the set was at the service station for repair Post my complaints my T.V has been taken to their service centre 3 times and the engineer has visited my place at least 6 times for repair purpose, every time the problem is been rectified and within a weeks time I face the same problem and the T.V becomes completely blank. Due to regular Repairs there are end numbers of scratches created by the Repair agency and the TV now appears to be more than 3 years old .I strongly feel that on spending Rs 34000/- for the above model, I would never expect this kind of a product from such a reputed brand Onida.

                      I now demand for a replacement of my T.V immediately without any further delay. If not I would further like to submit my request in front of the consumer court.

                        Sub : Complaint of Washing Machine Model No.68E Purchase from Sai Electronics Bill No. 3635 dt.27th Oct 2007, 106, Navyug Market, Ghaziabad.

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        With reference to above mentioned subject matter I wish to inform you that the above said machine was purchased on dt.27th Oct 2007 Model No. 68E With a warranty of 2 years. After few months of purchase the machine got the problem started with burn of spin motor again and again and if you go through the complaint of the said machine you will get more then 50 complaint over there for motor problem and leakage of tub (increasing the water in washing tub from the spin tub)

                        I requested to customer care to solve the problem and from that date after ever 2 or 3 months the same problem I m getting. In last at near about March 09 I had discussed all the matter with Mr. Ravinder Joshi (Mobile No.[protected]) who was the Area Manager at that time and this time Mr. Joshi had committed that give us last one chance to replace after that we will replace your machine after discuss with the Company Mr. Umesh was the service engineer who had repaired this washing machine nos and nos of time and he is well aware about all the problems with the machine.

                        On 18th of June 09 the same problem faced and made a request to customer care to resolve the issue and this time I tried to contact Customer Care and tried to talk to Mr. Joshi but Mr. Joshi got the transferred to Meerut and this time Mr. Kuldeep is the authorized person who is taking care all these things. And on the same day I called to Mr. Kuldeep and discussed him the communication between Mr. Joshi & Me On 19th the service engineer came his named was Mr. Lorik Yadav, he was the guy who was not able to understand the problem with the machine my wife Ms. Anju Tyagi was tried to communicate all the things to him but he was not able to understand the situation then I called to customer care and tried to talked to Mr. Kuldeep and then again I had discussed all the matter infront of him. After seeing & discussed all the details with the Customer Care Mr. Kuldeep simply replied that it is a problem with your voltage without seeing anything if I accept his thing then why the Spin Motor is always burnt not Washing motor it is running properly without any problem and other electrical things are running regularly without any problem. Mr. Lorik Yadav send a OK Report with the machine that the problem has been resolved but the problem was same and no body had touch the body of the machine and assured us to come after 2 or 3 days then how can he file OK Report to office. After long discussion and at last Mr. Kuldeep said if we have to replace the motor around 6 or 8 time then how can we survive then I said I have warranty so its your liability how can you manage if need you have to change the machine.

                        After waiting I made a call Sai Electronics Mr. Sharma (Mobile No. [protected] )and disclose the whole matter infront of him then he had given me the number of Mr. Rajiv Bhasin (Branch Manager ONIDA) (Mobile No. [protected]) then I talked to him and discuss the whole things with him then I got a call from here and there as well as Mr. Kuldeep also and the problem was resolve after 1 and half month.

                        And on 8th August 2009 I made a call to Mr. Kuldeep and said the machine got the same problem it is not taking the proper load and small out and Burzer is not working. Mr. Kuldeep has assured to resolve the issue and request not to raise a complaint. On 19th Of August 2009 I once again call him and said till now there is no service engineer contact him to resolve the issue then he simply said what is your complaint number I said you had inform not to raise any complaint. After long discussion he said you can come to our office with Machine then we can see the problem and for that give me 10 minute I will call you back till now almost 24 hours has been passed but I not recd any communication from his side.

                        I m facing a lot of problem with this machine at the time of purchase and now this machine is in warranty and if the warranty has been expired near about (after 3 or 4 months )then what I will do I do’t know. And also it is not possible for anyone to call Mr. Bhasin to resolve the issue again and again its service center liability to satisfy the customer once in all. But I m sorry to say that there is communication of Gap between the service center and there employees and their way of talking is not good at all time, they fails to fulfill their commitment and so more.

                        So it’s a personal request that please replace the machine or resolve the issue once for all.

                        Request you to kindly look into the matter personally and resolve the issue ASAP.

                        I want to resolve the issue by ONIDA once in all and ONIDA has to make an arrangment to give the classes to their Employees who work in Service Centers because they do not how to talk to a customer and if Customer has alredy paid for a item its their liability to resolve the issue and give proper warranty for the perticular item.

                          I had purchased a ONIDA microwave oven from M/s vasanath and Co North Usman Road T Nagar on 6th August 2009. ONIDA was informed by M/s Vasanth and Co to come and demostrate the use of the oven to me but till date no Onida person called or came to demostrate the use of the oven.

                          M/s Vasanth and Co. informed that they have talked to ONIDA at 66783000 but this phone number is a bogus one and no one picks up this number.

                            last year in jully i have purchased onida new lcd, but within 15 days it was automatically switched off.
                            after calling many times i got replaced after 2 months, still it was having same problem. automatically it gets switched off . and dosent work at all, i have asked them to change the part they came last week and made changes and again from to day same problem.now your copmpany is saying, warrenty period is over, they are asking for 5000 cash, they say it is electricity fluctuation problem. is this a fair statment they are passing

                            i wont you people to c the matter very seriously, because this is what you are playing with our hard earn money is this the right way of company to make profit.

                            and how do you accept india to be one of the develpoed nations.you give better service and you get better india. if you think only of your profit, thats goona led to worst for your company, for comman people and for nation.


                            i dont think any one is goona ENVEY MY PRODUCT AS IT IS THE WORST UP TILL NOW.

                            YOUR SLOWGUN DOSENT WORK AT ALL ITS FALSE. SORRY TO SAY BUT CANT HELP IT.

                              Dear Sir / Madam,

                              Myself Sunil Siyaram Valmiki. I had applied for Loan to By a TV. Loan Account No :[protected]

                              My loan was sanctioned & i had given 8 cheques to bajaj Finance for payment collection.

                              Out of my eight cheques, 6 cheques Bajaj finance had Cleared & the remaining 2 cheques, Bajaj finance collectio Department had not presented to my Bank for payment.

                              Later i was called many times on my Cell no : [protected], for payment collection & i was being told that my cheques had bounced so i wll have to pay the amount by cash.

                              Later i had checked my ICICI Bank account statement & also faxed to Bajaj Office. There is no Cheque Bounce entry.

                              All the above matter i had discussed over phone with Mr. Kailash & Mr. Sanjan. who were later convinced that it was the mistake fro there collection Dept, that they had not presented My 2 Cheques for Payment collection. Later they had sent their executive to My residence & i had given two Crossed Cheques in the name of Bajaj Finance, for the balance Dues. these 2 cheques were also not presented for payment to my Bank.

                              Kindly suggest, in this case what shoud i DO.

                              I have no Objection to pay the balance amount, But i want to know why such Harrasement is being done to the customer.

                                      i gave my onida mobile f 910 for service on 25/07/2009 at 12.57 p.m. which was received by VIMALA.
                                      problem with my mobile is 2nd sim not working & suddenly gets switch off. mobile purchase date is 27/10/09.
                                      on 11/08/2009, at 4.00 p.m i gone to the service centre to receive my mobile. but they denied to give my mobile saying that it is not ready as the equipment has not yet received from the main office & it may take some more days.

                                      after taking this mobile first prob we face is battery prob on 2 jan 2010 after keeping for whole day also it it was not charging

                                      ONIDA G550 — Problems In Set

                                      I have purchased a ONIDA G550 6 months ago & I have repaired it 15 days back when the company change its board. It has problems like it will restart by itself anytime, it gets hanged when copy contacts or deleting contacts, it cant sent messages, it cant read the contacts for too long. These are the major problem faced by me.
                                      Now after repairing the same problems arises within a fortnight, the ONIDA service or product is that poor that it cant run for a month without a problem. Even after repair the IMEI numbers was also changed but the problem remains the same. This service was the poorest service I ever faced with any branded product.

                                      I had bought Onida G500 mobile on 4 March 2009 from home shop18.The mobile has some problem.It has display problem. It was given for repair to Onida service Centre on 11th jan 2010 in Chandigarh. The Onida people took above 2 month to repair it that too with lots pursuance. The after sale is very poor !!! I am not happy that I bought the Ondia product. I put the mobile in Service centre for repair, it has not repaired nor the service centre has given a positive reply. It is a fact that from the date of purchase, more days it was in service centre than I used it. I personaly visit many times to onida services Centre but they always given me next date but till today I am not getting any positive resopnce from their end.I have never seen such a bad company.Their product is not only very inferrior quality, their service center as well as the secvice are not at all have a minimum common sence and knowledge. The tendency of the executives of the company are in cheating mentality.Will say you politely but will do nothing days after days. You will not get any response from any body from the company even after top management. I already complain agains this to top manager Mr.Dhiraj Mobile no [protected] but he always asure me that I will give you call back with in half an hour but till today I am not getting their rewert from their side. I would say it is a very poorly managed co.

But I am not using now just because I am not getting the battery backup for a day (10hours) and my use is maximum 4 to 6 calls a day and the total call duration is 10 mnts (talk time).                                       Onida F970 the Worst Cell i ever used
                                      While i bought it for 3G fast Internet, video calling, but after using it, i found it a total waste of money. While indeed it offers fast internet & video calling with 2 cams, But it is useless due to:
                                      1. Its font are very small and difficult to read, while in my last nokia, i was easily able to read all.
                                      2. That i bought 2 pieces of this cell from flikcart and both after using 2-3 months, started very low volume in earpiece, so one can not talk, unless speaker pjone ok, which makes using phone impossible at public place or even at home, conversation is heard by all, else in normal mode, hardly any voice comes.
                                      3. After next few weeks, even message, contacts etc are not being able to acessed and some non sense errors comes on screen and blocks all function.
                                      All this makes this cell totally a garbage and full waste of money. And the phone and email given on the box on Onida cell [protected]@onida.com and Mumbai cell, simply never answer, least to say of any replacment or responce. may be some consumer forum will remind Onida, that they may be fined, not just have to give replacment, if they selling it in open market, with false warranty.

I have purchased onida G7201 model phone .the mobile had problems and gave it to authorized service center (Angel Electronics, Kurishupally Road, Cochin, Kerala) they gave me a DOA letter so that i can replace it with an another one. I gave the mobile to dealer (Reliant Mobile shop, Ravipuram, cochin, Kerala ) now the mobile has been with the dealer for nearly two months . When i asked about it he said that the mobile was not replaced because the supplier of ONIDA mobile was responding to the dealers, calls.. hence i am not able to get my phone replaced.. .                                       Pathetic Services by Onida Mobile Service Center. Today ( 9th Aug 2013) is the 23rd day, when I gave my mobile to service center but they are still saying ...part nahi aaya... part nahi aaya... I dont know from where the hell they are receiving the part of mobile. Is it taking 23 day to bring one part. In 1st attempt, they said..they have received damaged mother board and they have sent an email to get the new one. Now they are saying other 3 parts are also damaged in new mother board.
                                      I had little proble with charger ... i dont know how other parts got damaged. My mobile is only 2 months old.

                                      I brought Onida Mobile from Kailash Deep Mobile Store, Pimpri, Pune in April'13. In July'13 mobile got damaged ( not charging ). As mobile was in warranty period, so I submitted the mobile for repairing in Onida Service center - Swargate, Pune on 20th July 2013. Onida service provider ( Shubham) said you will get your mobile back in maximum 10 days.

                                      But, till today ( 26th August) I haven't got the mobile. I am taking daily followup with Onida Service Center and their Manager ( Rahul Deshmukh - [protected], Milind - [protected] & Prakash - [protected]). But they are still saying we will give your mobile in 2 days. Even today I called Prakash, but he said he need some more time. Please help me. My mobile is in Warranty period, but Onida service center is not giving me replaced product or repaired product even after 1 month time.
