Inspite of so many complains and reminders no changes or actions are taken

Its it very disgraceful mentioning that the services of ONIDA to the customers are pathetic and instead of satisfying customers requirement your Dealer “ [censored]al Refrigeration” of bharuch manager by Mr. Pandya and your service engineer Mr. Mahash from Baroda are trying to hook unsold A/c to me.
I have been visiting the dealer for last 6 months and still my problem is not addressed, they are just delaying my complain to change the A/C and are not providing me my choice of A/c.
I further request you to please change the A/C of my choice with immediate effect or Take the existing A/c back and return me my money back.
Ignorance of this communication will lead me to take further legal actions towards the company, dealer and the employee who are harassing me from a long period.

Your mechenic rep had visited and checked up the unit. He found the unit to be repaired and taken away the same to the workshop.
It is now clear that unit is not in properly working condition and hence noise noticed is since insatallation i.e defective piece is given to me.
It is my request to replace the same with a new set o[censored]nit as i dont want repaired unit.
I hope u will cooperate in the matter and act positively.

Dear Mr G Sundar,
I am a user of ONIDA 1.5 T Split AC (Model S312DMD3 / S318DMD3), but I am not satisfied by the performance of the AC. Instead of complaining about the Noise creation and Performance of the AC to the dealer [censored]AL at BHARUCH , no one has yet solved the problem I am facing.
There were two visit of the engineer from your side both the persons had different problems about the AC but no solutions.
Then after the dealer has also confirmed to change the unit but still there is no one who has visited.
I would now request you to change my AC (both outer and inner unit) or take the same back and refund my money.
If this is not done in a week time I will have to take further actions regarding the same.

Onida — TV NOT WORKING
SIR I HAVE PURCHASED ONIDA TRU SLIM 29 INCHES COLUR TV ON 9 SEPTEMBER 2009. IT HAS 1 YEAR WARRANTY. THE TV HAS MANUFACTURING DEFECT . IT HAS HAVING SO MANY PROBLEMS . SO MANY TIME ONIDA'S ENGINEER HAS VISIT OUR HOME BUT NO SOLUTION HAS BEEN DONE . NOW ALSO IT IS SHOWING SOMETIME BLUE SCREEN OR SOMETIME BLINKING. WHEN I HAVE CALLED IN COSTUMER CARE, THEY GIVE ME COMPLAINT NO.[protected] , BUT NO SOLUTION HAS BEEN DONE ENGINEER HAS VISIT BUT CANNOT DO ANY SOLUTION HE TELLS THAT I WILL COME TOMORROW , BUT HE DID NOT COME .
