    We have had on this on HYDROSMART 70 washing machine from Onida, a PCB failure within a fews of days of purchase on 25/9/2007 and continuous problems since then. The machine has been giving us frequent problems and has been with service centre many times primarily due to mechanial problems. Now with an EWC/AMC Date of Purchase: 9/25/2007. 4 months back, it was with them for over a month and now it has gone again for non spinning of the drum and leakage since 15/7/10, and it is 22 days since when we have been religiously calling them, emailing onida at [protected]@onida.com but without any response!

    i had purchased onida hidrofall70s washing machine on july, 2010.at first the timer didnt worked.then drier got repired.now, in this october water inleted is gettng into the drier automatically.this lead to wastage of soap, water and precious time too.i never had sach a bad experience with an electronic device.now its a big headache for us.we believed onida very much, but it got spoiled by themselves.

      I have bought ONIDA TV four years back. The first problem was on delivery. The power switch was not working. After wards, there was repeated breakdown for the next four years. And the last breakdown occurs on 17/7/2010. The service engineer visited on 19/07/02010, but the TV was working just two hours after he left. He persuaded me to take extended warranty and paid him Rs.3000/. I again complained on 20/07/2010 and the service engineer again visited after two days. He assured us that the TV wil not breakdown. However, it lasted just one hour. After that, it occationally work for not more than one hour a day. I Complained once again on 27/07/2010. I was given 'COMPLAINT NO. [protected]'. They also gave me their service centre number[protected], which is not reacable. Another no. [protected], but there was no response. Their service Technician again visited today but left without repairing.
      I really feel harrassed and it caused me alot of inconvenience.

      Don't know how to make them repair my TV now.

        I bought Onida mobile G720 from Mobile Gallery, Kazhakuttom, trivandrum on 21-06-10. I used it for 2 days and after that it was not getting charged. When i contacted the showroom from where i purchased mobile they told me that its a charger complaint and for that i have to contact the service center in M/S The Window
        TC 28/943 (43,1259), Kalpalathika, Kpc Building, Punnapuram Road, Kaithamukku, Trivandrum, Kerala. They told that the complaint is with the battery and as this mobile is a new model it will take a week for the battery to get replaced. Finally after a week they replaced the battery and then they found that the problem is not with the battery, but its a board complaint. So they asked one more weeks time. At last they replaced the board today[protected] and as there was no light in that service center they told me that the complaint is rectified. Once i reached home i found that the complaint is still there. Is there any way I can get my money back. I am really fed off with this new mobile.

          I bought Onida AC 1.5 Ton in month of April'2010, at the time of sale they assured me for 4 free services, I have requested many times for due service but no response from authorised service centre which is situated at Raj Nagar Ghaziabad, I lodged my complaint on 2nd of July for first free service and till the date nobody came to me, now they are not picking the phone only one landline no. is there i.e.[protected], so friends my advise is never buy ONIDA PRODUCTS because there services are sucked. you can call me on [protected]

            I have purched Onida 21" Ultra Slim TV one and half year back. TV is not working properly, the screen is not properly seen and sound heared after start TV. I have called custmorcare executive for repairy he has told that Rs.1600 is required for part replacement.
            This is a verst service and product do not buy and also there is no details to be given for parts prise and warranty.
            Such a TV part hwo damaged with in one and half year and after warrenty period.
            Do not trust the custmor care executive that the part is damaged and require relacement. If the TV is in warranty period it shoud be repaired and after warrenty period it shoud replace

              We bought an Onida Lexini LCD TV in May 2007 from Jayam and Co Anna Nagar, Chennai. The TV Cost was 47,000.00 then. Last week all of a sudden the TVs display went off in 3 seconds after its switched on. We were shocked and we raised a complaint to the Onida Service Centre. An engineer visited our house checked the TV and said the LCD Panel has a problem and it would cost us Rs.24,000.00 to replace the same and currently it will not even have a resale value of 1500 bucks! What a shame!
              We want Onida to take this responsibility! Well, when a customer has invested approximately 50K for a TV and it goes dead in 3 years and with this kind of service will anyone with little sense would ever buy an Onida LCD TV? Our loyalty towards Onida has gone down the drain! We will not keep our mouth shut but will advertise this poor quality and service of Onida to hundreds and thousands unless Onida responds to us immediately. The TV looks brand new even now and we couldn't believe its not worth anymore!

              Adding to the above, the same Engineer calls up and he now offers to rectify the problem for 15000 bucks! This clearly shows these guys are playing up! Well, can't believe how Onida still exists in the market!

                I have been visiting the dealer for last 6 months and still my problem is not addressed, they are just delaying my complain to change the A/C and are not providing me my choice of A/c.

                I further request you to please change the A/C of my choice with immediate effect or Take the existing A/c back and return me my money back.

                Ignorance of this communication will lead me to take further legal actions towards the company, dealer and the employee who are harassing me from a long period.

                Onida/ 1.5T split AC — AC failure within 2 days of installation

                Onida 1.5T split AC was installed on May 1, 2010 and failed to cool on May 3, 2010. Adonis customer care is unresponsive and has not sent the technician within the assured 24-48 hrs from the time of booking compliant. Compliant No: [protected]. Request others to buy standard brands like Voltas, Samsung, Hitachi to avoid such harassment. Planning to take them to consumer court if not rectified in 1 week.
                Once sold, these local brands do not want to build on customer satisfaction by providing good and honest service.

                I am really least bothered i was not expecting the same from ONIDA because i m using your all brand but ONIDA is totally failed in AC product even nobody can here us from last 15 days i am roaming around my office and onida service center but they don't have any time for customer. my complain is mentioned below please find.

                I bought 2 Onida 1.5 ton split AC from sales india Ahmedabad, when AC was installed that guy committed that we r coming for 3 free services that is our company's responsibility, I said ok when you are coming for service then will give you signed installation report, he said yes than we r going out of country just we came 1 month back, i asked my security guy that AC is service done or not he said no body can come from ONIDA then i registered complain around 15 days back but still no body can come here.

                I request please take it serious otherwise i will go to consumer court because my AC is not working proper and much noise is there.

                Note: Still I didn’t signed 1 AC installation report.

                I hope you will get it done ASAP.

                  I have buyed the Onida V140 Mobile from home shop18, The naaptol sites gives the specification of the product as it has blue tooth & can be used for WAP services. but when i ask for wap settings from Vodafone or Airtel. i.e they ask for IMEI no.
                  I also see that there is no Bluetooth in that

                  when i type *#06# on my phone i get 2 imie number i just dont understand which number to be send to these service prividers. though i have tried sending them both the IMIE numbers, i am not able to get the settings.

                  I think Onida is well know company in the market, & should not sell their products with such false advertisement.

                  I buyed the product because i wanted the Bluetooth & WAP services on my phone. The phone doesn't have any of the above features.

                  I would really happy if onida mobiles phone can solve my problem.

                    Hi, My name is Nandu a resident of Bangalore. We purchased a washing machine from Onida on 4th Jan 2009 with 5 years warranty, in the month of May 2010 washing machine started behaving cranky so we called customer service and register a complaint (complaint # [protected] --> approx on 21st May), one of the technician came to my house shook the machine couple of times & told he has fixed the problem. As assumed in couple of days machine stopped working completely so we again called customer service & registered another complaint (complaint# [protected] --> may 30th). Another Engineer came to my place and informed there is a part which is gone faulty and he will come back with the part in couple of days and left my place, after repeated phone calls to them they told this part is not in stock and they have to take this machine to the service center to test completely and send it back to us. They had promised to fix the problem in 2-3days and return the washing machine (washing machine collected on July 3rd). When ever we call the service center we get different answers and also are directed to different people to get update, Kindly help us in getting a solution.

                    My name is Krishna and I am working in TIRUPATI. I am very sorry to bring to your notice that I had experienced the worse service and worse response from ONIDA customer care, TIRUPATI, AP (RAGHU MOBILES CLINIC, V.V.MAHAL, TIRUPATI, AP-517501) I have purchased a ONIDA mobile with model G720I in August, 2011. After some months I found that my mobile is not detecting the head set device. Since then, I’ve been going to the service center (since last 3 months) but unable to get the head set connecter of G720i Mobile which is still in the warranty period. They have taken my mobile and even didn’t inform me about the non availability of the connector. Indeed, they have delayed even to give the information when called. Instead, i was not properly informed about the availability of the connector. No efforts are made from them or the company or distributor to get the required accessory. The authorized person Mr. Harish (ph no: [protected]) is least bothered to inform about the availability of the accessories. One of the persons have told that he will be getting the accessories within a day and in the next few minutes, Mr. Harish told that it will not take less than seven days. i am a person working for an esteemed company who is running around your customer care point, TIRUPATI and facing this problem since 3 month. you can imagine what the problems would be for others? They have denied giving me the non availability of accessories in written. Later on they will be certainly saying that the warranty has got expired
                    If such kind of services persists, most of the customers will lose hope on the company and nothing will be left at the end
                    I hope you would understand the situation and pls give a solution.

                      Our Onida window AC has a problem that once it cuts off it does not come on again for a very long time. I understant that the cut off and on is regulated by the thermostat but if you set the temprature to 21 degrees then once cut off it only comes on after the temp reaches above 30 degrees. Also if we swith it off from the power point, when switching it on again it come on immedeatly sometimes and sometimes after half an hour.
                      My problem is that I have lodged a complain with Onida (number: [protected]) on 6th July 2010 and with their local service centre Adonis Electronics Pvt. Ltd. in Noida (number: JY2036) on 7th July 2010 but no one has visited us. We keep calling them but no one seems to care and today is 14th July 2010.

                      My current problem is simillar . The same Conpany which is the service center for onida in Thiruvalla, Kerala had came for service after 3 days from the date i log the complain. The complaint logged was " Once in a while there is a fawl smell coming when compresser activates, and sometimes leaking."

                      The engineer came and did a outdoor and indoor unit full service or washing . I was fully satisfied with his job. After he left I switched on the AC and left it on for sometime. The Swing was not working at all for atleast 2 hours and then again the fawl smell started slightly with a water leak.

                      At last i got the H6 error for the first time on my display. What should i do now. They have charged me 1700 IRS for this job.

                        After using for five months the DVD was not working. So, i gave it to ur
                        service centre at salem on 9th june, 2010.
                        But still now i havn't received my DVD player from there. I hav asked them for last one month but they are not giving a proper information to me.

                        I have received a SMS on my mobile stating that on the occation of JANMASTHIMI my Mobile Number was selected for goving ONIDA DVD Player free.. and asked to login www.onidadvd.com. But after registration the computer screen showed me message stating that with in 2 days you will get a SMS. But till date i.e. from 2nd Sept 2010 I have not received any SMS from ONIDA.

                        Why? is that SMS is jocking or by mistake it was came to my mobile?

                          I registered a complaint for service my Onida KY Rock Model as colour system is not working. Esteemed service engineer came and confirmed as rectified and also confirmed as the same will not repeat. He charged Rs.300/- and suggested to go for AMC. I agreed to pay Rs.1300/- towards AMC.

                          7 days later, I faced the same problem and called up service engineer. Another service engineer came and told us it is chargeable. I said it is under AMC and shown the bill to him. Immediately, he told parts are not available and went away.

                          10 days later, again I requested for service and there is no response. I am totally disappointed about ONIDA after sales service. I just remove ONIDA from my mind when I plans to buy any electronics products.

                          I registered a complaint([protected]) for service of my Onida TV Model C021FGLU as colour system is not working, but nobody turn up yet.
                          3 days later, again I requested for service and there is no response. I am totally disappointed about ONIDA .
                          I bought a ONIDA DVD player(blue ray) in February 2011 from Ezone, Bangalore. It stopped working in September 2012(complaint no [protected]). So I registered a complaint at the customer service center. A service engineer came home, checked it and said that the optima has to be replaced. He said he will get it and fix it in another 2 days. He did not turn up and when we called back the authorized person, he did not respond properly. I registered another complaint ([protected]) after waiting for a month. The same thing repeated .I waited for another 15 days and called up again. he said he will cancel the old complaint and give me a new number and send the engineer to check. Even the third time, the same thing repeated and none returned later. I AM FED UP WITH THIS SERVICE. I called up again in February 2012 and booked again([protected]). He came home, checked and has not yet returned until now. I have never seen this kind of worst service in any other company. I am totally dissatisfied and disappointed about their after-sale service. I have phoned Mr. Mauli, his phone no being [protected]. he forwarded the call to some other person and he too did not respond properly. Then I phoned Mr. Vijaykumar, his no.[protected]. he transferred the calls to Mr. Raju and another Mr. Rajeev( [protected]). None of them have responded yet on this matter.                             It is really true that after two months hardships I also couldn't connect to internet with ONIDA 720i, though some sites are available on the set, but the PC don't detect it. The company may lose its reliability among ONIDA customers, unless they provide their customers with the necessary PC suite.

                              Onida Washing Machine — NOT WORKINGS

                              I had purchased Washing Mahine Fully automatic one. The machine is having 2 yrs warranty. It expires in April 2009.

                              The machine is not working which was reported 50days back, (complaint No. 11A0235 dt. 16.11.08) to Coimbatore Service Centre. The Company serviceman has visited after 5 days and confirmed that the motor need to be replaced and will be done in a week. Till date nobody has reverted, Local services centre is dogging I had also done complaints in company, but in vain.

                              I am mentally harrased due to this attitude of company service centre towards cutomers.

                              Please look into this matter seriously and do the needful.

                                I bought one 22"onida xaria lcd tv 13260//amount by cash payment.seller shah co.chennai adayar gandhinagar branch.on 18.12.2009.with in one weak that lcd tv totally dead after fifteen days service pupil came they told motherboard fa ilure,i ask the shop shah co they convince me that we ask company,after one weak company service man replace faulty motherboard.

                                    I have recently purchased a 32" Diamond Rock TV from TMC which was launched with lot of fanfare in hyderabad in partnership with TMC. But the product is so bad that it developed problem from day 2 as it was not getting on. We called many times the Onida service centre and they guaranteed to sent out the technician within 24 hours but he turned up after 48 hours and informed unofficially that there is a manufacturing defect and he has to replace a part. We than took up with TMC and after many phone calls managed to get a replacement but the new one is also started complaints with picture clarity, sound & other features like USB port, Computer Port etc., as none of them were working. We again called up the service centre but the same old response. We really feel cheated and looks like the Onida is behaving like true devil to its customers. I also understand from the delivery boys that this piece of Onida 32'' are giving serious problems to many other customers also.

                                    If any others also facing the same problem we can form a group and take on Onida. In the name of pride they are cheating & playing with customers and taking them for granted

                                    I sincerely, advise not to go for any Onida Products.

                                      I bought a Onida Automatic Washing Machine Hydromatic 60 on 31/10/2008. On April 2010, the machine started to make some weired noise while rotating the drum. Registered a complain in the shop where it was purchased from. A technician from the shop came and didn't open the machine as it was under warranty. So, he lodged a complain in the Onida Service Centre in Tinsukia. A technician from Onida came about after a week took my sign in some requirement papers. He informed that either capacitor or the motor is bad and he would place the order for the items. Since then it has been nearly two months and nobody has attended to the problem yet. I rang up the technician several times and his reply was always the same. he said that he had done his part. He was unable to attend to it as he did not receive the items ordered. Onida claim to sort out customer issues in no time and what not.

                                      Comparatively LG provide very fast customer service. I am satisfied with the services LG had provided in my cases; I never had to wait for more that 24 hours. and in case of Onida it has been more than 48 days. Till today I have not received any response from them. I even e-mailed to the customer relation centre in the id: satyajit.[protected]@adonis.co.in as provided in their website. but no reply.I feel cheated.

IS[protected] WANT TO TAKE A BIG ACTION ON THE COMPANY (IN NEWS CHANNEL SPECIALLY) AS I HAVE PURCHASE A AC FROM ONE OF YOUR DISTRIBUTOR.THE AC IS WORKING LIKE A COOLER & REALLY A PITY ON THE COMPANY WHO MAKE SUCH TYPE OF PRODUCT AND NEITHER THE COMPLAINT CENTRE NOR ONIDA DISTRIBUTOR HAS BEEN ABLED TO REMOVE THIS COMPLAINT THEY SAY THIS IS THE FATURE OF AC & REALLY BEFORE TAKING THIS AC MY ENTIRE FAMILY TOLD ME NOT TO BY ONIDA BUT I BOUGHT IT.
                                        NOW UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE I WILL SPREAD THE MATTER TO THE AUTHORITIES WHO WILL PUBLICISE THE ENTIRE MATTER EXCEPT YOU CONSIDER IT FINALLY
