[Resolved]  Onida / Mobile — Poor after sale service

i am the costommer of onida mobile & my modile is not the u.s.b. support & i have the contanct bhopal & jabalpur custommer care but they can not be satisfied me

6 months before i have purchaded onidaG500 now its display n sound has gone .so i want to know the service centeres in HYDERABAD (A.P).

I had bought Onida F950 mobile 4 months ago.The mobile has some problem.It has display problem. The shop from where i bought it told me that the screen is broken.I do not understand how is it broken.The service after sale is very poor.I am not happy that i bought the onida product.Please tell me what wiil i do now.

i cannot use gprs in my onida g500 handset.i think it is useless.my aircel service customer care told that my phone does not have OTA support.plzzzzzzzz canj anyone answer me?

I brought a onida mobile model no. G 550.I face problem that video are not played.I loaded it with 3gp., mp4, .But no one is played.I use memory card of 2GB.Rearly one or two videos are played.How can I played video?Write me details.

I HAD BOUGHT ONDIA MOBILE F850, NOW TODAY MY SIM SHOWN INVALID DUE IMEI PROBLEM, WHE I GONE TO UPDATE, WHERE AIRTEL CUSTOMER TOLD DUE TO FAULTY IS SYSTEM, WE ARE UNABLE TO UPDATE IMEI OF MOBILE.
I HAVE NEVER EXPECT SUCH A BIG COMANY DO LIKE THIS, BECAUSE WITHOUT UPDATION OF IMEI THE INSTRUMENT IS USELESS.

Onida F850 Mobile — Poor Service

Hi,



I got onida F850 mobile. Still It is in warranty period. It gives very less sound in speakers. I sent to onida service center.

I got mobile after 10 days. But same issue exists. Since it was having one IMEI number, one sim was not working.

Again I sent to onida service center. I got mobile after a week. I put my two sims, both are not working now.

Again I sent to service center… I don’t know when it will be back to me…



Onida is having very less service centers for Mobiles. They should assure the quality of service.



As per me, the service is poor.



I rarely use my head phone. With in 6 month it has gone.



Since I got this phone, I have to use it for at least one year. This is my mind set.



Some mobile service providers are not supporting some value added services like Mobile internet for this mobile……


Should be perfect or should not do anything.

if i know onida such type of bad and inferior mobile i won't buy this type of mobile .
i have a onida f850 hand set its an dual Sim hand set but its one Sim is not working plz help me to solve this and its Java quality is very low .
no applications no games

onida G500 .problem my display is not working. i want mobile strip but not available in my place. pl tell the place for strip.

I have purchased onida G500 mobile from home shop18. But after three months, there is a problem in its displayer & in its speaker. So please tell me where are the service station of onida in jaipur and in ahmedabad.

I had bought Onida F850 mobile 12 months back. The mobile have dual SIM. SIM1 had work properly but SIM2had not work show invalid SIM.My IMEI:[protected].Please take action in this matter.

I brought a mobile handset of onida costed me 1900. The battery is worst. If we keep for charging it is not showing charging. The batery backup is only 2 days. When I brought the cell, the shop keeper told me that the cell would give 5 days battery backup, which is not giving. Please take some strict action towards the issue.
I brought the cell on December 2009 and I have garrentee of one year. I need the address of the service center, which is not provided by the shop keeper aor in the net.

i think onida is waste mobile in india because there is no proper srevice there timeing it self is wroste which i never seen even nokia care will run till 8pm pls any take action behinde it
