My mobile no. for sms alerts in respect of thirdparty transactions is [protected] and not [protected] which is no number .my a/c no.is [protected] in rehari branch jammu where also my mobile no. is recorded as[protected] and is correct.In my internet a/c correction is required please. State Bank Of India — SBI OTP receiving very late through SMS

For the past 15 days, SMS of OTP sent by SBI received very late in my KYC registered mobile number. I am not able to complete my transactions within time and it is failing every time.

I have account at sbi bank, shah-elem branch, Ahmedabad. . Yet i m not getting atm pin code since last 2 month. . I had already visit 3 to 4 times at branch for atm pin. . Plssssss do the needfull. .

Poor knowledge base of SBI employees

Pathetic service. No one in Dockyard Road branch know what's happening with customers money. Their technology knowledge is out of the world. Struggled with them for a year to get access to net banking and they gave access to my dad, without my permission.
