[Resolved]  Passport — CORRECTION IN NAME

my name is venkatesh pullamsetty. i' ve a problem i don't know whether it is acceptable or not.
problem is, i want to change my sign as venki instead of venkatesh. "will it be a problem in future at anywhere?"

i have filled a passport application but i have written my surname with spelling mistake...
when i went to office they said to correct the mistake and come...
so wat should i do for it...
whether to apply a new application form at fresher side or in other section...
please say me...

our initial is kalidindi it was printed as kalidind
our father name is kalidindi venkata subbaraju it was printed as kalidindi venkata subbraju
my mom gender has also been printed mistake

I am (Nithin Skaria ) and my fathers name is (Skaria Daniel) from Chennai.In my passport there is a mistake in the name and surname .In out cast instead of instial initial we will be using
name:nithin (my name)

surname:skaria(fathers name)
so in passport it will print as nithin skaria this is the correct procedure

.but now it is printed as

name: Nithin (my name) skaria (fathers name)
surname: Skaria (fathers name) daniel (grandfathers name)

sir my name in my passport is FAYAZ MOHAMMED while in all my other documents it is written as MD FAYAZ i.e the short form of MOHAMMED will this be of any problem and my first and last name are interchanged

in all of my educational and other documents, my name is written as MD *****************. since, in passport it is told to expand all the initials. further, MD is not a single letter like any initials(first letter of name), therefore, should i expand MD as Mohammad in passport or not. if, i expand my name, will it create problem for me in future, since Md contains two letters and a person can have name written in two letters.

In my passport, my father" s name spelling is Ramavtar Patel in place of Ramavatar Patel, letter a after v is missing in name spelling.
