Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I have applied for 4 Passports of my family
members in District Passport Office ,Azamgarh on dated 08/11/12 and on checking
passport status on online link of your website it is showing that file reference
number is either wrong or Information Not available.Sir 5 months have passed
and still no positive result came from your department .Also officers in district
passport office are not update about the process and are giving just
unsatisfactory answers.

Hi,

My name is Abhishek Matta and I have applied for my passport this year back in october. I live in Delhi and my File Reference No.is Z076459. status is showing that my passport has been under process ever since even though the police report is cleared.I haven't receive my passport yet.its has been amost two months now.I need the passport urgently as i have to apply to some foreign universities for MBA.
