[Resolved]  Paytm — Transaction failed but cut off from my account

I was paying my Vodafone bill Rs 510/- against no. of [protected] through icici bank debit card . Initially it show transactions declined and I was trying two times . Few minutes later I got message from bank that both times cut off from my account Total Rs. 1020/-. So please take strong action against it.

We are very sorry to read your issue here. Best way to resolve any concern is to send an email to [protected]@paytm.com. We are available 24 hours on all 7 days of the week to resolve your issues.

I’m sorry that the payment for your mobile # [protected] did not happen. In fact our system received a delayed response from your bank’s online system stating the amount has been deducted from your account. As soon as I realized what had happened I initiated a transfer back to your bank account. I do feel awful about this terrible mix up as this is not acceptable by Paytm standards and we are working on fixing this.

I know you’ll be worried if you don’t see the amount in your bank account immediately, but don’t worry as it may take up to 21 days to reflect in your account.

same day morning one person on behalf of paytm calling me and asking my bank account details to return my money. i think for return my money bank details not not need. May i know is it from your team .

yesterday I was paying tata photon data card recharge Rs 450/- against no:[protected] through internet banking . it show transactions failed. Few min later cut off from my account Total Rs.450/-. (this is happened second time for me, 3 months back same way Rs.850 deducted from account, but no refund)
So please take strong action against it.

i was trying to add 50RS in my paytm wallet by bank of baroda net banking the amount debited from my account but i didn't get 50RS in paytm wallet

i also mailed to Paytm Customer Care from the paytm web site but my problem is NOT resolved

i didn't get ANY answer from them

and i didn't get my 50RS anywhere NEITHER at my paytm wallet NOR in my bank account

yestarday i was buying an item at ebay.in and the payment through my paytm account. though the transaction was not failed but the Rs.199 was debited from my bank account and till it is not refunded.now what i have to do?? i also mailed but nobody replied
