Hi, There was an offer going on paytm.com in which customer was supposed to get 40% cash back on any product. The commitment was that the cash back will be credited to the customer's account within 7 days of delivery of the product. They were selling those 40% discount coupons for 10 Rs. After completion of 7 days I tried inquire the same with them and sent them a mail. I did not receive any mail from paytm except one which said that...

This is the worst recharge site possible. I have made three transactions through it and all of them failed. I recharged my MTNL number for 1299/- twice and every time it failed. Their customer care service was very slow in responding, and finally after lots of hue and cry they gave me my amount back in the form of Paytm Cash in their Paytm Cash Wallet So in order to use that amount, I made payment for the Electricity Bill of Reliance...
