Sir,
Sub: Booking of fraudulent transactions for Rs.12000/- by using SBI credit card number
ending with 5942 and committing criminal offence.
I am an SBI credit card holder. I do not have any any business dealings with your company. This being so, one person ( via mobile no[protected] fraudulently punched in three transactions worth Rs.12000/- ( each Rs.4000) on 19.7.2014 and cheated me and your company. I request you not to debit these transactions on my SBI credit card. If you have already raised debit, I request you to cancel them and send a cheque to me for Rs.12000/-.You could re-debit the account of the person(s) who unauthorisedly misused my SBI credit card and thus committed criminal offence.
I also request you to advise me the complete details of the transactions and the full addresses and mobile numbers involved in these fraudulent transactions. I sincerely hope you would consider my request and arrange to refund the amount of Rs.12000/- As I want to bring the culprit to the book by lodging a complaint with police and CBI, I request your earnest help to avoid recurrence.

                I returned 2 items of paytm order no.[protected] and[protected] items are in it i return 1 out of three items) 1 week ago but the amount of that items are not refunded/cashback to me. I have sent mails but no proper response is found from the paytm care center. I also sent the return slip scan copy to us but they don, t take any action about that please take some action about that and return my amount back to me soon.                     Hi, There was an offer going on paytm.com in which customer was supposed to get 40% cash back on any product. The commitment was that the cash back will be credited to the customer's account within 7 days of delivery of the product. They were selling those 40% discount coupons for 10 Rs. After completion of 7 days I tried inquire the same with them and sent them a mail. I did not receive any mail from paytm except one which said that "You ticket has been generated and will be resolved within 24 hours". After 2 days I received a mail saying that your ticket has been resolved please give us a feedback whether you are satisfied with the service/resolution. I checked my account balance but no money was credited in my account. It has already been 12 days and i have not heard a word from them. It's not the money I am concerned about. It's hardly some amount but the way they are trying to fool people is not right and I was some very strict action to be taken against him.

                            I bought 2 ltrs pepsi today and got the paytm label code. Code is t7hxjrykejjf, paytm wallet amount is rs. 20/-. But after putting the code the red alert showing the code is already used. Is this a some kind of joke. A fresh labeled product code is become used before it used buyed by the owner?

                              paytm order no :[protected]. Actually yesterday night i tried to pay my father's bill for reliance gsm worth Rs 1309.00 through paytm. Though the amount has been deducted but the bill payment is still not done. the amount is still in paytm cash. i tried to pay the bill the paytm cash also still it is not able to do so. no it is showing error like - "Your payment was declined by the bank, retry with the lower amount or retry with some other payment option". This is seriously sick and not expected of a recharge site like you. Today is the last date of bill payment and if i cannot pay the bill today then the bill amount becomes Rs 1409. see either you pay the bill somehow and then deduct the cash or return my money to the bank immediately.

                                Hello Mr.Bhudav
                                My father had a similar experience of this debit card fraud. The incidence happened at Ranchi on 11.06.2014. The con pretends to be an officer of SBI and took away all the details of the debit card. Before any step could have been taken, he was able to get Rs.47000 out of my father's debit card and Rs.15000 was transferred to xenon.valueserv_paytm (txn#[protected] account.We have registered an FIR with the Police.
                                Through this medium I would like to warn all the readers to become aware of this kind of debit card fraud especially active these days in Eastern India.
                                Also PayTm sho;d enqire into this account xenon.valueserv_paytm.

                                  Site used : www.paytm.com Amount paid by me : Rs 15/- carrier: Idea My Intension : Rate cutter from Idea with talk-value =0. What I got : No rate cutter but a talk value of Rs 7/- (as a recharge of Rs 10 was initiated by paytm) Now they are refunding Rs 5 as paytm cash in paytm wallet... as the rate cutter did not get activated and I was not aware, the rate plan active was 1.6 paisa per second instead of 50 paisa per minute. and I talked for long which caused me a net loss of Rs 50/- . I need full money back and transaction of Rs 15 to be rolled back and money back into my credit card.

                                      It is notable that the amount of Rs. 1800 was actually debited from your bank only at once. Due to first failure, it was refunded to your Paytm wallet and was used again for your next attempts. Due to some technical issue, it went failed again and was refunded back in Paytm wallet.

                                      It further indicates that the transactions for Rs. 1800 and Rs. 600 went failed and the amount were refunded back to your bank. As per our records, we initiated this refund of your money to your bank as of 21.06.2014. We suggest, you please verify your bank statement after 10 days.

                                        This is the worst recharge site possible. I have made three transactions through it and all of them failed. I recharged my MTNL number for 1299/- twice and every time it failed. Their customer care service was very slow in responding, and finally after lots of hue and cry they gave me my amount back in the form of Paytm Cash in their Paytm Cash Wallet So in order to use that amount, I made payment for the Electricity Bill of Reliance Energy (Account No[protected] amounting to Rs 2190/- by using Paytm Cash of 1299/- along with balance payment of 891/- (Paytm order number[protected] It’s been more than 5 hrs and my bill is still not paid. The amount is already debited from my account, and surely it looks like the payment to Reliance Energy will be failed. Paytm have a very slow service and an even poorer customer support system. Initially they said, they will respond in 2hrs, and then in next mail they said 8 hrs and now finally 48 hrs. It's the biggest mistake for me to use their service. Hope they refund my 2190/- cash, back into my bank account.
