I have recharged my airtel mobile number 99******88 using paytm.com and got recharge successfull email with order number 55209084. But I didn't received any recharge in my airtel. I ask for that from paytm and they asked me to ask from airtel. I call airtel and they told me that they had not received any recharge request from paytm. Later paytm addmited via mail that the problem was on their side and my debited amount 125/- will be added...

Paytm.com Recharge not Successfull still charged

I had made a payment of Rs200/- for renewal of my dishtv account on Nov 19' 2012.
Money was deducted from ma account but not reflected on ma dishtv account.
I had sent mail to customer care for same but got no response just a ticket Number as follows

wrong type of recharge that i odered

i recharge my mobile [protected] , of rupee 92 in the name of special recharge, but it happened another thing , only talk time recharge. order no 52761522 on 18th octobar at 7.05am.
I already complaints in paytm care online, at morning 8am. but till now i got no response.
i want my paytm cash back or recharge 92 rupee as a special recharge as quick as fast.
that i can use my phone daily purpose...

i am in fix.i have already complained regarding paytm.com. and they admitted their mistake and promised me to refund 2500 rup in my bank account. but sir i did not get any amount in my bank account. already 40 days has been gone. whenever i send a mail regarding this to paytm.com, they don't reply. if they do, take lot of time. and every time demand a new detail. already i have sent all the detail and they have accepted it....
