My complaint is not yet solved after 6days, I submitted on 28th March. PayTm is worst in solving the problem, They don't have customer care contact no. also. My Order no. 83550077 was unsuccessful to the recharge amount of Rs.250 to my Vodafone, but I got a message that your recharge is successful for your Bsnl no. I used Paytm toll free no. to recharge which does not choose mobile Network operator correctly.Refund my money or make recharge....

recharge not done and money has been deducted

I have done a recharge of Rs. 100 on 26th march 2013 around 1 am from paytm.com site using netbanking of SBI and 100 rupees had been deducted from my account but i didn't got any mobile balance.
the details of my paytm.com transaction is
order no.[protected] on vodafone no.-[protected], the status shows a success but i didn't got any balance in my mobile and 100 rupees has been deducted from my account....

Dear Sir,
I had made one recharge Dt.15.02.2013 order no 74284787 Rs/- 98 (shown in view page) for my data card no [protected] BSNL 2G from HDFC BANK a/c no - [protected] .The amount had been debited , but no recharge msg / no credit to my data card a/c made .After it I informed to paytm care .They gave a massage that money has been transferred to pay tm cash .But I could not find it out . 3g dongle pyt

sir i was make pyt of my 3g reliance postpaid dongle([protected]) pyt on 14 march 2013 by hdfc bank debit card ending with 2797 but till date reliance not received pyt there executive call me day by day they said we dont have received ant pyt ..my account balance is cut off same day but why my pyt is not going to reliance if they are not capable to make pyts on time plz reverse my money or i will go in consumer form & same i will file...

PayTM is not refunding my money.

not returning money charged for unsuccessful recharge

I recharged my mtnl mobile for data 1200rs and try to add paytm cash of rs500/ but due to some problem process failed and money from my account is deducted on the behalf of paytm.com Noida.

Failure of order

Order No 77403440 : I did a airtel recharge of Rs 103 for 3g on my airtel number yesterady feb 28 2013 at around 11.30 am.i got a confirmation mail that recharge had been done and also a confirmation message by paytm that recharge had been done.But in actual there was no recharge done and money was deducted from my dbit card account.
Since then i have mailed [protected]@paytm.com 3-4 times BUT there is no reply from their side. i am losing...

unsuccessful recharge to my phone
