    I initiated a recharge of Rs.255 on my airtel number on June 4th 2013 through online recharge website Paytm. My money got debited from my account and then I waited for the recharge screen that showed a busy(loading) sign for 10 minutes and then closed the website. My phone didn't get recharged and when I checked the status of the recharge on Paytm, it showed success. I waited another 20 minutes but nothing happened. Paytm doesn't have a telephonic customer care service so I emailed them regarding this problem. Next day I received email from them (guy named Abhay) which told me that recharge was successful and gave me a reference number[protected]. I emailed them to clarify again that recharge was a fail and they again told me to confirm with the airtel with the same reference number. I checked with airtel with the reference number and didn't find any recharges, infact I didn't find any recharges within a period of 7 days on my number. I emailed them again and they replied that there was an error with the airtel and it has now been resolved and my phone is recharged. My phone didn't get recharged, AGAIN. So I finally emailed them asking to confirm with airtel and provide with a proof of recharge to which they haven't replied.
    Please look into the matter.

    Dish TV — MONEY DEDUCTED BUT RECHARGE FAIL

    I am enjoying services of dish tv. on 7th april,2011,
    I had recharge my dish tv online from sbi debit card ,I had received all the details like transaction id,order no.etc. but, I had not received my recharge amount and their executives didn't help me they asking me to follow a very long procedure. Which is quite tough to follow.

        I have recharged with 69 rupees
        with paytm for my reliance no. But it
        hasn't completed though money has

        account. I've tried to contact them

        I also talked with reliance.they tells this complaint occur because of paytm

        the distributor took away the paper recharge coupons and sims for the totel value of rs.12851.00 the refund of the amount as per the following deatils

        I had done a recharge through ICICI net banking of Rs 10 on my reliance mobile, the amount has not been credited yet, however, it has been debited from my ICICI a/c. It is showing that it has gone under this:

          I have recharged with 126 rupees with paytm for my idea no.
          But it hasn't completed though money has been deducted from my bank account.
          I've tried to contact them via mail seberal times but their response is not satisfactory. They were least interested in solving my problem.
          I have also talked to idea customer care but they were insisting that no such recharge is done.
          Now what should i do..

            I recharged an Airtel # [protected] with Rs. 25. This was a mistake as the number is no longer in service. It's a non-working number. The recharge should have failed however they approved the recharge of a non-working number and took my money. I demanded for refund but they are refusing to pay.             Sir,
            I had recharged my mobile no. [protected] for Rs 120 from this online recharging site Paytm.com on 17 September 2014. The order no is.[protected]. My payment for the recharge was successful and it was paid fully. But I have not received my recharge till now. Eventhough my recharge has been unsuccessful, the site shows it as successful ( see the photo uploaded as proof) which I can assure you is not. So I have been asking the company to refund my money since they were unable to recharge my mobile number. I have not even received a receipt from the site eventhough they say my recharge is successful.
            I have had the same problem with order no.[protected] also. So I request you to look into matter and help me getting my money refunded.

            I have ordered a zovi spiderman tshirt from paytm and my order no was[protected]. It worth rs279 and it was delivered but tshirt size was bigger. So i filed a return and nxt day their executive came and picked up the parcel and said to bring up a smaller size tshirt in 2 days.             Hi All.

            I have purchased as pair of shoes from paytm but I returned it but they are not paying back my amount back.The fraud site. Don't buy ant thing from the site. I have kept 10 mails but no replies at all.

            I have ordered pair of Red Chief Shoes from the PAYTM site and paid the amount in full. But I have returned the shoes and it reached it to the vendor I have tracked and confirmed by calling to the Ecom Express. But the PAYTM is not refunding my money. I have kept atleast 10 mails but there is no response I have called to one 97 they are also not attending the calls.

            One of the waste site. I will see how these guys can take away my money.

              Sir,

              I booked bus tickets using paytm but cancelled them due to work pressure. I opted for refund on MAR 28 and MAR 29 respectively for ticket ID's MKEWOB and MKD9Y0. When i mail them they are not providing me with sufficient information but just say it is refunded from our end contact your bank. The bank says if it was done from their end it wouldnt be delayed as i never faced any such issues with other sites. Kindly help me with this issue

                  I had booked my bus ticket from paytm website where the fare for sleeper coach was Rs.649/- I successfully Paid Rs.649 but on the day of travelling I came to know that my ticket is booked for seater and not for sleeper.When I asked the operator for sleeper coach he said paytm has booked your ticket for seater not sleeper but he said amount charged for you is more than sleeper fare. When I went to check on their portal I came to know that the fare for sleeper is of Rs.549/- they charged me Rs.649/- and gave me a seater coach. The fare for seater is too less its just Rs.350/- for seater and when i asked them for refund they are not agreeing on it now.Mentioned below are my ticket details.

                  Hi all, i had bad experience with bus booking through Paytm site. I have booked ticket for travelling from banglore to vijayawada.
                  at the time of booking it was successful, but before one day of my travel plan, i got a message from particular bus travel services that " your ticket got cancled " bcoz of some technical issues.
                  Then i thought that, sometimes it will happens to everyone .Again i have booked another ticket in another bus services.Again same kind of problem that i don't get any confirmation mail as well as txt msg also.

                  So, bad !, Then i was called to particular bus services and enquire about the ticket status. They said it was booked on my name.
                  after that i felt happy but that's just few seconds only, slowly customer care person said that, it was booked on ladies category.

                  How come ?, i dont know. while booking i have thoroughly checked and booked.( That's Bcoz of worst site maintenance of paytm ).
                  Again, i request my issue through mail to paytm care, but they replied like, " we are so sorry sir, we cant do any thing in this regard, and please cancle your ticket so that you can get 90% refund back". these words i really wont expected from them.

                  But what to do ? i simply canceled the ticket & i lost around 150 rs/-

                  Even if we call to Paytm customercare, its not at all connect to them.

                  My suggestion to all of you friends is please never & ever don't book the bus tickets through the paytm site.
                  Better to book in Ahibus.com or redbus.com these are the good sites for bus ticket booking.

                  Finally i conclude this topic with my rating to paytm bus booking services & customer care services --- 0/10.

                      I have booked a bus ticket in paytm.com from eluru to hyderabad, svkdt travels. I went to bus stop and made a call to the travels contact numbers and they said "there is no bus today from eluru to hyderabad". I got shocked and the travel agents are also not responding properly. We face lot of problem on that day. don't go for such fraud sites.

                        I did not received any mail regarding the refund request confirmation and Bank transaction ID for that .

                        I have been Mailing since many days and not getting any reply from your end

                        I request you to please check into this issue as soon as possible and provide me the information.

                        Please take severe action on paytm immediately.
                        If i don't get any response after this also, I am sure file a complaint with all details in CONSUMER COURT..

                            My complaint is not yet solved after 6days, I submitted on 28th March. PayTm is worst in solving the problem, They don't have customer care contact no. also. My Order no. 83550077 was unsuccessful to the recharge amount of Rs.250 to my Vodafone, but I got a message that your recharge is successful for your Bsnl no. I used Paytm toll free no. to recharge which does not choose mobile Network operator correctly.Refund my money or make recharge. I feel that newer make recharge with third party, always use official websites which is most trusted.

                                wanted to bring a very big issue to ur notice.

                                I am writing to you sir becuase I didn't get any response from your CS team.

                                I am a regular user of paytm (recharge) and have good experience all times but booked bus ticked first time and it was very bad experience.

                                Booked ticket for journey from delhi to kanpur on 25th march 2013.

                                Paytm Ticket ID- MK5LQY

                                Booked seat in the bus.
                                Came to know a very big fraudulent activity is done by bus operator.In my bus, there was no stop mentioned at anand vihar.so , I booked from Ram krishna metro station. when I reached at metro station ,some person from travel agency R.S.Yadav travels was there. many passengers were there for different buses of same agency(R S yadav travels) but only 1 bus was there. he said this bus is just a pickup service and told all to sit in that bus (it was just sitting bus, not luxury class hispano)... and told all that buses will depart from anand vihar.then bus departed for anand vihar and that person gone.
                                after reaching anand vihar , no specific buses were there. they told to sit in that bus only (if ticket is in seating)... I told mine ticket is in hispano... there was no proper response from their side regarding hispano bus... they told all to sit wherever they get seat...
                                I made to sit in a very bad quality (no hispano bus , not luxury ) bus.
                                so question is :
                                1.If they are doing this, then what is the need of booking online and selecting seat as per my choice (remember it is not an emergency issue,they do it daily) ?
                                2.I didn't get the promised bus and my promised seat.

                                All people were disturbed there. tried to contact the travel agency , they didn't respond properly.

                                As per business laws act of our constitution, R S travels made an open offer through third party (paytm) in which we have to pay some fixed money and in consideration,they will give us a seat of our choice in bus of our choice. but in actual, bus and seat both were not provided as per our choice.
                                You are doing business , so I assume you must be aware of business laws. so in this case , I was not provided what travel agency provided me to pay. and you must be knowing , I can file case against third party and agent both in this case.

                                It also means that the said "hispano a/c luxury" wasn't present anywhere and travel agency didn't say anything about hispano bus... , so the information given was fake. they had just few buses and they adjusted all passengers anyhow in them..
                                This is a very big fraudulent activity and I want my money back , only I know how I reached kanpur..and i am sure i am not the only 1 who complained about this issue...

                                I want you contact the seller and I want a callback from some of your senior person as well as travel agency on my no. [protected]/[protected] , If I don't get a call from your end and travel agency within next 3 days , I will take necessary legal action and bring this issue to public via public forums as well..
                                Hoping for a call from your end or be prepared for my action against you both.. I can go to any extent to get this issue solved so that no people in future have to face problem and become part of this fraudulent activity being done by travel agency and you both.

                                I also suggest to offer booking only for verified/high rated travel agencies. You can verify the seller service (atleast in delhi-ncr) as Justdial does (JD verified).
                                It would be better if you make proper communication with agency regarding the issue and don't offer bookings for it in future so that atleast people who trust you now will trust on you in future rather than stop using your services.

                                Completely fraud. Travels agents are not responding for the Paytm ticket. I have booked a ticket in Paytm from Eluru to Hyderabad on 6th april, SVKDT travels. I went to bus stop and made a phone call to travels and they said there is no bus today from eluru to hyderabad. Even they are not responding properly. Don't book tickets from paytm, because they are not giving contact number also for any queries. If you check in redbus or any other travels website they will give contact numbers for customer care. I have attached my ticket check it.

                                  I have done a recharge of Rs. 100 on 26th march 2013 around 1 am from paytm.com site using netbanking of SBI and 100 rupees had been deducted from my account but i didn't got any mobile balance.
                                  the details of my paytm.com transaction is

                                    I had made one recharge Dt.15.02.2013 order no 74284787 Rs/- 98 (shown in view page) for my data card no [protected] BSNL 2G from HDFC BANK a/c no - [protected] .The amount had been debited , but no recharge msg / no credit to my data card a/c made .After it I informed to paytm care .They gave a massage that money has been transferred to pay tm cash .But I could not find it out . They are not replying after getting my E-Mails
