Those transactions are failed and the the cash is available in the "Paytm Cash". I'd selected "Refund to bank" option, but till now none of the Transactions amount is refunded to my Bank Account. I enquired in bank also but I got the response as there is no refund process is requested to your account. Now they're asking for complete information about the refund process. I'd used a different Email-Id before that's my previous employers official Id. I've all the mails there only, which I received from Paytm.com. I'm to accessible to that Email-Id now. Now I need the details of the transactions to be submitted to the bank so that it'll easy for me to get my money back. Please provide the information ASAP.

    I Made a payment of Rs.230/- through online recharge of Digital TV (Paytm.com transaction No. is[protected]. recharge was successful. I also got a SMS on my mobile for payment of amount Rs.230/ (txn No.[protected].-. I spoke to Airtel Digital Customer Care to start my channels. They told me that payment is not done. Please do the needful urgently and transfer the paid amount to my ID-[protected]

            HI. I HAVE MADE PAYMENT OF MY MAHANAGAR GAS BILL THROUGH PAYTM.COM SITE ON 27/05/2014. DURING THE TRANSACTION THE AMOUNT WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT PAYMENT WAS NOT COMPLETED TO MAHANAGAR GAS BILL.. ON PAYTM SITE IT SHOWS PAYMENT RECEIVED BY PAYTM BUT PAYMENT TO MAHANAGAR GAS IS PENDING. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE. ALSO AFTER FEW MINUTES I RECEIVED EMAIL FROM THEM THAT IF THE PAYMENT IS UNSUCCESSFUL TO MAHANAGAR SITE THEY WILL REFUND THE MONEY BACK TO ME WITH IN 2 HRS, BUT NOW TWO DAYS HAVE PAST.             Hi, I am also facing the same issue with Paytm. They just deducted the money from my bank account but not credited to Mahanagar gas. I tried to follow up with them but there is no response from Paytm. Now Mahanagar gas recovery agents are banging my head for the amount as the amount is also too high.

                While recharging, purchased an ebay coupon for Rs 10 that enabled me to get a discount of Rs 150 on a purchase of any ebay product that was above Rs 750, Order number for the same was[protected]. Thereafter, I purchased a bluetooth stereo headset on ebay which was costing me Rs 1450. The same item was available on snapdeal for Rs 1326, but as seen, with the discount coupon applied, the cost went down to Rs 1300. When I went for payment options and applied the coupon code, it didnt work as "the terms and conditions for the code weren't met". Thats when it all started. I called up ebay customer support, who told me the coupon was a valid one, but it was limited only for first time transactions of newly registered users. Naturally I submitted a complain to paytm to give me a coupon code that actually worked, coz they hadn't mentioned this new user clause in their offer (screenshot attached). But these were the only response that I received:- 1) We need 24-48 hours to solve this query. 2) (Later) Use "so and so" coupon code and revert in case of any issue. These were similar coupons that could be used for first time users only. 3) On pointing the same (and awaiting 72 hours I might add), "we would like to inform you that as per the terms and condition of this offer, it is only applicable for new user of Ebay so we suggest you please create a new user account on Ebay and use the coupon code". (I already have a pending item in my account, how the hell should I pay for it using new account?) 4) On pointing that this wasnt mentioned in their terms and conditions, the ticket is transferred to another person, to whom I had to explain everything again. In short, we loop from 1) to 3) again. Its simple, if the new user clause was mentioned originally, I wouldn't had purchased the coupon. But now due to these imbeciles, there remains an item in my account awaiting payment. And the worst part is, these guys don't even have a proper customer care. Their customer care number[protected] simply tells you to record your complain and advices you to use emails. I mailed their grievance officer as well. Told him to take reference of complain ticket ids[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] etc. But in vain. Paytm proudly boasts "Proudly made in India". Being in IT industry myself, I can rightfully say that paytm is "Made to shame India". My advice to all who are buying coupons from paytm. Stop using it. My advice to ebay. Terminate their contract. These imbeciles are simply damaging your company's image.

                  Few days back i got a mail from paytm regarding cash back offer stated that Rs500 cash back for a purchase of 1500 and above and i purchased a micromac mobile costs 4176 amount sucessfully deducted from my account and i got a confirmation msg from paytm order sucessfully placed (order num is #[protected] but till now i didnt get any updates from paytm and they are not ready even to reply for my mail..and the main thing is there is no number to contact them...pls help me to get my product or to get back my cash.

                          MY Tata Docomo Data card Bill was rs 449 and Due date was 9th May 2014.I had paid the amount on 6th May through PAYTM website and till today the
                          amount has not been credited in my TATA Docomo account though the same amount had been debited from my credit card on the same day (6th May 2014) .Thus i had paid the
                          same amount in TATA DOCOMO using another Credit Card on 11th May 2014.

                          Regarding the same every day I had sent 2-33 email all the email they are replying that they are looking into this but today its more than 9 days i have not got any resolution.Please help..I need your help to get the issue resolved.

                              Few days back I made a recharge worth Rs.15 for my cell-phone. But after completing my checkout and transaction my request of recharge was not done. And after some days when asked to either make the recharge on my phone or else refund the amount, I got a message from them stating as "I’m sorry that the recharge for your mobile number [protected] did not happen. We have not received amount for this transaction from your bank. In such cases the bank automatically refunds the amount into your account. It may take between 3 to 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account. The refund timelines vary from bank to bank. In case of any delay in receiving your amount, I suggest you please get in touch with your bank. I hope this helps. Should you need any further assistance, let me know." As per they are saying transaction hasn't been done..But the amount has been deducted from my account and saying transaction is successfully done... Now it's been nearly 20 days still my request for refund is not yet processed.. I just want either the recharge done or refund the amount on my account. My failed paytm.com order number :[protected]

                              What should I do I'm not having the print (that .pdf)? My bank account is also just giving me info about last 10 transactions. So what should I do now? Really the amount is deducted from my account and still didn't got the recharge
                              I've already submitted the bank statement for the transaction. But amount wasn't refunded.

                                Our records indicate that the recharge against order id[protected] got failed due to delay in response from your bank. Therefore, Rs. 27 was refunded to your Paytm wallet instantly. You again initiated a recharge of Rs. 40 against order id[protected] using this Rs. 27 of your Paytm wallet.

                                This order also went unsuccessful for the same reason and Rs. 27 was restored again in your Paytm wallet.

                                Further, we have received Rs. 13 each against both the order ids from your bank as of 30.04.2014.

                                As of now, you have Rs. 53 (Rs. 27 + Rs. 13 + Rs. 13) as your current Paytm wallet balance.

                                  i got a coupon from timesdeal.com as per terms and conditions http://timesdeal.com/delhi-ncr-deals/paytm-services-29880...and i recharged as said and applied code but i was not given the cash back...i mailed to [protected]@paytm.com and they said its applicable only for new users...there is no such condition in the above said offer...kindly refund the amount to my wallet...i will never use your site again, for cheating customers saying cash backs...

                                      hi, my email id is [protected]@gmail.com and my number is [protected]...i tried recharging my number for 100rs on 10/4/2014 and since i had 21rs on my wallet, i was charged 79rs from my bank account...after a successful transaction from my bank account, my recharge failed and when i checked in my wallet, it was not there too..i gave a complaint in ticket no #[protected]...but no refund till now...i am facing this problem for the third time in a month...alll my last 3 transactions had failed and now i feel very insecure for any transaction with your site...kindly help me and also refund my money...everytime i give a complaint, it takes more than 2 days for my refund...this is very unfare that i should register a complaint to get back my own money...i had attached my bank statement in the above complaint number...
