PAYTM is trying to scam people, i have been using it for a long time and was fine but yesterday i did a recharge for 230 and 197, money has been taken and still didn't hit my account... MONEY LAUNDERING... RECHARGE IT ASAP OR WE'LL SUE YOU FOR SCAMMING AND MONEY LAUNDERING. I rather go to a shop and do it, i have 0.00 balance and unable to call or message anyone i have never been in this situation it's soo annoying., .

          I had returned the item LINK+ 10000mAh power bank ( white) which was delivered on 22nd June 2014 worth Rs 1099 and was returned on 5th july 2014 because it is not working properly. The Order ending with no. 97635 was been picked up by JaVAS on 5th July. It was said by you that the refund will be processed once the shipment will get delivered back to the Merchant and it will take 20days. But yet money have not been refunded I am continuously telling my problem to them from past 20 days but I am ain't getting response from their side and even after mailing them, they are not taking the matter seriously. There was not a single reply from their side. I am writing for requesting for a refund money.I even have the pay slip with me. I am really feeling to abuse badly... I have been so badly irritated that i wont use any such things in future ever.             Sir, After raising a complaint in this forum I got a call saying that "this is a call from paytm head office" they are asking the entire details of bank of bank including atm pin.                 I tried to recharge my number and the transaction got failed. While recharging I used the "groupon Rs.50 cashback coupon code" which I bought from Groupon Website for Rs.27 [bought 3 promo codes i.e. Rs.9 X 3]. I have mentioned the link below: http://www.groupon.co.in/deals/pune/paytm-com-1/578522 Then again I tried to recharge my number through that code but then I got the message that "The Promo Code can be used only once". I mailed the same query to Paytm and got a reply from their side that "According to the terms & conditions that if a transaction gets failed then the groupon promo code will be reactivated in 45 minutes. " Then After sometime I tried to recharge with another groupon code, the same thing happened with that code also. It has been more than a day now and I am getting the same error. Till now, 3 Groupon promo codes have been wasted.                 Sir i m dipak i dont recharge any groupon coupon promo codes i bought 25 promocodes. Which give rs50 instead of 9rs which can i done when i use paytm said its invalid code pls send me the using image also solve the problem

                  Its regarding order id[protected], whose refund has come to paytm cash but I m not able to route it to bank.And for order id[protected], flat 50 offer was there and I m supposed to get 165 as cash back.I have put numerous mails and queries from my side but no reply.You guys dont have separate numbers to attend our grievances and queries!!Then how we are supposed to be satisfied by your service!!

                          order is deliver is 30-7-14 but product is defective when I call on merchant he say complaint on paytym Customer care .When I complaint on [protected]@paytm.com, he reply me your 50% cash back use so you cannot return the product .But I want only exchange my bag not return so please change my product. If you recharge thru paytm.com the money is by default use in available paytm wallet money so what is my foult.

                                  I had opened a ticket with Paytm for this issue. Ticket #[protected]: Voucher is not working I got the discount voucher code in kurkure and chip pack. But when I tried to use that it did not work. I got the error : voucher code is already used. I did share the voucer code with paytm team and got an update from Pooja (Paytm team) ""Pooja, Jul 28 12:48: Hi there, I am Pooja, and I am going to do my best to help you. We’re really sorry you had to go through that. We checked and there seemed to be a slight glitch at the technical end. Don’t worry we’re fixing it, "" After that I had sent them so many mails but did not receive any update from their end. Please look into it.

                                        I G Employment has fraud me by promising that they will provide me Confirm JOB .On 1st aug 2014 One IG employment employee named Yogesh, phone number [protected], called me &explained the details of their facilities.
                                        They have taken Rs. 19588 from me by using paytm facilities. but when i discussed with other people those who are suffering the same problem i got to know that this company is fraud company&they cheated people. i cancelled the registration, request for refund my money by sending a mail to [protected]@igemployment.
