Sir/Madam, I recharged my aircel no. [protected] with Rs. 62 from paytm using Central Banki of India Net Banking. Recharge made was shown successfull but actually it was not credited to my mobile. My order no. was[protected]. I emailed paytm over the issue but havn't got any reply yet. I will be thankfull if relevant action is taken against them. Regards, Rohit kumar. I’m sorry that the recharge for your mobile # [protected] did not happen. In fact our system received a delayed response from your bank’s online system stating the amount has been deducted from your account. As soon as I realized what had happened I initiated a transfer back to your bank account. I do feel awful about this terrible mix up as this is not acceptable by Paytm standards and we are working on fixing this.

I know you’ll be worried if you don’t see the amount in your bank account immediately, but don’t worry as it may take up to 21 days to reflect in your account.

    I had recharge Rs.200 to My Dish TV No.[protected] through Union Bank Of India Debit Card using Paytm site and I got a confirmation message that is sorry your Dish TV recharge was unsuccesfully.Rs 200 refunded to Paytm Cash.Order No.[protected].But that my account has been recharged my Balance cut off from my account but my account does not recharged.I would be glad if taken some action against Paytm.

      Dear Concern,

      I made recharge from www.paytm.com on 3rd August 2013 for Videocon d2h # 34618076 worth Rs.500/- with order No.[protected] from my registered account [protected]. But Recharge failed due to some technical glitch with Videocon I guess. From that day I’m continuously mailing on [protected]@paytm.com for my refund of Rs.500/- to my paytm cash account for failed recharge. One of their executive Mr. Jagdip had called me on Thursday 22nd August 2013 & discussed all issue & told me that refund will be given in 24 hours, but till date I haven’t received any refund from their side. Also I’m getting same reply from Mr. Saurabh & Mr. Prashant. They are giving me wrong reference no. for my recharge. Also I have confirmed reference no’s to Videocon D2H customer care, they are saying that the reference no. is invalid / does not exist.

      Please look in the matter & ask them refund my money to paytm cash account ASAP.

          I had recharged Rs-219 (219*2=Rs 438) (Two times) to my BSNL MOBILE NO [protected] through STATE BANK debitcard using Paytm site and I get no confirmation massage from paytm site that my account has been recharged, my balance cut off from my account but my account does not recharged .
          I would be glad if takes some action against Paytm.
          Plz REFUNDED MY ACCOUNT BALANCE IMMEDIATELY.

We would like to further confirm that your request has been initiated and it may take up to maximum of 3-21 days for the amount to reflect in your bank account depending on bank to bank as per their timelines.

            Yesterday i made a recharge using your site for IDEA andhra pradesh circle
            with 253 RS - 1GB data/30 days. Recharge went pretty well.
            After that i made another recharge with 24 RS for 300 SMS pack and
            unfortunately there was no [censored]ing 24 RS pack with idea.
            In turn there was another [censored]ing pack with same price which activated 500
            mb 2G data and deactivated my 3G data.
            Because of your [censored]ing false display i lost my 3G pack.
            I don't know what you guys are doing i want my money back.

            I am Manish and I understand that you have not received desired benefits for your recharge. However, the amount of talk time or any other benefit that you may receive for a particular recharge value is controlled entirely by Idea.

            Therefore, I would suggest you to use your 500 MB 2G Data, then you'll be able to use your 3G data.

            I also understand that it's really a very bad experience that you have faced but we also cannot help you to correct your recharge as correction is also totally controlled by the operator itself.

            Therefore, I recommend you to please get in touch with your operator with reference number XXXXXXXXXXX of this transaction, so that they may help you to reverse this transaction.

            We have also highlighted in the disclaimer that the plan details provided on the website are indicative and we do not have control over benefits that will be provided by the operator and would be delivered to end user.

              I made a transaction online for a balance top up in my reliance GSM mobile account as per details below:

              Therefore I am submitting my complaint here.

              Reliance GSM Mobile — Not receive money after recharge

              Respected Sir,
              MY mobile number is [protected]. On evening of 8 Feb 2010 the recorded call is come from reliance in which they say if you recharged with Rs 101 they will give talk time of Rs 140.So today(11 Feb 2010) at 10:15 A.M. I recharged my mobile by Rs 101. Message of Recharged was come on mobile but they did not give the single rupee on my mobile. I complained for this on reliance customer care but they say you recharged wrong. No plan of this type is here in reliance and they did not write my complain and cut the phone. Again after 2 hour(i.e 11:32 A.M. on 11 Feb 2010) call from[protected] come on my mobile with same offer. I called again to the customer care but again they cut the call by saying no plan of this type.

              So sir what can I do now. My Rs 101 is gone. Please help me.

              Reliance — Mobile Recharged but not get money

              Hi,

              I have recharged my mobile[protected] of rupees 85/- dated on
              28/febrary/2011 time- at about 13:15 Hrs. (near about time) but could not receive the amount yet.

              But when i contacted to customer care then these people told me that we don't have any recharge facility of 85/- rupees then, i told them to considerd this amount into 50+30 rupees on the place of 85/- rupees. Then these people declined for this.

              Now I am in trouble because of these people on this.

                      the person calling told me that he refund the amount in my bank a/c for that he asking for my debit card number , i have given the number and after that he was asking for my pin number , i did not given the pin number of my debit card...

                      he was also told me that the my pin number is shown to him...he also give option me to tell the 3 pin then he told that what is the right...

                            I PAID AN AMOUNT TO RECHARGE MY TATASKY VIA PAYTM, THE RECHARGE WAS SUCCESSFUL FROM PAYTM.
                            BUT TATA SKY WAS UNABLE TO CREDIT THE SAME TO MY ACCOUNT OF TATA SKY DTH ACCOUNT , THE ACCOUNT HAD BEEN DISCONTINUED. I REQUESTED TATA SKY TO REFUND BACK THE AMOUNT THEY RECEIVED FROM PAYTM TO RECHARGE THE SAME.
                            TATA SKY CONFIRMED THAT THE REFUND CAN ONLY BE DONE TO PAYTM AND NOT TO ME , AS RECHARGE WAS DONE FROM PAYTM .
                            THEY REFUNDED THE AMOUNT TO APYTM AND GAVE ME THE REFERENCE NUMBER FOR SAME .
                            I HAD BEEN FOLLOWING UP WITH PAYTM CUSTOMER CARE FOR CREDITING BACK THE AMOUNT THEY RECEIVED FROM TATA SKY TO MY ACCOUNT AT PAYTM .I HAVE WRITTEN THEM HUNDREDS OF EMAIL WHICH I HAVE IN RECORD AND PAYTM HAS BEEN DELAYING THE REFUND BY GIVING ME SENSE LESS REPLIES .THERE CUSTOMER CARE IS PURPOSELY IGNORING MY REQUEST .
                            I AM LEFT WITH NO OPTION THAN LODGING AN FIR AGAINST PAYTM , I HAVE BEEN ADVISED TO CORRESPOND WITH PAYTM WHICH I HAD BEEN DOING .ALL THE EMAIL ARE ENOUGH TO MAKE MY CASE STRONGER .

                                    I initiated a recharge of Rs.255 on my airtel number on June 4th 2013 through online recharge website Paytm. My money got debited from my account and then I waited for the recharge screen that showed a busy(loading) sign for 10 minutes and then closed the website. My phone didn't get recharged and when I checked the status of the recharge on Paytm, it showed success. I waited another 20 minutes but nothing happened. Paytm doesn't have a telephonic customer care service so I emailed them regarding this problem. Next day I received email from them (guy named Abhay) which told me that recharge was successful and gave me a reference number[protected]. I emailed them to clarify again that recharge was a fail and they again told me to confirm with the airtel with the same reference number. I checked with airtel with the reference number and didn't find any recharges, infact I didn't find any recharges within a period of 7 days on my number. I emailed them again and they replied that there was an error with the airtel and it has now been resolved and my phone is recharged. My phone didn't get recharged, AGAIN. So I finally emailed them asking to confirm with airtel and provide with a proof of recharge to which they haven't replied.
                                    Please look into the matter.

                                    Dish TV — MONEY DEDUCTED BUT RECHARGE FAIL

                                    I am enjoying services of dish tv. on 7th april,2011,
                                    I had recharge my dish tv online from sbi debit card ,I had received all the details like transaction id,order no.etc. but, I had not received my recharge amount and their executives didn't help me they asking me to follow a very long procedure. Which is quite tough to follow.

                                      paytm recharge — amount not refunded

                                      i have recharged my no. from paytm on 26/09/11 at 10 pm and recharge was fail but paytm has not refund my amount so plz defund my rs 65 in my account.

                                      It may take few working days for the refund to reflect in your bank account but the actual number of days that the bank may take to reflect the refund in your account may vary from bank to bank and is beyond our control.

                                      In case of any delay in receiving the refund amount, we would suggest that you get in touch with your bank.

                                        I have recharged with 69 rupees
                                        with paytm for my reliance no. But it
                                        hasn't completed though money has
                                        been deducted from my paytm
                                        account. I've tried to contact them
                                        via mail several times but their
                                        response is not satisfactory. They
                                        were least interested in solving my
                                        problem...

                                        I also talked with reliance.they tells this complaint occur because of paytm

                                        the distributor took away the paper recharge coupons and sims for the totel value of rs.12851.00 the refund of the amount as per the following deatils
                                        M/s Raman deep enterprises took rechage coupon in march 2007 for the value of rs 9460.00 out of which rs.5000.00 was transcted in the flexi recharge sim but the balance of Rs.4460.00 was not given till today.

                                        Total amount Rs.2460.00
                                        Today the sales personal has returned the coupon and denied Refund we are your retailers would you advice how such a large sum be kept to our loss whereas the value is not utilies.
                                        please take an immidiate action and refund our amount

                                        reliance recharge — Recharge amount not credited

                                        I had done a recharge through ICICI net banking of Rs 10 on my reliance mobile, the amount has not been credited yet, however, it has been debited from my ICICI a/c. It is showing that it has gone under this:

                                        WEST QUADRANT, II FLOOR, MUMBAI.
