this company paytm.com ia a fake company..they chaet with their customers..this is a online recharge company..ppl who ll do online recharege from this site thy ll not receive the balance but ur amout ll b deducted from ur card.. just i want to warn the consumers not to use this site...i did recharge of 120 rs from this site and i didnt received the full taltime yet...i have complaint them but they dont respond also......

Amount not refunded

I am subbu my mail id [protected]@yahoo.com .04/06/2013, I try to recharge my BSNL mobile ([protected]) to my SBI ONLINE Account (via pay TM ) . After submit my password in my SBI bank account 135 rupees has been deducted, in 2 times, total Rs 270 has been deducted from my online SBI account, i received the massage also but my mobile was not recharged and amount also not refunded sofar,please do the needful and refund...

REFUND NOT BEING CREDITED BACK

I PAID AN AMOUNT TO RECHARGE MY TATASKY VIA PAYTM, THE RECHARGE WAS SUCCESSFUL FROM PAYTM.
BUT TATA SKY WAS UNABLE TO CREDIT THE SAME TO MY ACCOUNT OF TATA SKY DTH ACCOUNT , THE ACCOUNT HAD BEEN DISCONTINUED. I REQUESTED TATA SKY TO REFUND BACK THE AMOUNT THEY RECEIVED FROM PAYTM TO RECHARGE THE SAME.
TATA SKY CONFIRMED THAT THE REFUND CAN ONLY BE DONE TO PAYTM AND NOT TO ME , AS RECHARGE WAS DONE FROM PAYTM .

recharge didn't happen

hey sir, i tried to recharge my cell phone no. [protected] from paytm.com ... i was recharging Rs 219 .. then suddenly it shows transiction failed after filling all details of my card..
my balance got deducted and the recharge didn't happen... i want my money to be refunded to me very soon.

I initiated a recharge of Rs.255 on my airtel number on June 4th 2013 through online recharge website Paytm. My money got debited from my account and then I waited for the recharge screen that showed a busy(loading) sign for 10 minutes and then closed the website. Online recharge not completed

I have recharged with 126 rupees with paytm for my idea no.
But it hasn't completed though money has been deducted from my bank account.
I've tried to contact them via mail seberal times but their response is not satisfactory. They were least interested in solving my problem.
I have also talked to idea customer care but they were insisting that no such recharge is done.
Now what should i do.....

I recharged an Airtel # [protected] with Rs. 25. This was a mistake as the number is no longer in service. It's a non-working number. The recharge should have failed however they approved the recharge of a non-working number and took my money. I demanded for refund but they are refusing to pay. I booked bus tickets using paytm but cancelled them due to work pressure. I opted for refund on MAR 28 and MAR 29 respectively for ticket ID's MKEWOB and MKD9Y0. When i mail them they are not providing me with sufficient information but just say it is refunded from our end contact your bank. Wrong bus ticket

I have booked a bus ticket in paytm.com from eluru to hyderabad, svkdt travels. I went to bus stop and made a call to the travels contact numbers and they said "there is no bus today from eluru to hyderabad". I got shocked and the travel agents are also not responding properly. We face lot of problem on that day. don't go for such fraud sites.

Regarding Paytm cash refund to bank

Hi,

I have Rechared 798 INR for MTS MBlaze recharge through your site. It resulted
as a failure and the money was refunded as paytm cash.

I clicked on refund to bank button. It has been 21 days since i initiated the refund
request.

I did not any mail regarding the refund request confirmation and i did not recieved
the Bank tansaction ID for that .
