Dear Sir/Madam, On 11th of September , I recharged my TATA PHOTON PLUS DATA CARD from the site "www.paytm.com". They immediately deducted balance of INR 255 from my bank account , But till now i haven't recieved any balance in my TATA PHOTON PLUS DATA CARD. Then I called TATA PHOTON PLUS customer care and found no recharge was done by site "www.paytm.com". My order no. is[protected]. Then I checked customer care number of paytm site on internet but didn't got. So i wrote a complaint email to the paytm customer support, but its now 4 days gone & haven't received any reply from paytm. Infact their site is also not working now. Kindly help me on priority basis, as I am like handicap without internet. I am attaching the bill of the recharge that i have done from PAYTM. Regards, Nikhil [protected]

        On 2nd September 2013, I try to recharge my mobile no. [protected] online with paytm (using facebook login). My Rs. 200 got transferred to paytm account instead of recharge my mobile. I send an email to customer care and he suggested some steps to recharge using balance amount from paytm account but again my rs.100/- got transferred to paytm account and no recharge. Then i send them below email and waiting for reply - "As i had followed the following instructions given by you in previous email and again my Rs. 100/- got transferred to paytm account instead of recharge my mobile now its became Rs. 200 /- as balance, please see in attached screen shot. Again you advised to follow the same steps to make me fool. I request you to either refund my Rs.200 to back my credit card account or just recharge my mobile with same amount withing 2 hrs. Otherwise i am forwarding this email to RBI as well as all legal department.................of India."           Sir/Madam, I recharged my aircel no. [protected] with Rs. 62 from paytm using Central Banki of India Net Banking. Recharge made was shown successfull but actually it was not credited to my mobile. My order no. was[protected]. I emailed paytm over the issue but havn't got any reply yet.           I’m sorry that the recharge for your mobile # [protected] did not happen. In fact our system received a delayed response from your bank’s online system stating the amount has been deducted from your account. As soon as I realized what had happened I initiated a transfer back to your bank account. I do feel awful about this terrible mix up as this is not acceptable by Paytm standards and we are working on fixing this.

          I know you’ll be worried if you don’t see the amount in your bank account immediately, but don’t worry as it may take up to 21 days to reflect in your account.

            I had recharge Rs.200 to My Dish TV No.[protected] through Union Bank Of India Debit Card using Paytm site and I got a confirmation message that is sorry your Dish TV recharge was unsuccesfully.Rs 200 refunded to Paytm Cash.Order No.[protected].But that my account has been recharged my Balance cut off from my account but my account does not recharged.I would be glad if taken some action against Paytm.

              Dear Concern,

              I made recharge from www.paytm.com on 3rd August 2013 for Videocon d2h # 34618076 worth Rs.500/- with order No.[protected] from my registered account [protected]. But Recharge failed due to some technical glitch with Videocon I guess. From that day I’m continuously mailing on [protected]@paytm.com for my refund of Rs.500/- to my paytm cash account for failed recharge. One of their executive Mr. Jagdip had called me on Thursday 22nd August 2013 & discussed all issue & told me that refund will be given in 24 hours, but till date I haven’t received any refund from their side. Also I’m getting same reply from Mr. Saurabh & Mr. Prashant. They are giving me wrong reference no. for my recharge. Also I have confirmed reference no’s to Videocon D2H customer care, they are saying that the reference no. is invalid / does not exist.

              Please look in the matter & ask them refund my money to paytm cash account ASAP.

                  I had recharged Rs-219 (219*2=Rs 438) (Two times) to my BSNL MOBILE NO [protected] through STATE BANK debitcard using Paytm site and I get no confirmation massage from paytm site that my account has been recharged, my balance cut off from my account but my account does not recharged .
                  I would be glad if takes some action against Paytm.

                    Yesterday i made a recharge using your site for IDEA andhra pradesh circle
                    with 253 RS - 1GB data/30 days. Recharge went pretty well.
                    After that i made another recharge with 24 RS for 300 SMS pack and
                    unfortunately there was no [censored]ing 24 RS pack with idea.
                    In turn there was another [censored]ing pack with same price which activated 500
                    mb 2G data and deactivated my 3G data.
                    Because of your [censored]ing false display i lost my 3G pack.
                    I don't know what you guys are doing i want my money back.

                      Reliance GSM Mobile — Not receive money after recharge

                      Respected Sir,
                      MY mobile number is [protected]. On evening of 8 Feb 2010 the recorded call is come from reliance in which they say if you recharged with Rs 101 they will give talk time of Rs 140.So today(11 Feb 2010) at 10:15 A.M. I recharged my mobile by Rs 101. Message of Recharged was come on mobile but they did not give the single rupee on my mobile. I complained for this on reliance customer care but they say you recharged wrong. No plan of this type is here in reliance and they did not write my complain and cut the phone. Again after 2 hour(i.e 11:32 A.M. on 11 Feb 2010) call from[protected] come on my mobile with same offer. I called again to the customer care but again they cut the call by saying no plan of this type.

                      So sir what can I do now. My Rs 101 is gone. Please help me.

                      28/febrary/2011 time- at about 13:15 Hrs. (near about time) but could not receive the amount yet.

                                  I am subbu my mail id [protected]@yahoo.com .04/06/2013, I try to recharge my BSNL mobile ([protected]) to my SBI ONLINE Account (via pay TM ) . After submit my password in my SBI bank account 135 rupees has been deducted, in 2 times, total Rs 270 has been deducted from my online SBI account, i received the massage also but my mobile was not recharged and amount also not refunded sofar,please do the needful and refund the amount to my SBI A/C No: [protected]

                                  Pay TM — amount Rs.110/- was debited from my account but top up amount has not been credited to my mobile 9440857279 on 17-9-2011

                                  I applied for top up of Rs.110/- to my BSNL through Pay tm by making payment through State Bank ATM Card. Amount of Rs.110/- was debited from my bank account, but amount has not been credited to my mobile.

                                    I PAID AN AMOUNT TO RECHARGE MY TATASKY VIA PAYTM, THE RECHARGE WAS SUCCESSFUL FROM PAYTM.
                                    BUT TATA SKY WAS UNABLE TO CREDIT THE SAME TO MY ACCOUNT OF TATA SKY DTH ACCOUNT , THE ACCOUNT HAD BEEN DISCONTINUED. I REQUESTED TATA SKY TO REFUND BACK THE AMOUNT THEY RECEIVED FROM PAYTM TO RECHARGE THE SAME.
                                    TATA SKY CONFIRMED THAT THE REFUND CAN ONLY BE DONE TO PAYTM AND NOT TO ME , AS RECHARGE WAS DONE FROM PAYTM .
                                    THEY REFUNDED THE AMOUNT TO APYTM AND GAVE ME THE REFERENCE NUMBER FOR SAME .
                                    I HAD BEEN FOLLOWING UP WITH PAYTM CUSTOMER CARE FOR CREDITING BACK THE AMOUNT THEY RECEIVED FROM TATA SKY TO MY ACCOUNT AT PAYTM .I HAVE WRITTEN THEM HUNDREDS OF EMAIL WHICH I HAVE IN RECORD AND PAYTM HAS BEEN DELAYING THE REFUND BY GIVING ME SENSE LESS REPLIES .THERE CUSTOMER CARE IS PURPOSELY IGNORING MY REQUEST .
                                    I AM LEFT WITH NO OPTION THAN LODGING AN FIR AGAINST PAYTM , I HAVE BEEN ADVISED TO CORRESPOND WITH PAYTM WHICH I HAD BEEN DOING .ALL THE EMAIL ARE ENOUGH TO MAKE MY CASE STRONGER .

                                    PLEASE NOTE THAT PAYTM HAS GIVEN NO DETAILS OF THEIR PHYSICAL ADDRESS , ADDRESS AND NAME OF DIRECTORS ,PARTNER , INDIVIDUAL OWNER ON THERE WEB SITE .

                                      Faild to recharge my mobile no but balance cut off from bank

                                      I had recharged Rs-80 to my BSNL MOBILE NO [protected] through net banking dated 14/06/13, 11:18 am.I sorry, your recharge of Rs. 80 . order no.[protected] . Rs. 80 is refunded to your paytm cash for subsequent use. So, please refund Rs. 80 to my bank account immediately.

                                        hey sir, i tried to recharge my cell phone no. [protected] from paytm.com ... i was recharging Rs 219 .. then suddenly it shows transiction failed after filling all details of my card..
                                        my balance got deducted and the recharge didn't happen... i want my money to be refunded to me very soon.
