[Resolved] Philips / LCD TV — Poor Repairing Service
I own a LCD TV 32" purchased from Philips. Last month there were certain problems in the TV. I called up the local service Centre (Mr. Jayesh), who kept giving promises that he shall pick up the TV from my residence and get it repaired. He did not come to pick up TV for 7-8 days. Subsequently, I mailed to Philips Company, who kept giving promises but again for 10 more days no body bothered to service my request. Finally, they came home to pick up TV after 20 days.
Now, from the day they have picked up the TV, i have been following up with them, but neither are they servicing my TV nor giving quotes for the cost. I have been constantly sending mails to company, CEO Mr. K Ramachandran and calling up Mr. Jayesh, but am not getting any favourable response.
Require your help to get my TV repaired.
