Wrong technical specifications

I have bought Philips 42PFL9703/98 in October 2008. When I am comparing specifications of TV in the manual came with TV, they are not matching. What Should I do? Specifications not matching are
1) Computer formats as per manual --> 1980*1020, actually when I connect PC with TV on VGA port it does not go above 1024*768
2) Network/ethernet Port is mentioned in Manual, it is not available in TV.

I bought Philps Water purifier in June. Last week, it did not switch on. We have repeated called the Call Centre[protected] but very poor response. Irreplacable Device

I bought a bluetooth handsfree device one month ago, the next day only it found to be defective. I'd took that to the shop from where i bought it. The shop owner refused to take it back and replace it, but he asked me to go for Phlips service center for servicing of the device. I'd gone there, explaining my problem, they said me that the device is not servicable and you need to replace it from the shop from where you bought it....

Not working, and no action from CS

Our 50" Plasma TV, costing Rs. 3.35 lacs, has completely stopped working after 2 years. We bought an extended warranty for Rs 15, 000 at the time, which is not being honored by the company now. Customer service is giving us a run-around, sometimes claiming the TV screen has to be "imported" from abroad, hence the three month delay in addressing our complaint. I bought Philips 29" TV around 3 months back where I bought an extended 2 years warranty from Croma. Now in just 3 months TV stopped working and AFTER A BIG STRUGGLE i lodged a complain in Philips.
