On 26th January 2010, I approached Bajaj representative Mr. Abhijit, stationed at Techno City (Great Eastern), of 15B, Sarat Bose Road, Kolkata- 20, for financing a 32 inch Philips LCD TV, model NO: 32PFL5402, valued at Rs. 31000 (Thirty One Thousand Only), under your Zero Interest 12/2 (12 EMI, out of which 2 are Down Payments) finance scheme. Accordingly the form was filled up & documents handed over.
On 27th I again met Mr. Abhijit at the showroom, when he told me that the same will be sent for verification. On the same night we got an SMS on the Cell NO: [protected], that the Proposal / Request NO: SF604026, has been approved.
Today on the 28th when I again went there, for the payment & delivery, I was told by Mr. Abhijit that it was approved under your Zero Interest 12/4 (12 EMI, out of which 4 are Down Payments) finance scheme. Although this was quiet contradictory to my proposal / application, I got no feedback / clarification regarding the same.
Ironically as a reward to my three days visit & patient wait, I got a very arrogant answer from your representative, like : “I cannot explain you the reason why the scheme got changed”, “Take it or leave it, maximum I will loose a customer”.
From some reliable sources, I have come to know that the proposal has originally been logged by him under 12/4 scheme, for Rs. 60,000.
But if I accept such finance proposal, It will put my plantings haywire. On the other hand such act on the part of your personnel will not simply deprive you & Bajaj Finance of a customer, but also tarnish your images.
It will be highly appreciated, if you can please look into the matter & revert to me.

Philips - Water Purifier — Complaint not sortout.
I have purchased Philips Water purifier 2 & 1/2 year back. Recently the leakage problem arise in the purifier for which I lodged complain through customer care and the relevent SR no. are - 503364 ; 516554 ; and 522318.But the problem is still there and after so called repair the other
problem also started like not working of indicator.
And as per service man the said problem can't be repaired while he has changed one part of it in the name of solving the problem.
I could not understand, such small problem is not getting solved.
Should I approach local repair man as Philips co. can't repair their own product ?
