Hi,

On 3rd of march 10 I Have lodged my complaint regarding my DVD Player which is under warranty. But till now I am getting only daily assurance from Philips Customer Care and Philips Service Centre.

No service at authorised service center

I have given the Home Theater DVD system (HTS4750/98) for repair to Philips Authorized Service Center, The problem that I was facing was "CD/DVD" use to get stuck in the panel. When I gave them for the problem for the first time, they told me that they have rectified the same.

bad product

i am vaibhav jain and i am complaned on the philips call center on one and half month ago but there is no response from there side, they were giving such a bad service and no call back from their side only i calling to him.
i just want to replace my product with the new model not the same model ,
more importantly i am just using 2 month that product and it will create problem...

faulty product

i had purchased an DVD home theater from Croma at mulund just before the expiry of the warranty period my DVD stopped functioning . Philips DVD player servicing

I bought a philips dvd player in the month of sep09 where i was informed that it plays mp4 formats also.but it didnt so i took it to the philips service center in adyar and they had it for 1 week . they said that it was taken to the philips central service center to correct the issue so i took it home but it didnt read mp4 and i didnt have time to goback there . i took it there after a month and they had it again for a week and gave it back...

Timely Service Not Provided

I sent a device for repairing under warranty period of 1 Year.
Warranty Period not written on Warranty Card.
You have to deduce it from their web site.
Or you will have to be at the mercy of Service Centre (if you are uneducated enough) to tell you the exact warranty period!
Plus they need a Valid Bill (despite an ORIGINAL WARRANTY CARD issued by TATA's CROMA Store - M/s. Infiniti Retail Ltd.). WHY? Nobody...

Philips MCD196/98

I experienced a problem with my music system (MCD 196/98). When try to play a CD the system gives message "No disc". I took it to Philips authorised service centre in Kotrudh Pune. I was told that the cost of repairs is Rs. 3000/-. I was told that the mpeg card for the system has failed and that it did cost that much.

I am very much surprised at the cost of repairs as the cost of repairs is almost same as the original...

Fake demand on performance

I bought a Philips water purifier on 23-05-09, against JS no-JAsn[protected], reg. no.-123278. We are total 3 in my family. First filter changed on 08-10-09. Now it is down again. That means Rs 600/- in every 3 months. Think about it’s performance and circulate it to all. They told 3000 lit. but I got 1100 lit. (Rs.0.545/- per lit.)....

warranty

I have purchased a new Philips 5 watt CFL Lamp, from M/s Shakari Bhandar, Anushakti Nagar, Mumbai. Next day it did not work, I go for replacement of the lamp, but they denied to replace this lamp. They said that they will not provide any warranty on Philips CFL, while all other shops providing warranty on Philips CFL Lamps.
So I suggest to all the customers "first confirm warranty before shopping at M/s Shakari Bhandar"....

not working

The product was purchased from croma Belapur,Navi mumbai on 18.12.2008.It has one year warranty from philips and extended waranty from croma.
The product stopped working on 16.12.2009. I contacted croma, Which advised me to contact philips customer service centre.Philps service centre did not agree to send technecian to repair it nor to note down the complain as it is a portable product.

i booked philips radio alarm product no 1591 on 4th august 09 from gift360,order was taken on phone by miss imrana banu,and i was given order no 66955.
