Higher rates and no installation service given even after 4 days though full payment made at the time of purchase

I have purchase one LCD TV and Home Theatre Bar of PHILIPS make from Reliance Digital show room at Ambeince Mall Gurgaon on 18th Otuber 2009. The LCD TV shown to us which was on display is different to what has been given .The model given is 42 PFL 7403/98, in the bill also they have mentioned wrong model no ie 42 PFL 740 only . i bought a 29 inch PHILIPS colour TV [model no. 29PT6021] from Dehradoon in february, 2002.

Spare parts for HTS6515

I own the HTS6515 home cinema system. Thankfully, this is a secondary unit we use in the bedroom.
The problem:
'We' managed to break the plastic clip on stand for the main unit.
Being a piece of plastic, i assume costing a few pounds, i figured this would be reletively simple to replace.

Poor after sales service

I had purchased a Philips hair dryer (Model HP4885/00) on 04 Dec 2008 and the product is under warranty for one year. Non Receipt of free gift/voucher

Dear Sir,
I have received subject items vide Living Media India Ltd,N.Delhi Invoice no:ORA[protected] dt 30/07/09 in fourth week of August.
After waiting for company courier man for about 1 week,I opened d parcel & do not found any free gift voucher of Rs.5000/- for diamond & gold jewellery.

Very Poor Service...

My Audio System model is FWV-355 which i bought it 4 yrs back ... I had the problem of just CD closing and Opening and also change of the disc... I have given my system in Mahalaxmi Electronics Hyderabad, on 31 August 2009.They have checked my system and told me that the CD lens (Set) shud be replaced and it costs Rs.1800/- and need to be changed... i asked them the CD Reading is very good but the main problem is of open/close and change...

Pathetic Customer Service

In Oct 2008 I purchased a Philips Home Theatre and am having a nightmare expreience.I have lodged my complaint regarding my Home Theatre which is still under warranty. Stero recorder is not correct requires repairing

Sir,
I purchased one Philips Spatial Stero model No.508 in the year 1982. I used it very sparingly but now it requires repairing in cassette recorder. Radio/FM is all right. I gave the set to Philips service centre situated at City Centre, Sansar chandra road, Jaipur on 24/8/09.for repairing. I got a telephone from said service centre that the parts of this set is not available as such it can not be repaired.

Home theatre not delivered after one month of booking and payment

Installation of Water filter

I purchased a Philips Water filter from Croma on 9th and was promised that by Monday Philips will send person to Install the equipment. I also received an SMS from philips confirming that Installation would be done on the 10th Aug against a job no. j[protected]. I am writing this after waiting till today (12th Aug) - till now no one has turned up for installing the Equipment.
I would suggest others not to buy Philips Water filter...

Chutney Jar is not working

We had bought a Philips TV (Model No 29PT5607) from Vijay Sales, same was with a manufacturers defect and exchanged within 15 days, now 14 months later the circuit has a break down . This reflects Philips manufacturing and Vijay Sales selling a substandard products.
