sir,
I bought a philips TV from a wholsher in patna named as Aditaya vision . I have complaint that he has given me defaulted TV . so i request you to tell the Aditaya vision to exchange my TV.

This is to bring to your notice that I made a complaint on 13th March, 2009 about non-working of my above TV to your customer service Tel No.[protected] and the above complaint No. is for your reference.

Your engineer had visited on 17th March, 2009 and changed some part and I made a payment of Rs.1160/- towards visit charges and part charges. In less than 10 minutes of his attending, the TV again failed. I registered my complaint again and your engineer visited and taken out some parts for repair. After frantic phone calls and follow-ups, it was again put into operation on 27th March, 2009 after 10 days by further charging me a sum of Rs.640/- which I have paid promptly.

Subsequently, the whole April, we have been travelling and the TV was not in use. However, to our utter surprise, the TV is again failed and I made a complaint on 6th May, 2009. Your engineer visited us on 7th May, 2009 and taken away the mother board but till today no one has visited us.

I am really surprised that how can a company like you can take such a long time to attend a TV complaint. If I would be to a local TV repair shop for this problem, it would have been attended immediately without such hassle to me.

We are missing all special programmes like General Elections, IPL, UEFA and I feel like living in another world without the TV.

I hereby ask you to replace my TV with a new one immediately or otherwise I have no other option but to take up this issue with consumer court and you have to compensate all my expenses and for the hardships I am facing.

    I had purchase a Flat TV in Philips 29FLAT TV from Reliance Super, VAPI, 29th Oct- 2008 years. The Purchase cost of the TV is Rs.15000.00 and the warranty period of the same is 1Yearfrom date of purchase. After Two day i had certain problems in my TV and since the same was covered under warranty i made a complaint for the Next day. My complaint no is 181779, Reg No-117548. After Few days Philips engineer come in my home and find out this problem and he has told this TV is not repair, But replace this TV. i visited 6 month to go in super store no any person to give me any response to my same complaint. However i spoke to the manager of the store and he assured me that he would look into the same and accepted the TV for Replase.But 6 month have gone and every time i Go to the sop no any person responsible reverts back to any Ans.
    Please kindly look into matter

      Dear Sir,
      I Ranjitkumar Sadangi situated at bhilad i brought 29" philips flat colour TV on 29th oct. 2009 from relience Super Mall at Vapi, Gujarat. Same Day some colour problem come in TV so i complaint at Reliance Super they said "we will forward your complaint to Philips, there service Engg. come and solve the problem" after few days philips service Engg. came they checked TV and said " this TV is not repairable so we will be replace it " But Till day no any reply comes from them so I complaint many times at Relience Super and also complaint at Philips But no positive response come, So to be do needfull in this mater.

      Philips — 29 " Television not working

      I have logged a Complaint with Philips for my 29" Flat Screen Television not working on the 7th of Aug 2010 and was shocked when I called them back to find the status and they told me that my call has been closed whereas I did not receive call nor did any engineer visit my place to check the television.

      The Customer Service Centre did not call and even find if the problem was rectified and had just closed the call and when I pointed this out they said that they would reopen my call and send an engineer but to my horror and as a punishment for buying Philips Product (which I would recommend all the people reading this complaint never to buy any Philips Product) I had to follow ups everyday just for a TV mechanic to come to my house and check the problem. The TV mechanic from Clarity Electronics came to my house after 1 month and after some check took with him a spare which he said he would get checked and repaired and give it back within a week.

      In spite of repeated follow ups he got my spare replaced on the 1st October and we said that would check and revert but exactly after a day the TV is gone blank and does not get started. We asked the service centre to send the technician who came the next day and rectified the problem and then again he would have been gone for just 30 mins or so and the TV conked off again so we called him back and he again rectified the problem and as soon as he left the same problem again and now he says that send the TV to his Service Centre for repairs.

      Philips Customer Service Centre in India is one of the WORST and so is their Service Centre by the name of Clarity Electronics. THEY HAVE NO ETHICS. The Philips Customer Service Centre Manager by the name of Vansh Kumar is always on leave whenever we call the Customer Service and the TV Mechanic by the name of Anand in Clarity Electronics always says he would reach by Indian Standard Time.

      I would like to know what to do in this regard and who would solve this problem. I really hope and wish that someone pays heed to my complaint.
      My TV is come back from repairs and it is worse than before and they want me to give them the money for delivering the TV. IS PHILIPS EVEN TAKING NOTE OF THIS OR THEY DO NOT CARE AT THIS RATE PHILIPS WOULD LOSE THE NAME THAT THEY HAVE AND I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE SHOULD BUY PHILIPS PRODUCTS.

        With further reference to the complaint I would like to present following information, just to apprise you of the aggravation we are going through.
        1.We wanted to buy a top end TV and bought the set paying a good sum of money (around INR28000).It is indeed strange that it went out of order within 3 years.( Was the company trying to get rid of defective pieces at a discount? I wonder)
        2.It suddenly went out of order inspite of being connected through a reputed brand of voltage stabilizer.( I mean there was no power surge or anything). It was given for repair on or about the first week of Jan 2009 to Philips authorized service centre Pacific Electronics at RTNagar Bangalore which is in walking distance to my residence.It took them about 10 days to repair and deliver it back on the 20th of Jan 2009. They charged me INR1776 as repair charge.
        3.Same day evening the TV went on the blink, and again taken for repair and returned after 2 days.We were informed by them that the repair was not done properly and they orally apologised for their shoddy work and lack of quality control.
        4.Within a week thereafter a line started appearing on the top of the screen which we did not notice till it started becoming bigger and bigger.
        5.We again complained to the Philips ASC above mentioned.They sent across a technician after a couple of days.This gentleman tried to repair it and in the process appears to have damaged it further as the line appearing on the screen became bigger.He told us that we may use the set till they arrange to pick it up.Accordingly we used it and suddenly there was a loud sound and entire set went blank and we could smell burnt plastic.
        6.It was concluded by the ASC that there is a major problem and the set was picked up for repairs on the 19th of March 2009.Thereafter we have been following up with the ASC and we are being given a run around.
        Now we are enquiring with the ASC on a daily basis with no avail. Now it is more than 50 days and we have no clue about the TV set.
        Conclusion: It is the duty of the manufacturer to appoint competent people to service the product manufactured by them.The ASC is the agent of Philips and the ultimate responsiibility/liability lies with Philips as the principal.It is not suffice to apologise and make us go back to their ASC for redressal.With this experience we will never be able to trust Philips brand ever again.

        PHILIPS FLAT 29 — USED PIECE

        Dear Sir/Madam,
        I bought a new Philips CTV 29"FLAT TV FROM RELIANCE DIGITAL, GURGAON ON 26 OCT 2008. I have received a CTV on 29 OCT 2008. The box was open and unsealed. it's look like a used/2nd hand tv. Tv was not packed it was open. There is big daag on front screen it is unremoveable. I am not feeling i bought a new CTV. I am not feeling i bought a branded CTV. I am very happy with LG products last year i bought LG Double door fridge. I am happy with company. I tried to call reliance digitat people there is no such responsible person to handle customers. I am very sad please somebody help me what should i do. Where should i go.
        If any body is hearing please replace my tv and give me branded, sealed and scrathfree CTV. My complaint is to Reliance DIgital, Gurgaon and Philips company.

        i have another compalint that that my pixel plus tv which i bought 3years back tube burned and told by the compoany technecian and i heard that there is no manufacturing iof this model and no is aavilable how can that be and please send me mail

        Philips — inefficient service centre

        i had purchased a philips make dvd player around six month ago. right from day one there was problem in the disk drive which failed to open. after making a complaint at their kolkata office, one service engineer visited my premises in january and apparently recitified the defect. however, the very next day, the same problem developed and the same engineer came but could not rectify the defect. thereafter, i have been making repeated calls to their service centre situated in hazra road but they are only making excuses and not sending the engineer. they charged three hundred rupees as service charge. i am deeply saddened by the behaviour of the service centre and would not recommend anyone to purchase any electrical gadgets of philips as BOTH THEIR PRODUCT AND AFTER SALES SERVICE IS PATHETIC TO SAY THE LEAST

          Hi,

          I am Monika Aggarwal... I have Purchased a TV on 11th Apr 2008 from Naveen Eletronics Model Town New Delhi 110009…

          This TV is not responding since last month therefore I have lodged a compliant to Philips customer care (complaint ID# 159823) in response of which my TV has been taken for repair on 23rd Mar ’09 for 4 days… However even after the repair it wasn’t working well therefore we approached the customer care again in response of which an executive arrived to our place twice… At present the TV is not even getting started & I want this TV to replaced, please help me to get this done ASAP.

            w e have purchsed two in one on 20/08/08. we have given the same for sevice in 2/12/08 08 as it was not working.the set is not returned back despite several reminders and every time we cal they say some excuse and not giviong a date of repaire completion .They even not bothered to inform about the status.
            Pl help us to settle the issue

              I baught a Philips water purifier on 24th March and the same gave me a problem within 10 days of installation. Vijay sales is not ready to give replacement and keeps on delaying the repair. I need the resolution at the earliest

              I bought a philips water purifier model 3893 Lotus Electronic Supermarket, Indore (MP). on 02 July 2009.It was installed on 04July 2009.within few days of installation, it was noticed that there was water leak from the body.I booked a complaint with the customer care on 10 July 09.The customer care Executive was Ms Jaya.The complaint No. is 137562.one service engineer did visit my place only to tell that some component was faulty inside the machine and will have to be ordered from New Delhi.The service Engineers name is Mr Ansari and his contact No. is [protected].On repeated calls to Mr Ansari he told that the component was yet to be recieved.I again booked a reminder complaint on 21 July 09.On enquiries Mr Ansari couple of times told that the component had not been recieved. Subsequently he stopped the calls. The water purifier is on one year warrenty.m/s Lotus have refused to help.

              Ihave made up my mind to approach the consumer court.

                i won a case against philips in mrtp commission. ca-9/2004 fought for 5 years and philips was ordered to pay rs. 21300 for a set of rs. 980.it was a milestone and historical judgment.i got the cheque.

                  My 29"TV Picture tube got out of order @ 6 months back and it got replaced through Philips service centre at Bhopal(MP). AMC was also got done.Immediately after repair(in 2 days), on start all the time, TV got blank and could get picture only after operating start button 10-12 times for about 5". After repairs, on getting delivery, it was found that it is not operating through remote and horiz.lines were appearing on screen.Even, 2 remotes handed over for repairs were not returned.As on date TV fault of start by remote is not rectified.In the process, @ 50 calls have been made to service centre and service engineer, personally had to collect TV due to abnormal delay in delivery, 2 times TV has been taken to the service centre and service engineer visited my place 6 times for repairs.The TV is practically under repair for the last 6 months.I could bear it because I have 3 Philips TV of 29".25" n 21".My experience of Philips TV is that it is a good product with very bad remote instrument and worse after sales service.Some thing is required to be done in this direction for the satisfaction of the customer who has patronised all most all Philis products.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    I had purchased a Philips I POD from Mobile store in Patiala in month of November 2008 Sr no SF1A[protected]. Now handsfree of I POD is not properly working I have visit philps service centre and no solutions given to me after that I had written a mail directly to philips customer service and they replied back and as per their suggestion i had called up to the suggested service centre as per service centre owner he doesnot have any information regarding my compalint and he is not able to change my handsfree.

                    After that I had called up philps customer service 4 times but no satisfactory response from their side.

                    Request you to look into the matter and provide me a solution.

                      i have puschsed mp3 and its display was not woriking
                      after some time.i have given same to your service centre along with
                      purache invoice which contained all the details .i have given same in
                      indore to youe authorised service centre 44-45 mth compound,
                      indore barwali chok, indore, 452006, [protected]/2531243.i do have job sheet
                      with work order no 43737 dated 12-09-08.till date i have not received my
                      device.every time i visit your center i got a new excuse not to give my device.
                      this time manager crossed all the limit infront of me he scratched serial
                      no from one device and wanted to give that to me.i told him i will not
                      receive the same as its does not contain serial no.how will i make sure that
                      this is my device.than he behaved very rood.its being 5 months i m visiting philips service center but till today 22/03/2009, i have not received device and no intimation on phone/ mail was given to me about my device
                      My DVD player Philips LX3600D was stolen sometime back. I am left out only with the speakers ( L, R, SR, SL, Center and Subwoofer) can anyone suggest a compatible DVD player with built-in amplifier to drive these speakers. i have gone to so maney dealers but could not get satisfactory answer

                        I had purchased a 29" Philips color television on 17th February, 2009. The picture did not appear to be straight and had a visible bulge. I reported the issue to their helpline number. The technician who came to my residence tried his best to convince me that everything was fine. Only after i compared my television with the one next door was he forced to accept the issue. He told me that this issue could only be taken care at the service centre. They took the television, did nothing to it and sent it back with a crack on the front glass. I again complained to their help line number. This time they again took the tv to their service centre and told me to visit thier place so that i can show them my exact problem. When i tried to convince their technician about my problem they again reinstated that everything appeared normal to them. I request all of you not to purchase any Phillips product or else you will be in deep pain.
                        i feedoff my t.v .why meens tv is repear .i give complaind to chennai costemarcar center but nobady taken action.i want corict my tv or i want to surrounder tv. 21"ulterslem.

                          Re: Complaint about the non- functioning of Mixer Grinder, Philips Product Code MIX HL 1650(MIX-PHI-600W-HL1650-INTELLIGENT MG 5847) due to some inherent defects. Purchased through Next Retail Shop vide Memo No.0224242 dt.02.02.2009 in the name of Mr.Vivek, M.No.[protected], R/o C-604, Rosewood Apartment, Mayur Vihar Phase-1, Delhi.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I feel that the aforesaid Mixer Grinder, Philips Product Code MIX HL 1650(MIX-PHI-600W-HL1650-INTELLIGENT MG 5847) Mixer Grinder, have an inherent defect i.e. as under:

                          1. Excessive running noise
                          2. Not Working properly
                          3. Not grinding the substance

                          I purchased the said product on[protected], however, the same was put to use only on[protected] and to my surprise it started giving problem as soon as the mixer was started. I lodged the complaint vide complaint no.151358 dt.22.02.2009 immediately with your customer care center and next day i.e. on[protected] one of your service executive visited and found the problems persist as mentioned-above and could not be able to rectify the same and maintained that the replacement of the brand new faulty product is the only solution. He also assured that he will arrange the replacement within two-three days time.

                          After that no one come to replace the faulty mixer grinder. I had lodged a number of repeated complaints after that on dt.27.02.2009, 03.03.2009 and 04.03.2009 and every time I have been assured that the same will be solved within no time.

                          Despite lodging number of Complaints no one visited to replace the faulty inherent mixer grinder nor received any call from your end.

                          I am unable to utilize and use this product due to the aforesaid problems and the purpose for purchasing this mixer grinder seems to be defeated.

                          There is obviously an inherent manufacturing defect in the mixer grinder and therefore the mixer grinder has not at all functioned properly right from the beginning. I wish to bring to your kind notice that such a defect in the goods amounts to breach of implied condition of the Sale of Goods Act, according to which the goods meant for some purpose should be suitable for the purpose for which they are purchased. In such a case you are duty bound to take back the goods, and pay back the price, or in alternative, replace the goods, so that the replaced goods render proper service.

                          I therefore call upon you to either (i) Pay back the price of the mixer grinder (b) Replace the mixer grinder with another piece not having any defect.

                          I shall be constrained to recover the aforesaid amount including but not limited to the proceedings and other enabling provisions under the Consumer Protection Act’1986 and the Sale of Goods Act and the responsibility for costs and consequences thereof shall be solely yours.

                          The features of Product Name : Philips HL 1650, Mixer Juicer
                          Intelliarm with Intellilock, --Super silent 750W motor, Vacuum feet, Super grind.

                          I am tired of complaining to Philips service about the product what is supplied to me. The product features says - SUPER SILENT - I totally disagree with this. The sound of this motor is more than the old mixer ginder I have. Now we bought another brand and we are very much happy with the same. I have lost my money on PHILIPS.

                          The service personal who came home after plenty of my complaints, says the sound emitted out of this is normal and there is no problem. But this product was brought because by brother in law has the same and he recommeded saying this is best and does not give much sound.

                          I also agree, there is some problem with this piece, but the service engineer does not agree to this. I would like to take Philips to the consumer court, if someone can guide me how to go about it.

                          A big company like philips should not give such a cold response to a customer complaint. These issues need to be highlighted in media, they give wrong claim in the product features and fool the consumers.

                          Hope people who wants to buy this mixer read these comments and then decide.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I always loved Philips products and had a very nice Philips mixie and grinder in Sharjah.
                          When I returned to India, I thought I would bring back a grinder, dry grinder, and the
                          chutney mixer. Believe me, I am a regular user of mixies but have never had such
                          a bad experience of a mixie in my life. The mixie does not grind including the
                          dry grinder does not powder at all. And the product heats up so fast that I cannot
                          even remove it from the unit. I wish I had read the above complaints before
                          buying the product. I have paid a big sum for it and would like if they
                          would revert to me.

                          I hope the Philips Consumers Forum sees my complaint and comes back
                          to me.
                          I totally agree with Sunil Kumar's complaint ont this model. We have purchased same model of Philips Mixer Grinder on 3rd December 2009 from Vijay Sales and exactly same experince with our new unit. It will not start and after several calls to Philips and Vijay Sales, Prbahadevi, Mumbai no body came to see the unit. Brand new unit still sitting on our kitchen counter.

                          VIJAYA SALES/PHILIPS MIXER — WORST SERVICE

                          i have taken philips mix from vijaya sales,
                          within one month i got problem with that mix..
                          i have reported to vijaysales,they made some changes in that given back to me..but no use after i took back to my home..it was happend thrice...it was worst service dont buy from vijaya sales any item
                          What is there to agree or not when nobody looks into our problems.
                          What is the use of having a forum which says SUBMIT COMPLAINTS.
                          After paying such a heavy price we are stuck with the whole
                          unit of Philips grinder which does not grind.

                          In USA when a person is dissatisfied with a product he can
                          exchange or can even get his money back. In India even
                          when its not working no body cares about the customers.

                          yes i agree with the some of the above complaints, as i purchased philips mixer grinder HL 1650 at Hub mall, vijay sales, jogeshwari east 3 months before as salesman convinced me this is minimum noise grinder, but to be honest the noise is actually too much philips india either dont mention on thier product such wrong information to the customers for this expensive grinder,

                            Dear Consumer Forum

                            I bought a mixy from Durga Electricals on 2nd March 2007, the component supplied to me was in bad condition whcih i discovered when used it on 3rd march, it was rusted. I took my complain to Durga Electricals at Mahur Vihar, Phase I, New Delhi.and he said aisa hi saman hain use karna hain to kijiye, nahin to jaiye yahan se. I spoke to local sales person of philips even he said same thing philips aisa hi saman banatai hain. I logged my complain on philips website which they never bothered to reply or resolve.I was not aware about online registartion of complain on consumer forum that why I am registering complain late .

                            My complain is against philips for manufactering defetive product and selling it in market and when registering a complain not paying heed to it.

                              I have bought Philips TV Model Num-29PT5507/94 in Aug-08.TV is still in guarantee period and i launched a complaint on 04.03.09 as my TV is not functioning properly but nothing is happening.
                              A technician has reached at my palce on 05.03.09 and said that the part is not available.
                              I want to compalin that this TV is not old and i have bought only 6 month back and the part is not available.
                              I called up customer care but they dont have anything except they are doing the needful.The complain registration number is 154549.

                              I want solution for this and i want philips to resolve it on urgent basis.

                              Philips India Ltd — Not repairing TV - worst service!

                              i purchased a philips home theater system MODEL HTS 3090 from philips arena, mp nagar, bhopal on 04/07/2007. serial no. of the system is KN IA [protected] . from the day one it is giving problems like skipping, not reading disc, bad disc etc,. when i contacted the service centre people , they had come and cleansed the lens . but there is no improvement. finally i registered a complaint with philips arena on dtd. 06/01/2008 complaint no.15521. again two times company the company technician come and cleansed the lens on dt 17/02/2008. finally he changed the lens of the system on 20/02/2008. this also does not give any relief. still the system is giving the same problem. on 07/03/2008 i was told that my system will be replaced with new one after preparing TECHNICAL REPORT (TR ).the concerned persons of service centre are mr. chandresh ( mobile no: [protected] ) and mr. kailash maithil ( mobile no. [protected] )
                              i don't know when my problem will be solved . i don't think that i did a big mistake by purchasing a philips product. once upon a time the company was very trusted one.
                              I bought a Philips Micro Theatre Model MCD515 on 22nd October, 2007 from Arcee Electronics, Kashi Niketan, Chembur, Mumbai 400071. It has been working fine for the past 6 months, but the last 4 days the system does not play CD's. It just says "NO DISC". I have tried cleaning the disc, but even the disc cleaner is not being read. Have lodged a complaint to Arcee Electronics, but till date no response received from the company.

                              Please note the piece is still under warranty and I would urge upon you to expedite action under intimation to me on [protected].

                                I purchased a phillips dvd player from local dealer m/s baid enterprizes, wardha(M.S.). IT GOT OUT OF ORDER WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD. It was than sent to nagpur office through the dealer for repair/ replacement. It has been around a year since than, people at Nagpur office only make promises for replacement with a new dvd player every time when the dealer or I contact them, but nothing has been done yet.
                                My advice to the people is buy a local product but dont go after the big NAME of phillips.

                                  I bought Philips Juicer mixer grinder and within a year means within warranty period one of the mixer jar's bottom portion(collar) coating started coming out and it was looking like made up of raw iiron. I took that jar to Philips service centre in Domulur, Bangalore and they said they will replace it.They asked me that they will call or I can collect after 3 days. But they didn't call and whenever I used to call them they used to ask me bill no and after keeping the phone on hold for 15 mins they used to ask me what have you given whether it is an iron box or something else. When I tell them that it is mixer jar they again used keep me on hold and after that they used to tell they will call back but they never called me back. I complained twice on phone to Philips Head office on the phone number mentined on their website but I didn't get any response from them. They also used to tell they will call back but never they called. The service center is far from my place so instead of going I thought first to confirm on phone whether they have done the work or not so that once only I will go and collect it instead of going continously. They dragged this issue for almost 3 months and later on when I received the jar it was in worst condition than prior, it was like they gave me like that without changing and made it more worst kepping with them here and there. The guy in service center told me that it has been changed. I am totally amazed about such a big Indian company is cheating Indian people in this way. Please do something so that now I should get the whole mixer grinder as an exchange with new one as a compensation.

                                    I have given my Philips DVD Recorder DVD R 3575 H/37 for repair, to their authorised service center DIG Waves Solutions Pvt Ltd, Secunderabad on[protected].Till today they have not identified the fault in it.When ever i call them they say that it will be done in a week.Except the receptionist no body responds ther.The general manager Mr.Prem Kumar will never lift his phone.They are troubling me since three months.Neither they are repairing it nor admiting that they can not repair.I wasted lot of time and money on this issue.No one in Phlips is responding to my emails and complaints.Please do some thing

                                    I agree with the above complaint, as I had also experienced the same in Cochin, Kerala. They are not even competent to open the DVD recorder, leave alone servicing it.The set has been returned with the note that the parts are not availble.
                                    Stupid reply ! Shame on Philips.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I had purchased Philips radio (model RL-118) which despite being under warranty is not being serviced by authorized service centre.

                                      Point of Purchase: Watchland Trading co. Pvt Ltd, Aurangabad
                                      Nature of purchase: Philips Radio (Model RL-118)
                                      Invoice no : 2016 dated 12/8/2008
                                      Product warranty : 6 months

                                      1) Complaint regn no: 126800, Galaxy Electronics, Ghatkopar, Mumbai
                                      Problem occurred in jan 2009 when the internal battery of the radio did not recharge. The same was brought to notice of Galaxy Electronics, Ghatkopar; which was rectified on 24/1/2009.

                                      2) The same problem reoccured on 5/2/2009 ( more over there was leakage of current in body of radio); the service centre(Galaxy Electronics, Ghatkopar) refused to rectify saying it was not service fault but misuse by the user for which they wont repair the radio free of cost but would charge Rs. 350/- They asked me to move to another service centre in Thane or Kalyan. Vision Electronics, Philips authorised service centre refused to even acknowledge the complaint and said that the product had been tampered and I must pay the charges for any repair or service.

                                      3) Warranty expires on 11/2/2009; and there is no mention of the clause that any part has to be repaired only once if it is under warranty.

                                      How can the product / service provider be so much insensitive to the needs & complaints of consumer that too when the product is under warranty

                                        I purchased a hp pavilion notebook and with that there was an offer which goes like this-
                                        "get a philips 5.1 home theatre (Model n0. Dsp2200) worth rs. 10500 (Handling charges rs. 1499 applicable) with every purchase of hp pavilion notebooks."
                                        So i did the needful and i received this product on 5 jan, 09 and trust me till date today is jan 31, 09.I am not able to use this product for even once...Whenever i insert a dvd into it...My dvd player doesn't accept it and it just flashes 'no disc" everytime...I called in the customer carefive to six times everytime they arrange a technician but the problem is yet unsolved.Since this is a new product so i'd like it to be replaced...It's really annoying.Calling customer care yields no result...Please help..Hope this works now...
