I have bought Philips TV Model Num-29PT5507/94 in Aug-08.TV is still in guarantee period and i launched a complaint on 04.03.09 as my TV is not functioning properly but nothing is happening.
A technician has reached at my palce on 05.03.09 and said that the part is not available.

I purchased a phillips dvd player from local dealer m/s baid enterprizes, wardha(M.S.). IT GOT OUT OF ORDER WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD. I have bought all my home appliances in 2006 when I moved to new house. It costs about 1.7 lac rupees. In this, 3 items were the products of Philips. All 3 items (Mixie, TV, Music System) were got repaired within the warranty period. They have replaced the Music system after so many complaints and phone calls. They have rectified my TV also. My music system FWV 220 was not able to properly read the CDs. Tape recorders and FM radio were playing fine. I deposited the system for servicing to an authorised philips service centre called AKNIT INFOTECH, 6 K, B.T. Road, Kolkata-700002 on 13.09.08 for repair.
