[Resolved] Philips Tv — Poor Post Sales Service
I bought Philips 29" TV around 3 months back where I bought an extended 2 years warranty from Croma. Now in just 3 months TV stopped working and AFTER A BIG STRUGGLE i lodged a complain in Philips.
Finally they took my TV around 12 days back witha promise to deliver it back in just 2-3 days. Now it's more than 10 days and we have not received it yet. The worst part is that in their service centre bangalore no one bothers to even receive our calls. Most of the time it's just rining and that's it.
Now I dont want to take that TV back and would certainly take the worst possible action against them. In the mean time, I have asked Philips senior manager to suggest me which TV brand should I go for other than Philips.
Please help me in this regard,
