[Resolved]  Planet M — product and behaviour

Hi,
On saturday 19/09/09 I purchased a mobile handset of another worthless company Samsung from the Great India place noida branch of Planet M.
They displayed an e1410 model to me and sold me e1930. Which they said is the same product with a new look (it looks the same as the former one except the navigation key). However my model never had a bluetooth and memory card in it which was not told to me.And when i realised the fact and contacted them they started showing atitude and told me ,"Do whatever you want to do, we wont change the handset."
Please help.

Planet M Brigade Road — Faulty Samsung Mobile been sold

I had purchase One Samsung Marine Mobile phone yesterday which I had discover not having proper display within 30 minutes, and now the store manager is so rude and not ready to entertain any complaint against their seles person who promise 2 years replesment warrenty, please help

Planet M — behaviour

Dear sir, I have purchased a cellphone( nokia5130) from planetm (near 22godam), jaipur about 220 days ago, but its screen broken down within 4 days so i submitted it to that centre to fix the problem, the lady Miss Richi told me it will take 2-3 days and you will have to pay for that, I agreed upon that, she told i will inform you about the amt. in the evening, but i did not receive any call, i call planet m after 5 days they told it will further take 2 days, I again i called after 2 days then they are saying first you have to deposit the amount in advance then only it can be repaired, i have been saying to them please do it fast because i am living in the hostel and i am not able to talk to my parents, but still they have treated like this, at the same time Miss. Richi told me I am not your servant when i inquired about this much time taken by her/the staff at that planetm to just tell the status of my phone. I want to know were they not aware of the process, are they not spoiling the image of planetm, planetm is paying them for this.....
am not at all satisfy with the workers attitude towards the customers, so I request u to take serious action on it. the shop of planet M in vijayanagar dasarahalli.

I have a bought a nokia 5800 xpressmusic handset from palnet m city centre at kolkata. At the time time of purchasing, they made committments of providing free music from their store, providing nokia authenticated softwares and games, antivirus, all free of cost for life time. But when i went to update my software and loading nokia authenticated games and music. They said that they have not committed of providing nokia authenticated softwares and games. I hae to download them from internet. They did not even provide me any music, they are giving excuse of virus infection in their system for not providing the music.

I would suggest all users not to purchase any handsets from planet m stores. Rather purchase from Nokia Priority, who provide quality services and their committments are true.

Planet M makes false committments for selling their stocks.

Planet M — Freebies against purchase of Nokia E71

Hello,

On 26th January 2010, I had purchased Nokia E71 handset from Planet M (Inorbit, Malad(W)) store, alongwith the handset i was suppose to get 2 freebies one nokia bluetooth and reebok wrist watch, the time of doing the billing the saleman inform me that the freebies are not available and he would arrange to delivery me in next 3-4 wrking days.
The saleman do call me after 5 days but at that time was very busy with my office work so I could not make to go and collect that from the store, then after few days i again called up the salemen to check if i can come to collect freebies so he told me that he had given that to some other customer.
Today after 1 month still i had not received freebies from Planet M, they keep on commiting that they will deliever the product at my residence address.

I appeal all the customer that before billing, please check if the freebies are available in the store and only then purchase the product, donot go with wording/commitments of Planet M saleman those are useless.

Planet M — Mistreatment of customer

I brought a cell phone V1675 (Videocon) on the Wednesday that is the April 14, 2010. The representative there insisted to buy the piece which he was using a demo piece to show the customer. And further said that he had just opened it for us and would exchange the phone within 48 hours if any defect is found. We trusted that guy and bought the cell phone. The following day that is the April 15, 2010 we returned the phone in the store as we found a defect in the structure of the phone.
Mr Ashit R. promised us a home delivery of the new phone as they were out of stock. He said that he would deliver the phone on Saturday the April 17, 2010. However, there was no communication from Planet M till 3pm. Therefore we called to know the status of the delivery. At that time we spoke to the store manager Mr Shalimar and said he would call us by 5pm as he would receive the stock by then. We waited till 6pm for a response from his end, finally we called him and he provided a number where we could talk to Mr Ashit R. as he was not in the store and had to leave for some emergency.
Mr Ashit R. spoke us (Mr. Nikhil Agnihotri and me) so rudely as if he was obliging us by giving us the cell phone. He later mentioned that "This is not a Service he is providing us but a facility",so he will not deliver the cell phone at our residence which is 20 minutes away from the store. He mentioned that there are only 5 employees in the store and non can leave the store so we need to pick up the cell. When we reached the store we saw that there were 7 employees and a cashier. We want to highlight the below mentioned actions/ behaviour/ attitude displayed by your COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE.

Planet M — misbehaving of dealer

dealer abusing after her own mistake.he is giving unnessary amount to the no.[protected] to the rechare of rs.200 and the amount deduct again and again recharging by dealer.he is giving 150rs. to the recharge of 200. but the recharge not valid from airtel. I dicuss many times with c.c.e and the manager. the shop name is PLANET M.
I have bought MotoRokrE8 from planet m store at MG Road pune. It is under warranty period and some problem occured in it. Its been 1 month I've given it for repairing but those planet m people are not giving it back to me. When i said that its been a month i've given it to you, they said sometimes it takes even 4 months in sevicing the product.They are very rude in talking.
Is this the kind of service Planet M provides? I have to go out of india and i need my ph back in a working condition.I need the no of Planet M head office in India.If they cant provide servicing than they should not give the warranty.This is not the way a company works.The company should have a control over its workers and should see how they are working.A company should value its customers, which is not in case of planet m stores.
Plz give the no of planet m head office.

but, today morning i am going there in your store. there was your store manager Mr. Rakesh is not fill my recharge after the pay also. there was all staff free time was 11.50 am and he talk to me wrong also. one more thing is i am a minimum of Rs. 1500/ customer of planet m in a month. i want talk to head of the planet m about it.

Planet M — mobile repair

I have purchased a NOKIA N79 from PLANET M. Acoording to the terms n conditions planet m have to provide the service for second year. I detected some problem in my handset and submitted it to the city center kolkata store . it's been more than 3 months they just assure me that it will get done soon. I m very unsatisfied . please suggest me what to do .
The worst part is that they blatantly lie to you .The other day I visited the Planet M Store at Koram Mall Thane(Mumbai) & asked for a good pair of earphones.I was looking for blue coloured ones.The guy pointed to a purple one & said that it was blue, further more he said said that he also had yellow pointing to a pair of orange ones!!!

Planet M — Poor Service, Fraud & Rude Behaviour

I have buyed an samsung cell phone SAMSUNG GT-S5603 of worth Rs.12000/- on Dec 15,2009 from PLANET M in ALLAHABAD(U.P). At thae time of purchasing the store manager charged me an Rs100 extra for the extended warranty but now they are turning their side back and showwing a irresponsible behaviour and not proving on their words.
Today i had purchased one t-shirt from planet m outlet(Fun Republic, Manimajra, CHANDIGARH). The cashier gave me bill which was very fade. I asked him to replace the bill as there was nothing visible on the bill. Instead of replacing the bill or saying sorry, the cashier(his name is Abhishek)replied rudely. He talked with me very roughly. He did not apologise his mistake that the printer is not working properly. At last i request him to give me a hand written bill.
Its not good at the part for such a chain store to deal with customer in such a bad way.
I request the store manager that he should teach the employees how to behave with the customers.
I am a supplier Aladdin Multimedia Pvt. Ltd. and have not been paid from Last one year! Even after continously followingup and sending reminders etc Mr.Jitendra and Mr Abhinav has just given dates but never kept their word of releasing our payment. If any of the PlanetM accounts or Directors are seeing these comments we would highly appreciate if you can take up this matter and clear our dues.
