Punjab National Bank — Cheque book not received(Poor Services)

Dear Sir,
This is to Inform you that I am suffering the poor services of "PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK".
As we have open a a/c In PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK -NAINI, ALLAHABAD BRANCH before 1.5 Months ago but we have not receive a cheque book till date.the employee even the bank manager is not cooprating with us. No one there to receive our complaint/request. My work is suffered by bank's poor services.
Kindly do the needful or we will close the a/c in bank.
