I bought a whirlpool refrigerator from Hypercity mall, Cyberabad, Hyderabad on 10-Jul-2010 for Rs. 21,999. They sent one Guy named Narashimha (Cell# [protected]) for giving us demo of the refrigerator and he asked us to buy one power stabilizer (Duro Max DX 1404) for the refrigerator, I bought the stabilizer from him for Rs 1,450.
The bill for the stabilizer was in the name of Leo Techno Services, #4-187/A. 1st Floor, behind Hotel Skyline, Ferozguda, Balanagar, Hyderabad, 500011. The stabilizer had one year warranty.
The stabilizer has stopped working after 3.5 months and I am calling that guy Narashimha (Cell# [protected]), he responded one time saying he will come and replace the stabilizer, but he did not turn up , neither he is picking up the phone anymore.
Whom should I complain to get the refund for the stabilizer or how to get the product replaced?
