i agree and the complaint is a fact.so pls solve the problem.

Pls resolve my problem ' i have booked a eagle bus service on 15th dec 2012 on the way of travelling i asked the conductor tht when u will start he behaved like gundda nd said tu jaha yahasein or karlein jo karna hai ja terein paise nahi return karta
