[Resolved]  Professional Courier — non delivery of courier

My sister has couriered some important cable from pune on 31st december 08. But still today I haven't received the courier. It was sent to bellary karnataka where a ordinary post would have delivered it in 10 days. But it has been more than 15 days and I am still tracking the courier. No one knows where the parcel is. Even customer care people are unaware about it.

This is with regard to a consignmant booked from Madurai on 6th Feb 2009 POD number TMG0149312.Its not delivered till yet.Even enquired the response is not good and they said its returned to the orginating destination.This is not the first time i am getting this response, its the third time, from the delivery service of professional courier in Madurai. This is really pathetic.

we are sended one document from corporate office of apollo computer education chennai to dilsukhnagar, hyderabad branch on 20-02-09 till now dilsukhnagar branch not recieved. what happened for that this not correct way of bussiness. deliver it today only.

This is with regarding the parcel with Details of Consignment No: HYD7314416 .
Its not delivered till yet. I want it by May 16. Even inquired in the hyderabad, pune and mumbai's response was too bad...Request you to provide me correct contact numbers of the person in Hinjwadi..so that i can collect it if he can't..
I promise in my life agin i wont use professional courier...

I parcel is couried to Infosys ph-2, hinjawadi.

Professional courier does not deliver the goods on time and also does not have a proper customer care number, since when ever we call they give some other numbers to track our consignment, secondly they do have a proper airway bill number some centres have a prefix and others don't so it becomes very difficult to track, even on complaining we donot recv proper response from them.

it is better people start using Indian posts which is better and give better service at nominal costs

Professional Courier — Pathetic Services

I booked one courier from Rohini Delhi for delivery in Dwarka Delhi, Professional Courier Company delivered in 8 days...
I am amazed how can companies like these afford to stay in business without proper infrastructure as I am sure they wouldn't have a personal grudge against me, its just that thy cannot handle their workload.... should'nt the customers give them some rest?

I BOOKED A COURIER CONTAINING RAKHI IN PROFESSIONAL COURIER VIDE DOC NO.BLR36120266 FROM BANGALORE TO HUBLI ON 19TH FEB 2011. TILL NOW, THE COURIER HAS NOT REACHED ITS DESTINATION. WHEN I CONTACTED THE BANGALORE CUSTOMER CARE[protected] ON 23RD FEB, THEY SAID IT WILL BE DELIVERED ON 23RD ITSELF. BUT SO FAR NOTHING IS HAPPENED.
THE REASON THEY TOLD TO ME IS ADDRESS NOT TRACEABLE. WHEN A CONTACT MOBILE NUMBER IS GIVEN IN THE COVER, I DO NOT FEEL IT IS PRETTY DIFFICULT TO TRACE ADDRESS. THAT TOO, AKSHAY PARK IN GOKUL ROAD, HUBLI. HUBLI BRANCH OF PROF.COURIER BEHAVE LIKE A MONOPOLY IN COURIER SERVICE.

Professional Courier — Non delivery in time

My Name is Saravanan[protected] I gave document No BLR [protected]on 4/5/2011 this doc. promise to delivered by on 5/5/2011 at before 11 am But today 7/5/2011 at 13 hrs still not delivered I contact courier which i gave mr Hassan attend that call he gave me irresponsible reply . kindly take necessary action thanking you .

This is the height o[censored]nprofessional attitude of so called PROFESSIONAL COURIER where no professionalism is existing. People don't take calls for like 4 days consecutively. You keep waiting for the important courier and getting the status that courier is delivered but you get nothing. Another branch doesn't have the address for their branches so that you can go and collect. The only option you have is wasting your time calling on the telephone numbers given where nobody picks up the call or the number is always busy. I would suggest everyone not to go for Professional Courier if you are really concerned about your documents. This is my second experience with them and expect that nobody send me anything through this unprofessional courier service ever.

The above referred letter which was posted on 30.05.2013 was NOT delivered till 05.06.2013 evening.
A sum of Rs.40/- has been collected from me and I am told that deliery will be done on 31.05.2013 without fail.
I contacted Villivakkam, Chennai-49 office many a time but no proper response till now and whereabouts of my
letter is NOT known. The concerned authorities should look into this immediately and take appropriate action for the immediate delivery of the letter and necessary action should taken for refund of money paid (ie Rs.40/-) for the inordinate delay in making the delivery. Action taken may be communicated to me at the earliest please. Awaiting your reply.
