[Resolved]  Professional Couriers — Consignment Missing

I had sent one parcel from Bangalore to Kolkata containing a CD but when the parcel was delivered there was no CD inside that. Kolkata office refused to talk to me saying he is not answereable to me and Bangalore office told me to send a compalint letter but inspite of that nothing has happened.

I had sent a consignment from Delhi to Lucknow (consignment #[protected] on 4th Feb 2008. It was returned from Lucknow under MF # 26337 (serial # 7) on 6 Feb ’08.



I have been trying to follow up 21st Feb for the same.



21st Feb - Met Mr Arvind at Hauzkhas who assured it’ll be taken care of
21-27 No response
27th Feb – Complained was launched after a week of pestering them with the issue
Complain # 8389
Then I was forwarded to customer care where Mr Sampat couldn’t help me out with this.


I have been running around in circles to get hold of that consignment. This has been the my worst experience with a logistic company so far where a consignment went missing and people have been really unhelpful.

The professional courier, An so called ISO[protected] Company, If we understand
correctly this is the certification of QUALITY. Unfortunately this does not fit to
PROFESSIONAL COURIER.
I am so frustrated in terms of seeking service from Professional courier.I had sent
a document which contains important documents to HMT ltd pinjore from
Pimpri,Pune professional courier office on 23rd-Sept-2011 at 2.30 PM.
. I had expalined to the pimpri's guy that it is urgency. he told to me that it
would reach to HMT with in 48 hrs of time. This is very unfortunate that till today [28th Sept 2011]
time 2.30 PM it is not been delivered at HMT. It is stucked in their chandigarh office.I talked to their manager for alsmot 8 times and he said that parwanoo guy is not coming...he is not even bother to deliver the courier which is in their office for 3 days.He never called the parwanoo guy and When I wanted to speak to their customer executives, They immediatly disconncet the calls and some of them are very
rough in word while discussing.
My sincere request to take a necessary action on them. As they do not provide
service at all. Always in an intesion to cheat the customer.

I have a dispatched a packet through The Professional Couriers with Consignment Number "AWR2681668" to Sivasagar (ASSAM) from Ankleshwar on 24-Feb-2012. It is not reached the destination and the packet is on transit.

I have called their contact at Ankleshwar office, They recommended to contact their office at Kolkata. The executive at the Kolkata office suggested to contacted the Mumbai office. At the Mumbai office they don't have any receive the line after call forwarding. These numbers i have call where i don't receive any satisfactory answer and about my document ( where is my document and when it will be deliver?)the Numbers are[protected],[protected]/7, [protected],[protected]/98/99,[protected]/2,[protected]/16/17

One of the very bad Courier Company in India!

professional courier are famous for tampering packages. specially in bangalore i have received many package through this courier and all were tampered with. luckily no valuables were inside. they are big thief.

don't use their service. you might lose some of your valuables from package.
