USELESS SERVICE OF PROFESSIONAL COURIER, I WAS EXPECTING IMPORTANT DOCUMENT THROUGH COURIER AND GUESS THE DELIVERY BOY JUST DUMPPED THE PACKET IN THE BOX BELOW THE BUILDING WITHOUT BOTHERING IF THE COURIER MIGHT BE LOST, WHEN I CALLED THE KOTHRUD-PUNE BRANCH ON[protected] MR CHANDRAKANTH SPOKE A LANGUAGE OF GONDA AND TOLD ME THAT IT HAS BEEN PUT IN THE BOX AND WE DID NOT DELIVER TILL FLAT... AFTER ASKING HIM WHY DID HE DO SO ... HE STARTED ARGUING WITH ME AND BANGED THE PHONE...


SERVICE AND PEOPLE OF PROFESSION COURIER.

this is most use less courier office when a customer is calling no boby has the decency to talk a person will call but you people think that people have time to waste with u'll for hours and hoursplease. you people are here to help whenever called not to keep them on hold

The Professional Couriers — Difficulties in delivery of package

I had booked a package for delivery by The Professional Couriers (Module No 13, SIDCO Garment Complex, Guindy Chennai-32) on 27 Feb 2010 to an address in Etawah (UP). The regn No being[protected]. I was assured that the courier will be delivered by 03 Mar 10 latest. However when the package was not received by the addressee by 05 Mar 2010 I started enquiring from the booking office and another office in Chennai (TELE NO[protected]. Every time I contacted them, they would put me on hold for upto 5 minutes at times and then tell me that they would get back to me in 10 minutes which they never did. It was a pain conversing with the people in Chennai as they were unable to converse in English. Even after repeated assurances the courier was delivered only by the evening of 10 Mar 2010. It was a very unprofessional attitude by the Professional Couriers Co., I am also a professional and take pride in that; please don't sully the term"Professional" by taking on the name but behaving as a thoroughbred, true "UNPROFESSIONAL".

The Professional Couriers — Courier misplaced

I booked 2 couriers with The Professional Couriers on 11th March 2010 (Consignment # DEL4974041 & DEL4974042). Till date they have not reached destination. In addition their customer service people say they can't help. WHAT A DISGRACE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE. The company should be blacklisted and asked to close operations.

Request all Indians pl do not take services from professional couriers.No one is professional in the organisation.Waste of time & money if you take services from them.

Always misplaced Professional courier service

Continuously followed up regarding delivery but very poor response got from service provider. Finally thereby told sim is not reached. So tracked the same through internet & found status was updated as same is reached at their branch Nungambakkam, So communicated the said branch but no one can trace the Sim. Very poor, unethical & unprofessional answers received.

Always lot of issued for my company and myself also. Gothrough the sim not delivered to correct time and send misplaced area to continuously so lot of issues and complaint for my customers... so please take action immediately nungambakkam branch

Service - The Professional Courier — Delay and harressment by TPC

Good day,

I have courierd document from PUNE(MH) to TATANAGAR (JH) on 18/11 vide C No. PNU 2040408.
Till now it has not reached the destination. I have been following up with the TPC since 26/11.
Then are just writing apology emails and giving me contact numbers of this and that person.

Professional Courier — Parcels missing

I have made two parcels on 19th May from Indore to Chennai. They charged me Rs.400 in all .The parcels contains the clothes(suits and paints) that I wanted to gift to my friend. Its 30th -05-09 today, and they are not able to trace anything yet. I am really exhausted by making phone calls to Chennai as well as Indore Professional courier office, but they make whole new stories each day.
The person heading the Indore center, Mr.Mathew, is highly unprofessional, He is not even receiving the call, He doesnt know how to speak to the customers (forget about ladies, they cant even speak well to a normal person).Its been 11 days, and I am utterly disappointed by all this mess, my gifts have been lost, and still these people are regretless and not even giving me a proper response.

Please, I want that this attitude should be changed and I want to know what have they done with my belongings, I really doubt that they had even sent it from Indore.

as my courier was booked on 14 aug 2008 from chennai bearing awb no maa[protected] containing very important documents but till now the courier has not delivered to me

It is regretted that delivery of documents from Mumbai City Centre to Gurgaon has taken more than 5 days and still not delivered. VERY POOR SERVICE

I have sent a cover via proffessional courier on 1st june09 to mumbai. it is not yet delivered.
when contacted they say it wrongly gone to Ahammedbad instead of Mumbai, & they are tracing it.

I have sent a courier from bangalore , after few days I contacted the courier customer service that it has'nt been delivered, they asked me to raise a complaint regarding this. They told me they will track where it is and inform me. after few days I called them again they told me that its been lost and they are not been able to track it. Their service is very bad. Its very unprofessional. they do not take any action. Totally irresponsible customers valuable things are being lost and they are not concerned abt that. Till now I have not been informed anything regarding the missing packageThey do not render quality service.

Professional Courier — Not delivering on promised time

i had booked a parcel on 3rd NOv,2009 from trivandrum(poojappura) to Hyderabad. It was to be taken to US by a friend in hyderabad. The courier people said it will take a maximum of three days and would reach hyderabad by 6th Nov.(they even went to the extent of saying thjat it would reach the person at aboput 1pm). wen i checked the status in their site, it said OUTBOUND from trivandrum on 4th as well as 5th and today(7th Nov), it shows INBOUND at chennai on 6th Nov. Again now i called the courier people and now they say, it has already gone from chennai and would reach hyderabad by 11 pm.

My friend will leave at noon. so i am sure i lost my money on the parcel charge as well as i learnt a lesson not to rely on these guys, PROFESSIONAL COURIER SERVICES, again.
Swear by god that i would not use them again. Request everybody to do the same.

Very worst services and Customer Care, We booked courier on[protected] from Madurai to chennai but still it not delivered. We ask about this in Customer care, but they dont known to check the POD no., Irresponssible answer from (Mani) In Customer care & Madurai Office ( Bala krishna). They not care about anything, if it door lock they should call in the mobile otherwise they have return memo in the door.

A courrier which has been sent by the ICICI Lombard to me on 21 may 2010 still not rcvd. This has been sent fom Mumbai to Meerut but in 12 days the same has not been rcvd and site is showing in Transit, I fail to understand that how a courrier can take a too much time to rcvd from Mumbai to Meerut City. Respected Sir/Madam,

W.r.f reference to the above subject the goods have been replaced with the originals at the time of delivery.Among the articles there was a reebok shoe with which a similar/duplicate has been exchanged intentionally .When contacted Mr.Thukaram([protected]) or assistance he neither escalated nor followed for 10 days.Now he dosent even guide nor attend any calls.I understand that in every organisation there are anti social elements and such events which are inevitable could bring down the credibility of the company.There is no response form call centers either and one cant be self employed/jobless i[censored] have to get them over .The complaint was logged from Bangalore but the same when is/was not happening from the received location(mumbai-thane west).
In the event of no response will be forced to knock the doors of consumer court.

But one out of 3 has been stolen by any of the workers in Professional Courier.
Complaints have been registered ,but not yet responded for the same.

Due to shifting, my gas regulator has been lost in transit.
I want a new one. Despite of my old age, I have visited Chandra Agency several times, but in vain.

Kindly arrange to issue me a new Regulator and also instruct them how to behave with customers like me properly.

I gave one important letter and one gift for my parents in Bhubaneshwar to professional courier for delivery on 11th of Mar 2008 paying 130/- for the service with full recipient address and phone number along with my address. They gave me 2 receipts confirming the delivery within 48 hrs!
When i came to know my parents have still not received the courier i went to Anna salai office where i had placed the order to enquire. And to my surprise to the highest level, nobody in the office even knows the status of the parcel!!
Only after i informed then the status, different employee came up with differest status! Someone telling to Bhebaneswar there is no service so it is not delivered. Someone telling the door was locked when we went to deliver! Nobody is bothered and behaving a little responsible also. They are hardly bothered to track the things back to me also. Till today i am chasing them to get the things back atleast so that i can arrange to send it again. This kind of behaviour is highly irresponsible from Un(professional) courier service. Steing action should be definitely taken against this Anna Salai branch office.

Whiling handing over the consignment at 4.30 PM on 10.4.08, it was assured that the delivery would be made to consignee by next morning ie. morning of 11.04.08.

But the delivery has not been made to the consignee and at 8.PM on 11.8.08, I made complaint to the District Administration Office, Kannur, vide Phone No.o[protected]. But I was irresponsibly told that since it is late hours they could not take up the matter with Bangalore Administrartion Office. and the consignbment would be delivered next day ie on 12.4.2008.
Had I sent the consignment by ordinary post, it would have reached Bangalore on the third day itself ie on 12.4.08. The what is the sense in sending by your courier if it could not be delivered to consignee by the very next day?

I booked my luggages on 14th march from Bangalore (J.C. Nagar branch) to Pune. There was a 21 Inch Onida flat Screen color Television and many other household materials. I asked Mr. Murthy (the manager of J.C. Nagar courier branch) to handle the parcels with care. He ensured he would take good care of the packets.

But when I received the parcel, the cartoons were all torn and the television was damaged. I asked him to stick notes with "handle with care" which was also not found. There were damages in other materials also for which I have not claimed. All the parcels were received in bad shapes. Moreover, . the parcels did not reach Pune on the predecided date for which also I have had lots of problem. This reflects a very bad service from your side.

I did not receive and returned the parcel containing the Television and also sent a complaint letter to Mr. Murthy on 26th march along with the Bills where the delivery man has noted his statement mentioning the damage.

But I have not received any communication from anybody yet. Whenever I call Mr. Murthy, most of the times he does not pick up the calls, sometimes someone else picks up and speaks in Kanadda which I cant understand. ths is just to avoid the responsibility. Then he told the packet was not packed properly but his executives only packed the Television in my house and took the parcels. Then he asked me to take pictures and send it to him which I have not doone yet. I am wholly confused about the whole thing and running in circles. I even talked with Mr. Umesh (the Complaint department manager) but he is also not processing the claim faster way.

I did not receive and returned the parcel containing the Television and also sent a complaint letter to Mr. Murthy on 26th march along with the Bills where the delivery man has noted his statement mentioning the damage.

But I have not received any communication from anybody yet. Whenever I call Mr. Murthy, most of the times he does not pick up the calls, sometimes someone else picks up and speaks in Kanadda which I cant understand. ths is just to avoid the responsibility. Then he told the packet was not packed properly but his executives only packed the Television in my house and took the parcels. Then he asked me to take pictures and send it to him which I have not doone yet. I am wholly confused about the whole thing and running in circles. I even talked with Mr. Umesh (the Complaint department manager) but he is also not processing the claim faster way.

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME IN GETTING MY CLAIM PROCESSED. THEY HAVE CAUSED A HUGE LOSS TO ME.

The Professional Couriers — Irresponsible behaviour and non delivery of parcels and letters

I am staying in Trivandrum.The Nikunjam Constructions Pvt.Ltd., Kuravankonam, Trivandrum had posted a very important letter regarding the payment of money for purchase of a flat on 27 Sep 08.The Kuravankonam office and my residence are only about 3 (three) Kilometers apart.!Consignment note No.160704.The delivery office of the courier service is only about 100 yards from my residence.On 28th they rang me up and confirmed the location of my house.Then upto 3 Oct, nothing was heard from them.On 3 Oct 08 afternoon it was brought to me for delivery.Since the party had contacted me by another way and the matter was settled, I had no use of this junk letter and I recorded on the consignee note that I refuse to accept since there was 7 days delay.
This has to be seen along with two previous experiences with them.In both cases, I waited for about four days after the telephonic enquiry of my location.Since there was no response from them, I had sent a person to collect from their office.
It is hightime that some remedy has to be found for such irresponsble behaviour after accepting money.

I had my worst experience with 'The Professional Courier' and I am not surprised at the innumerable complaints about their irresponsible way of handling letters and parcels.The company might have been closed long time back if it was in any other country.

I am an officer in indian air force. On 31st oct 2008 a parcel containing life saving drugs wee sent to me by a Dr. Till date i have not recieved it. Enormous amount of querries with the customer care did not bear any result. Instead i was surprised to here from the customer care rep that i should contact and get the forwarding details from nippani-the place from where parcel was sent. I fail to understand that when international parcel can be received within three days, why domestic parcels take so much time. My relative has sent one article from Bairedditalle A.P. to my daughter residing at Chennai.My daughter received the cover only with out the article in the cover. But when I contacted the company the response was nil.

This professional couriers is totally unprofessional and un ethicla too. While they book tehy book stating that the area is servicebel and at the destination they ask the addressee to come and pick up teh courier if they saty in residential localities or in offices awsy from normal commercial zones. The normal culture at their branch office is is callous and unresponsive and at times rough.
One antidote is that people shall use India Post and EMS speedpost than using these flees.

My friend sent me a parcel from their Kottayam office, third day I called the courier office at Palarivattom with the consignment number, they given me an another phone number as usual practice. I called the number, nobody is here the answer from other side. I asked who are you, I'm the driver he said. Again I called the first number with anger, the lady said you call to customer care and given me the number. I called the customer care, I repeated all to the new lady, she said why don't you ask for the manager. This time I loose my control. I said I have another works not only for the thing and disconnected the call. I made 7 calls and time spend for the simple thing. Not yet recieved my parcel or call.

One of my relative sent me a courier from trichy in Tamilnadu and the booking number was TRZ55251437. I stay in Bangalore and didnt receive the courier for two days and hence tried contacting them. I tried calling them from morning 9:00 a.m. to evening 3:00 p.m and they were literally playing shuttle with me (asking me to call all the branches ever possible in bangalore). My relative would have just spent about 30 rupees in sending this couries and i ve spent more than two hundred bucks calling these irresponsible guys. If they are not delivering things in the right time then why should we opt a courier, we can go for a post which is more better than this. This is unfair on the courier department and their behaviour with the customer(making customer wait hear complaints and laughing in the other side) is highly ridiculous. They dont value customer's time and money and they test our patience. Its really making people upset when these kinds of issues are always there with them.

In the source(Nellore), if i ask they keep on telling it went hyderabad side. if i call hyd branch, no response from them. Destination(Hindupur) branch people telling not yet received. To whom can i trust. Its Dirty courier service.
If its not delivered, atleast it should return to source. which even not yet happend...

I had booked one courier from Bangalore to Pune on 09 Mar 2009. but till now it has not reached there. i am very much surprised from the thing when i call its office no one is picking my phone and no one is responding. it is a very unpleasent thing from a coureir whose name is professional showing unprofessionality. It would be better for him to change its name so that no one can book their consignment by trusting its name.

I am rajesh staying at Bangalore. On 12th march I had given one courier to professtional courier vide doc#blr20590794. But still its not delivered. When I am sending mail regarding the same no body reverting.

The professional courier should change their name to Highly Unprofessional Courier. They are misbehaving rude, Unprofessional and bully. The service are always late no matter what. They are ready to fight with customer 24/7. They are good with you if you book a courier and dont ask about it. Just pray GOD for safety.

I have personal experience with professional couriers in New Delhi, Munirka.
One the sheet of courier charges it was clearly mentioned that for for first 500gms charges is rs 70 and then every 500 gms charges is Rs 30.
i.e. for toal 2kg doc charges should be 160 for KG
But they keep saying that charges for 2kg is Rs 300 as shown in the next table, I try to convince them that, Rs 300 given is for CARGO - NON Docs.
But they keep arguing that this is our company rate.
Finally they said that you bring the courier in a set of 1 kg each and they will charge Rs 80 each.
Truly Stupid. .
They have not mentioned any information about the charges on their website.
No Rate calculator.
No Info about the delivery in a particular area.
GOD knows what they mean by professional.
DTDC and FIRST FLIGHT are 10 times better then professional and blaze flash courier.

This is regarding Courier No. CHW3912823 which I have sent on 23rd March 2009. It has not yet reached the recipient's address. And now it has become a matter of surprise for me that why it took so long to reach the destination. It was containing some valuable gift worth rs 800 and the delivery cost which I have paid was Rs 100. Hence, a total of Rs 900 have been spent by me. Besides all these I am wasting Rs 20 on phone everyday asking for the status of my courier.

I am not getting proper updates from anybody. I have called on the following numbers:-

Kindly let me know when will my document get delivered. Else, I would take legal action against Professional Couriers as I have every legal prooof with me to go ahead for that, if I do not get proper/POD within a week. This is most urgent.

Professional Courier — Non delivery of documents

It is verymuch fed up for me by using peoffesional couriers nowadays. I was suppose to get one document from Bijapur (LR No :[protected] which was transitted on 21-04-09, and it was suppose to reach bangalore on 22-04-09 by noon or evening.But i had not recieved at all.
On 23-04-09 i got a call from ([protected]) that the document has came to bangalore at {N0.25, Opp Traffic Medicals, Nagwara Main Road, Kadugondanahalli, Bangalore - 560045}, and he told he will bring that doc on that same day. I was waiting till evening and made the call to above mentioned number, then the PROFESSIONAL COURIER representative was telling there are no courier boys to send the document to you if you want it u can collect it from the above mentioned address.
More ever i had recieved my documents three times at above mentioned address myself.
How many times shall we co operate with these guys???
My humble request to professional couriers pls make your service better. Iam really very much disappointed with these services.

This parcal is lying at your Lonavala, Pune branch. on 27/04/09 i called at your mumbai office & they have given me a mobile number ([protected]) and i called on this number that time a lady replyed to me but very arogently & in very rude/rough voice.

Now i have decided to stop all dealings with your courier service which I am doing since last 14 years because your branch associates are , careless and mannersless they donot want to grow your business but they will finish your name from the city.

I have sent a courier from madiwala branch, bangalore to mumbai-97 from professional courier on 27/4/09. The consignment number was BLR34494795. Till more than 5 days the consignment details was not updated at your website. I was told that the courier will be delivered in 2-3 working days. Now it is more than a week and the courier has not reached its destination. I went two times to enquire about it to the madiwala branch, but i didn't received a proper answer from them. One of my courier sent on 2nd May 2009 from Bokaro to Bodhgaya in Bihar just 250 Km away but till date on 7th May I could not get my courier and when I contacted the person through phone who is Gaya from Professional courier company he gave unsatisfactory report and told that the people from my place come to collect the parcel from office, Is it way the proffesional courier handle the packages?

Parcel from US — Non receipt of parcel

Dear Sir,
A parcel from my relative was sent to me from SUNNYVALE CA 94085 on 04.02.08 vide label No.EB[protected]US by US Postal service. Tracking information confirms that the packet left US on 05.02.08. Normaly US parcel are being delivered by Indian post. Till date I have not received this parcel also no further tracking information is available.
Kindly help me in this regard and brief me how to locate this parcel, where to complaint and how to track it.

This is ranjith from peravurani. Professional courier point of peravurani, Tamilnadu. collecting unauthorised charge of Rs.60 for small cover to Karnataka but if we book same letter on Pattukottai professional courier they charge only Rs.30. Also peravurani collection point agents using bad words to the customers during bookings.
