Dear Sir,

I was worked in HCL Technologies Ltd, India from March 2004 - May 2007. My PF A/c number - HR/5572/29686. Currently i'm working with Satyam, Hyderabad, AP and through this company i had submited a PF transfer form (FORM 13) in 18th Sep 2007, but still i have not received any reply or even the amount has not been transferred to my current PF account. I would really appreciate any help from you towards getting my PF amount transferred to the current PF account.

PF Department, Gurgaon — Non release of PF Dues

Non settlement of PF dues - Estt.Code 10330 A/c No. 1222 by PF Department.Gurgaon:

I had worked from 2.7.07 to 31.7.07 with Fluor Daniel India, Gurgaon and a PF amount of Rs.1450/- was deducted from my salary. A claim for release of my PF was filed through my employer (duly received in PF Department Gurgaon office vide Dak Receipt Sr. No. 28043373 on 11.6.08. Inspite of repeated mails and other follow-up the PF office is not sending any reply nor releasing the PF. Kindly take up with PF Office Gurgaon and help me in getting my legitimate dues refunded.

My name is Santkanwar and seek your help in my pf issue. After getting all the papar work done from my company Anand Motors Pvt. Ltd Khandsa Gurgaon, where i worked for near about 16 months, i sent my provident fund clearance document to PF office Gurgaon. I was told that it takes about 60 days to get the money but till today it is more than 150 days and only one check Rs4590 is received and i made enquiry in your Office and found my one cheque Rs 11310 is pending.So can you please check the status of my second cheque.

I am from Chennai, the company i had previously worked the headoffice is at Gurgoan, now the PF forms has been submitted, now I just need to know how long it takes for the documents to get cleared and when will the payment be released. The procedure at Chennai is very fast, the payment get released within 15 days to maximum one month.

After getting all the papar work done from my previous company IBM-DAKSH I have sent my provident fund clearance document to your PF office 'Gurgaon via register–AD; vide receipt no: 4115 dated: March 13, 2009'.

I have also courier you reminder against my application requesting to update me on the status of my application Dated: May 06, 2009 but till date I haven't received any correspondence against my application, therefore i request you to personally look into the matter .
