Dear Team,

This is to bring to your notice that I had purchased a Provogue brand shoe from M&B outlet in DT Mega Mall Gurgaon - M& B is the manufacturer for Provogue shoes . The Details of the bill are given below :

The Shoe within just 3 months was TORN from Inside and I found Paper Coming out from the layer within .
I visited the DT Mega mall outlet on 21st of this Month (Since I was keeping extremely busy these days and could not go within three months from the date of purchase) and the outlet was no longer there . I went to Metropolitan mall with a ray of Hope which was to my dismay Shattered as they had a simple SORRY to say . But the gentleman was kind enough to give me the company e mail ID [protected]@mbfootwear.com.

I Kept on writing to them for days but have not received any response from them.

I feel the Standard of the product was not upto mark as of course this is not the first shoe i have worn during the last 30 years.

I have been purchasing from M&B outlet since 2006, And it is the first time I have encountered such a substandard product, which I am sure is not a norm at M&B / Provogue

I would be grateful if the company instead o[censored]nnecessary harassing me, would give me a free replacement and oblige . In any case the shoe is of no use to me .

I have been following up with PF office in kandivali since last one year.
Unfortunately there is no replay. And I don’t have any regrets for the people who all setting
at the Pf office. Because actually this a difficult task to get through the correct person on right time in this kind of government department even this executive and all the respective provident fund employees have lots of work.

I have only request to confirm my pf work status. So that if any inconvenience in documentation by my end can be resolve.

Pls help me to resolve the pending.

Dear Sir,
I bought Provogue shoes from one of there outlet at Sector 17, chandigarh
With in two months, the leather cracked. When i aproached them then they got the
shoe repaired but refused to replace the. what should i do in this situation?
Shoes worth Rs 2800/- gettng bad in 2 months is a real question mark on the
quality of provogue products.

I Priyank Jain purchased my shoes from Provogue Studio Pune. Within 2 months the heel of the shoe got spoilt and when I went to them they took my shoes and said will speak and let me know about it. But after 1 week I didnot get any reply and after ringing them up they said take your shoes back.
