Customer Complaint- Provogue, West End Mall, Lucknow

This is Kalyani from Lucknow. I would like to let you know about my recent experience with Provogue and their staff whose behavior is entirely unacceptable.
We purchased 6 shirts and 1 jeans worth around 7,000/- on 20th August 2011 from Provogue showroom in WestEnd Mall, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. . On 21st, we found that one of the shirt sleeves were damaged. So we went back to tthe showroom to get it exchanged.
There we met, Mr. Ankit Mishra and Mr. Kranti, who were very rude and said that there wont be any exchange as the item was from the sale and also said that the shirt was ironed back at home and it happened after the sale not before the sale. So we wanted to talk to the store manager they refused to cooperate and give us the number. They asked to leave our number and said that their manager would return our call.
Till this moment, we didnt get any call. After this incident, I learnt that a provogue customer wouldn't have left with any minimal respect. These people they didnt have enough courtesy before accusing of the damage. I was not asking for the exchange even. I was just asking to talk to his boss and get the matter settled there itself. This is totally unacceptable.
I hope I will not return to your brand ever. I have had enough disappointment with you people for such behavior. Kudos to you for employing such rude people. I hope and wish you will not lose many more customers just because you dont have any respect for them. It's not acceptable from a customer point of view.
I dont know whether I will any reply for this email id which has been mentioned on the site. I hope it would be better if you could take care of such frustrating behavior.

Provogue — Defective
Dear Sir,I bought provogue pair of shoes from cross river mall, shadra. I got in on 16 May 2009 and they are in really poor condition. In just 3 months the shoe has has torn. The shoe was for Rs 1885/- but quality is not good at all. From past 2 months i am asking the company to replace it but there is no response.
Please tell me where should i approach...
