Provogue — Defective

Dear Sir,

I bought provogue pair of shoes from cross river mall, shadra. I got in on 16 May 2009 and they are in really poor condition. In just 3 months the shoe has has torn. The shoe was for Rs 1885/- but quality is not good at all. From past 2 months i am asking the company to replace it but there is no response.
Please tell me where should i approach...

I have purchased provogue pair of shoes from Shipra mall, Gaziabad. I got in on May 2009 and they are in really poor condition. In just 6 months the shoe has has torn. The shoe was for Rs 1885/- but quality is not good at all its sole got broken from many places which not expacted from this company product at all.

The Only Think U can Do is. Dont Use Provogue anymore and ask others u Knw not to use it Ever. Thats What i am Going to Do... I am also one of the Disheartened Customer of Provogue and Provogue Customer Service. My Complaint is going to be Big, So will Take Sometime.

Also, I[censored] use Social Media, Ask all ur Frenz not to use Provogue Products. Share ur Horrible Experience with them. My Plan is to make Complaints and Write Reviews About Provogue everywhere and planning to go to Consumer Court against Them. This Writing is just the Beginning of the Complaint.

I Want Provogue to Contact Me and do the Right Thing or else 2-3 Years Down the Line, The Stores might be there, But Customers Wont.

Black Garment Store — Quality of leather jacket is so bad

I have purchased leather jacket from " Black " for Rs 2000 . after one year you can not believe
" poori tarah se khraab ho gayi " i am shocked is this leather or something else . i have no words for this company ,this company is selling very bad quality of products, and moreover no feedback for compalint that i have registered .

I have not got delivery of order no.[protected] and dated Dec 29 2014 till now...my friends ordered watches after me and they got delivery...why so? On mailing they replied that your watch is delivered but i have not got it...

Provogue Shoes — Shoe sole torn off in 4 months

I have purchased Formal shoes from Provouge from there M & B outlet in Select City Walk Mall in October '11 and in Jan '12 its sole tored off. I want my money back. Its not worth the amount i spent in. I want refund.

This is Kalyani from Lucknow. I would like to let you know about my recent experience with Provogue and their staff whose behavior is entirely unacceptable.

We purchased 6 shirts and 1 jeans worth around 7, 000/- on 20th August 2011 from Provogue showroom in WestEnd Mall, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. . On 21st, we found that one of the shirt sleeves were damaged. So we went back to tthe showroom to get it exchanged.

There we met, Mr. Ankit Mishra and Mr. Kranti, who were very rude and said that there wont be any exchange as the item was from the sale and also said that the shirt was ironed back at home and it happened after the sale not before the sale. So we wanted to talk to the store manager they refused to cooperate and give us the number. They asked to leave our number and said that their manager would return our call.

Till this moment, we didnt get any call. After this incident, I learnt that a provogue customer wouldn't have left with any minimal respect. These people they didnt have enough courtesy before accusing of the damage. I was not asking for the exchange even. I was just asking to talk to his boss and get the matter settled there itself. This is totally unacceptable.

I hope I will not return to your brand ever. I have had enough disappointment with you people for such behavior. Kudos to you for employing such rude people. I hope and wish you will not lose many more customers just because you dont have any respect for them. It's not acceptable from a customer point of view.

I dont know whether I will any reply for this email id which has been mentioned on the site. I hope it would be better if you could take care of such frustrating behavior.

Provogue — Low quality of material

Hi,

I am using Provouge material regularly since last 04 years .But since last year I am finding that the quality of the materials are not up to that standard . I had purchased a pair of vests . After one wash one of the vest became so loose that now it is unfit for use . I had been to the Provouge studio, Mathura
( from where I had purchased that material ) . They took the vest, after one week, told that it is not their fault . Now I am finding glues coming out from one of my shirts, which I had taken only 06 months ago .There is nothing called customer care in Provouge . So I urge all of you to be carefull before purchasing any Provouge material .
