I have received the order but the order is damaged The belt and belt Clip of the watch is damaged. I also tried to call [protected] but it not working. I attach Pic of Damaged Watch.         I have ordered a Watch which was advertised in ICICI bank through net banking. However, during the redirection of page from ICICI Bank to Provogue Website, it showed an Internal Error for which I did not get any order confirmation. I have sent an email regarding it and it's already 2 days over and did not get a single reply from them. The Customer service is really pathetic and not a single phone number is working.

          I had ordered a watch from Provogue website last month. The watch was offered as a deal on discounted price to ICICI customers for Rs. 299. Even after multiple attempts to contact ICICI bank and Provogue I haven't received my watch yet. According to Provogue website the watch is shipped and delivered. Each time I contact ICICI bank they open a service request and after few days reply back saying that the watch was delivered through GoJavas tracking number MUMPVGP244311. I already provided them the tracking number with my complaint and want them to provide any kind of proof for delivery. Neither ICICI bank nor Provogue seem to have any proof that the watch was delivered to me. It's really very disappointing that even after so many complaints on the Internet ICICI bank is still supporting Provogue and taking any actions to return customers money. They are still advertising Provogue on their website, which makes me think that they are involved in this.

          I have already made a couple of service requests, SR[protected] and SR[protected]‏. I was told that the product is delivered. Please update the existing tickets, I don't think you guys are doing anything with these tickets except passing time until the customer gives up.

              I Placed an order, for which i was reverted that courier is to be delivered but later when i checked from Delhivery courier service and as per their update the courier has returned back to provoque as their isn't any service delivery for Patna from them.
              i raised an concern through their online support as to Please update if the product has returned back how can we claim money, or else is it possible to get the product delivered somewhere in Gurgaon, but in vain.

              Provogue watch order through ICICI
              I got an offer an offer for provouge watch on internet banking so I made payment on June 4, 2015 6:05:56 PM IST & June 4, 2015 6:22:01 PM IST of Rs.299.00 + Rs.299.00.

              Post that i have been trying to call at the call center number but the calls are never answered.

              I have still not received the order or any information neither does the website provide order tracking details.

              Kindly check & hacve the courtesy to reply to customer calls & complains.I have made payment using internet banking & the same has been was successfully made.

                I have ordered 2 walllet's 1 for my cousin different address and one for me. Order#[protected] for my cousin) ordered on 9/19/14 Order#[protected] For Me ) ordered on 10/24/14 It's more than a month but still not a single got delivered. Their customer care number always shows busy. Bc dimak kharab hogaya hai. 1st time email kiya tha cousin ka puchne k liye toh bola 3 din mein deliver hoga uske baad bc no reply of email and phone. Mera 1st cousin ka ship bata raha tha aur bandra mein delivery dikha rha hai jabke kurla ka address hai and 2nd order ship bata raha hai but tracking ID worng gojava par. Paisa kha gaya provogue fraud company hai bc. ICICI wale ko bolna padega.

                  I ordered provogue watch on dated 4th October 2014 Order no #[protected] but still its not delivered. Post mailing 4-5 time provogue team said that we(customer) rejected the order, but it was not delivered only to my address.Then I provided new alternate Official address ie. Kalpesh Patil (IT department)155, Millennium Business Park, MIDC, Mahape, Navi Mumbai 400 710. But still order is not delivered. Now its at most 45 days passed the watch is not delivered and money is deducted from my account. So, kindly request to get the delivery done asap or return my money back to my bank account. My friend's watch is delivered successfully though she ordered 2 days after I did. I dropped the mail also regarding the same order. But did not find any response from Provogue.                       Order no.[protected] Purchased on 13th October 2014. Not delivered yet. Order no.[protected] Purchased on 5th November 2014. Not delivered yet. Many email sent for enquiry. No reply yet. Customer care number doesn't works. Tried calling 100 times. Why status shows Complete when it has not been delivered. Are they trying to fool us or trick us? Called to their office +[protected] for 5-6 times, but they disconnects it within 1-2 seconds. Worst customer care service ever...

                              Hello, I ordered provogue watch on 18th Oct 2014 and now its been one month but still i didn't receive my watch. On 8th Nov 2014, I got mail from Provogue, that your order has been shipped by first flight courier but today when I contacted to courier service centre, they informed that physical handover from Provogue is yet pending. Kindly let me know when I will get my order? This is really frustrating to mail so many times for one thing. Never expected such service and you guys don't even bother to give reply for the queries comes from customer on contact us email id. Feeling annoyed.                                   I have ordered 2 pairs of formal shoes from provogue (Item no. PV8019 and PV8020 via order no.[protected] dated 20th of November 2014, which I have not received till date nor any intimation. I have already paid the amount from my credit card.
                                  Further your customer care number is not working since the day i ordered, nor i received any reply of 2-3 of my mails which i have sent at "[protected]@provogue.com".
                                  I have never experienced such a worst customer care service yet, Even a local vendor can provide better service then you. If in this way you treat your customers, then may be in future no one will buy from you and your company product.
                                  I again request you to deliver the product which i have ordered asap or else refund my money with the compensation of your negligence towards the customer.
                                  Your further delay would not be entertained and leads to the Legal Matter.

                                    Hi, i bought a watch under ICICI offer, my provogue order id #[protected], consignment tracking number is #MUMPVGP2801 68, Javas courier services, i got the item delivered, however when i opened the box(infront of delivery guy) the box is empty. does provogue wont do any sort of quality check etc? i raised complaint on the day of delivery it self, till date nothing worked, no response, their customer care ph number mentioned in the site is also not working, fraud? see the attached. seems like this is a clear fraud service.

                                      I had ordered a Provogue watch in collaboration with ICICI internet banking (promotion received from ICICI), made the payment on Provogue.com website through Citrus gateway. But, since many days my order status shows as processing. When I tried to contact their customer care phone numbers, no one attends the call. There is no reply for the numerous emails I sent. No reply. Highly pathetic customer service. ICICI should also take responsibility for partnering with such fake vendors and cheating on their trusted customers. First bad experience with ICICI in the past 6 years. I saw similar posts on Provogue FB page and I feel that Provogue.com is cheating online buyers on a large scale. High time this scam is stopped. These people feel that we are gullible but they should keep in mind that they are hurting their online shopping market base and belittling their image and reputation by indulging in such disparaging deed.                                       I received the watch yesterday (25th Nov) through Javas courier after multiple followups. Appreciate ICICI bank for coordinating with me for getting details and initiating the dispute with Provogue. Provogue should improve a lot in customer service by providing information on the status rather than keeping silent and let customer assume things. Though there is a delay in delivery, if the status or information on reason for delay or tentative timelines of delivery would reduce grievance from customer. Thanks anyway to all (ICICI, Provogue & Consumer Complaints web) who have ensure delivery for product.

Yesterday I checked with the courier service Delhivery and they claimed that they already returned the product as they can not deliver the same at my location.At the same time, my colleague got the same delivered to same address as of mine(office address). I tried calling the Customer care number +[protected], but it is not working.I send couple of emails, but no response. Now no idea what to do this. Please send the money back if you can not process the order. Pleas help
