I placed an order for a provogue watch via the ICICI bank internet banking offer with ORDER NO[protected] on Sept 29, 2014. I am checking for the status daily and it is stating processing. I have not received any call from the Provogus team to confirm the shipment address and more so no one is picking the phone at their contact number[protected]. Please look into this and help me get the watch as it was supposed to be a gift for someone. Thanks, Simran Saxena

    Hi, I ordered Provogue watch on 30 SEP 2014 and made the payment through ICICI net banking. I got confirmation mail stating payment is successful with order ID[protected]. It's more than 13 days now but I didn't get any update from Provogue team. When I checked the order status on Provogue website, its showing order is in process. I tried calling customer care number couple of times but the phone is either busy or no one is picking up the phone. Requesting you to update the status of this order number ASAP.

          Hi, I purchased a watch with order Merchant Order number:[protected] worth 2499.but I requseted them to cancel the order .I got a reply from Mr.Suraj Sharma that there is an option It will be processed and refund of 2200/-.I requested them to cancel the order and refund full amount.But later on I doesnt get any conformation.When I Checked online it is showing as In process.I also received a email that it is dispatched from The address. I want to cancel this order and i need refund of full amount. Please do the needful

            I sent a mail to icici customer care and we need to wait for 21 days for the watch as per their reply to me. If you didn't get any response then you can write mail to [protected]@icicibank.com with your contact details.

                    ORDER #[protected] Order Date: July 31, 2014 I didn't received the product yet. I called the customer care agent 1 month before he told me he will create a new order as the order got lost during your delivery to javas courier service. I tried to call again and again to the customer care no. No one is taking the call. This is very poor service. Check it and do the needful.

                      Provogue is running a scam it seems through their official website www.provogue.com My order #[protected], placed on 8th Sep 2014, till date(22 Sep 2014) has the order status as "Processing". No reply to multiple emails on their customer care email id. When you eventually get through the line on their customer care, they have to audacity to lie saying order would delivered in couple of days. I had called and spoken to the executive on 12th of Sep, he promised delivery by 16th and till date the status is "Processing". I believe they are on the verge of shutting down and have no capacity to deliver. This is huge scam. FYI, I have not booked this order under any ICICI scheme and there was disclaimer stating 21 days for processing!

But even after 21 days of ordered date, i didn't get any update from provogue team. When i check the order status in provogue website, its showing in-progress.                                 Hi Hemant, As you have availed the ICICI Scheme Offer, the offer has the T&C of delivery time of 21 days. The same has been mentioned in the offer site in ICICI and provogue site while making an order. The company will fulfill the condition and will get delivered with in 21 days at extreme. However you could receive the product within a week or 2.

                                    I purchased wallet from provogue's website on August 6, 2014 6:20:25 PM IST payment has already been done online its been 25 days and i haven't got any wallet or response from them, i have send mail to them 2 times at [protected]@provogue.com to remind them the same and when i check my order status on their website its always in process. I have done online payment of Rs.299 the wallet was on discount and i havens received it and i have send mails to the regarding the same and haven't got any response and customer care number is always busy or they don't pick any call.                                     Same happened with me. Even I didn't receive any watch or reply from ICICI/Provogue.

                                        I order PROVOGUE wallet online through provogue.com under ICICI offer on Date: 7 July 2014 and in their shipping policy its clearly mentioned "We dispatch your merchandise within 24 hours of you placing an order on the website.". But since from the day of purchase till now my order status is processing. I am tired calling their number "[protected]". They didn't even replied for my email nor I am able getting a way to cancel me order. Worst service ever seen. Please help me regarding this. The same has been mentioned in the offer site in ICICI and provogue site while making an order. We can see that product was delievered to you in the given time Thanks
                                        i has been ordered for watch from provogue online but my order did not delivered for my address my order date is

                                        They didn't deliver the product, and has already deducted money from my bank account as prepaid...Shame on them..redicules, now when I am calling their custoemer care and help line number, they are not answering the call. Nor replying my emails... cheaters..
