Hi, I purchased a watch with order Merchant Order number:[protected] worth 2499.but I requseted them to cancel the order .I got a reply from Mr.Suraj Sharma that there is an option It will be processed and refund of 2200/-.I requested them to cancel the order and refund full amount.But later on I doesnt get any conformation.When I Checked online it is showing as In process.I also received a email that it is dispatched from The address. I want to cancel this order and i need refund of full amount. Please do the needful

    Hi, I ordered provogue watch on 30 SEP 2014 and made the payment through ICICI net banking. I got confirmation mail stating payment is successful with order id[protected] . Its been 10 days and I didn't get any update from provogue team. When I check the order status in provogue website, its showing Processing from the day beginning. My friends who ordered along with me got their watches four days back. I sent mail to [protected]@provogue.com and also to [protected]@icicibank.com but its of no use. I didn't get any reply from them.

    I also tried their Customer Care No:[protected] which is not working either, it always says line busy.
    I sent a mail to icici customer care and we need to wait for 21 days for the watch as per their reply to me. If you didn't get any response then you can write mail to [protected]@icicibank.com with your contact details.

            ORDER #[protected] Order Date: July 31, 2014 I didn't received the product yet. I called the customer care agent 1 month before he told me he will create a new order as the order got lost during your delivery to javas courier service. I tried to call again and again to the customer care no. No one is taking the call. This is very poor service. Check it and do the needful.

              Provogue is running a scam it seems through their official website www.provogue.com My order #[protected], placed on 8th Sep 2014, till date(22 Sep 2014) has the order status as "Processing". No reply to multiple emails on their customer care email id. When you eventually get through the line on their customer care, they have to audacity to lie saying order would delivered in couple of days. I had called and spoken to the executive on 12th of Sep, he promised delivery by 16th and till date the status is "Processing". I believe they are on the verge of shutting down and have no capacity to deliver. This is huge scam. FYI, I have not booked this order under any ICICI scheme and there was disclaimer stating 21 days for processing!

But even after 21 days of ordered date, i didn't get any update from provogue team. When i check the order status in provogue website, its showing in-progress. I sent mail to [protected]@provogue.com but its of no use. I didn't get any reply from them. If I didn't hear any updates from provogue, then I will seek legal support .
                I have ordered a provogue watch using ICICI internet banking .but I didnt received it yet.ICICI destroyed their quality and hope among the people.Provogue, the one of the worst service provider and fraud company.I won't leave this thing simply.

                        Hi Hemant, As you have availed the ICICI Scheme Offer, the offer has the T&C of delivery time of 21 days. The same has been mentioned in the offer site in ICICI and provogue site while making an order. The company will fulfill the condition and will get delivered with in 21 days at extreme. However you could receive the product within a week or 2.

                            I purchased wallet from provogue's website on August 6, 2014 6:20:25 PM IST payment has already been done online its been 25 days and i haven't got any wallet or response from them, i have send mail to them 2 times at [protected]@provogue.com to remind them the same and when i check my order status on their website its always in process. I have done online payment of Rs.299 the wallet was on discount and i havens received it and i have send mails to the regarding the same and haven't got any response and customer care number is always busy or they don't pick any call. I want them to either place my order (Wallet) or give back my money.

                                I order PROVOGUE wallet online through provogue.com under ICICI offer on Date: 7 July 2014 and in their shipping policy its clearly mentioned "We dispatch your merchandise within 24 hours of you placing an order on the website.".                                   I ordered goods from Provogue online site and made a payment. The payment got failed twice out of which 1 payment was refunded back to me. However, the other payment is still not refunded neither the goods have been dispatched. I'm chasing the Provogue Customer Service and Citrus Payment solutions since last 2 months to get the money refunded with no luck. I've provided confirmed with bank and provided statement to them, they are still not able to resolve the issue. I want to take this to consumer court and I've all the email's documented which shows VERY POOR Customer Service and unwillingness to take the ownership to resolve the Issue.

                                      Dear Representative, I have purchased 2 Provogue Trouser on 12th June 2013 from Provogue Showroom, City Mall-Gorakhpur. I am satisfied with one trouser but there is a worst stitching in one of the trouser. I am an Area manager in mahindra & Mahindra and I am the the Loyal customer of Provogue too.                                         Hi Team, On 08/16/13(11:52PM) I have brought Provogue shoes from Hypercity, malad(west). Brand: Provogue Cm NO- 2543 Reg:116 Store 01001 Till:8171 Size: 41 Color: Black M.R.P.: Rs.1150/- Paid mode: SBI Debit Card Shoes are just in Perfect condition but the it gives pain in side part of legs, My legs pains after wearing for more than 1 hours. Normally I buy size 41, After wearing once I am feeling that my legs pains because of shoes. I have contacted Mr. Bhaskar and Mr. Viren(hypercity mall staff mgrs) & They told brand will not taking it as a RTB. When i asked them to show me the proof about investigation done from brand side, they gave me the reason as it is confidential and can not share it. I have doubt that they had not approched to brand. Looking forward new pair of shoes in size 42. I like provogue & I trust on their staff fully. We look forward to your reply. Prashant
