Had ordered a Shirt from provogue (order no.[protected]. Have not received till date. There is no customer care no. Valid . We received a mail from them saying the shirt has been despatched . The tracking number provided is wrong (verified from courier company).

Provogue India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This is to inform you that the Provogue watch, which I ordered is a defective piece.
I ordered one black coloured gents watch under discount scheme, through ICICI portal, worth Rs. 299.
Watch is not working. There is no movement in clock. Its detail are:-

From past many days I' am calling on warranty help no. given in the box and also I tried calling customer care ; but there is no reply and network always remain busy. Kindly look in this matter.
