I have placed ordered a watch for Rs. 299/- with order No.[protected] on 28th October-14 and still did not receive the product. When I tracked my order it is showing that order number is completed with Tracking ID B991Q5406274 of FIRST FLIGHT COURIER. I have several times sent e-mails to provogue care and tried to call their number but in vain. No replies have been received so far. They are cheating customers by simply keeping their cash months...

It is mentioned in the order that, if i receive faulty item, i have to informthem with in 2 days and hence i have informed through mail to them . But there was no action taken .
