Dear Team,
This is to inform you that the Provogue watch, which I ordered is a defective piece.
I ordered one black coloured gents watch under discount scheme, through ICICI portal, worth Rs. 299.
Watch is not working. There is no movement in clock. Its detail are:-

From past many days I' am calling on warranty help no. given in the box and also I tried calling customer care ; but there is no reply and network always remain busy. Kindly look in this matter. It will be very kind on your part to take necessary action. Please acknowledge this complaint either via phone call or to my e-mail address, saved in your database.

I purchased a provogue watch in ICICI credit card offer on 4 april 2015 against order number[protected]. Shipment number is MUMPVGP412075 javas . But on tracking its showing wrong trcaking number and yill no i didnot recieved my watch. Kindly do it urgent

Its too much, No official contact from ICICI service team. Why you shows many offers during promotions if you cannot complete it over the time. Is there any need to send a legel notice to ICICI bank either you will snd my watch or refund my money.

I have purchase a provogue watch 20 days before but didn't get it yet. please deliver it asap.

The time I opened it, I found its Crown detached. Even after fixing it, crown is loose and it get detached very soon. Its detail are:-

On same day, I called back delivery boy for replace, but he suggested me to contact Provogue customer care. From past many days I' am calling on warranty help no. given in the box and also I tried calling customer care ; but there is no reply and network always remain busy. Kindly look in this matter.
