Hello Team, I ordered(ORDER NO:[protected] watch from Provogue under ICICI back 299/- Scheme . The watch which is received is a defective one .There is a glass crack on the edge of the watch . I am trying to call customer care from last 3 days and the call is not getting connected . Sent mail but they are also unanswered and no acknowledgement received. Dear Team,
This is to inform you that the Provogue watch, which I ordered is a defective piece.
I ordered one black coloured gents watch under discount scheme, through ICICI portal, worth Rs. 299.
Watch is not working. There is no movement in clock. Its detail are:-

SKU Code: 103639-BK-022-F


From past many days I' am calling on warranty help no. given in the box and also I tried calling customer care ; but there is no reply and network always remain busy. Kindly look in this matter. It will be very kind on your part to take necessary action. Please acknowledge this complaint either via phone call or to my e-mail address, saved in your database.

The tracking number provided is wrong (verified from courier company).         I had ordered a watch from Provogue website last month. The watch was offered as a deal on discounted price to ICICI customers for Rs. 299. I tried many times to contact Provogue customer care but the Phone is always busy. And the Provogue website shows that order status as complete though i havent got my watch. Here is provogue order id Order id:[protected] and Gojavas Docket No. MUMPVGP290765. The docket no shows the "Return to Origin Declared at MUMBAI LPC". I dont understand why it is returned.

              I have placed ordered a watch for Rs. 299/- with order No.[protected] on 28th October-14 and still did not receive the product. When I tracked my order it is showing that order number is completed with Tracking ID B991Q5406274 of FIRST FLIGHT COURIER. I have several times sent e-mails to provogue care and tried to call their number but in vain. No replies have been received so far. They are cheating customers by simply keeping their cash months together without sending them products.

                    Order no.[protected] Placed on 28th October 2014. Not delivered yet. Many email sent for enquiry. No reply yet. Customer care number doesn't works. Tried calling 50 times. Why status shows Complete when it has not been delivered. Are they trying to fool us or trick us? Called to their office +[protected] for 10 times, but they disconnects it within 1-2 seconds. Worst customer care service ever. Also tracking number provided by Provogue is not correct. I called to go javas head office. They told that this tracking number is not in our record.

It is mentioned in the order that, if i receive faulty item, i have to informthem with in 2 days and hence i have informed through mail to them . But there was no action taken . When I did not receive any response, I tried calling them. Neither do they take customer calls nor do they respond to the mails. It has been more than a month now and I did not receive the order yet.

                              I ordered a watch which has order no[protected] and shipment number PROV68547. Because of wrong pin code it went to Mysore. I gave the correct pin code of Pune to delivery person. It came to Pune but I did not received my order yet. I call Provouge customer care many times, but everytime your representative pic up and cut the calls.Is this the right way to handle Customer??? I also dropped mails on [protected]@provuogue.com but from there also i did not get any response. I want the quick response from your side on this matter. I am waiting for your reply.

                                        I have ordered a Watch which was advertised in ICICI bank through net banking. However, during the redirection of page from ICICI Bank to Provogue Website, it showed an Internal Error for which I did not get any order confirmation. I have sent an email regarding it and it's already 2 days over and did not get a single reply from them. The Customer service is really pathetic and not a single phone number is working.
