Same problem, mine. I cancelled watch on 2oth Nov, and kept mail continuously their is no response yet. Hope as a customers we should take serious action. if any one supports then let me know or if they take Immediate action's fine or we should.

hey, , go and post the complaints in provogue fb page, ... i got my money back in a day... ruin their reputation there...it worked for me

This regards to my order number[protected]. I have received the order but the order is damaged The belt and clip of the watch is damaged. I also tried to call [protected] but it not working. Please look into it ASAP.

Its too much, No official contact from ICICI service team. Why you shows many offers during promotions if you cannot complete it over the time. Is there any need to send a legel notice to ICICI bank either you will snd my watch or refund my money.
