Another victim of the offer! While doing the online purchase, I received an error message at the payment gateway that it was unsuccessful. I tried again the 2nd time and received the same message. Later on I realized, both the transactions were successful. Since then I have been trying to cancel one of these transactions but neither the online portal works properly nor the customer care number mentioned in the website. No replies to emails...

I received an email which said that your order has been dispatched on 7th October. After that day I never got any calls or emails. On 16th October I tried tracking my order on gojavas.com.
