Hi, I have ordered provogue watch with icici offer last month but till now i dint got the watch, as per the company mail they mentioned that it will be get between 7-21 days but it almost completed 1 month so till now i dint got watch.     Hi, this is Anuradha. I have ordered a white color Men's watch in provogue ICICI offer for Rs.299 on 15th Dec and I have paid using Net Banking. My Order number is[protected]. But I did not receive any message showing order details on my cell phone. I have tried many times to call customer care but they never received phone.

      I had ordered a watch from Provogue website on December 2, 2014. The watch was offered as a deal on discounted price to ICICI customers for Rs. 299. I tried many times to contact Provogue customer care but the Phone is always busy. And the Provogue website shows that order status as complete though i haven't got my watch.         I have placed two orders Order 1:[protected] Order 2:[protected] I have received order number 1 i.e[protected]Invoice 6C[protected]) but never recieved the second one. I have contacted various times to them. At few of the occasion i recieved the response. They informed that they have delivered both the order. They also provided the tracking details. However I have recieved the 1st one only. I never received the second one i.e[protected]. After that i have sent an email to [protected]@provogue.com for asking the name of the recipient but they never replied. I am forwarding the same email again and getting nothing from that side. Please look into the matter as i didnt recieve the second one. Whenever i am trying their contact number [protected] it always remain busy. No hold procedure simply and IVR stating to contact again. Very frustating customer service as they are not replying and 7 days already passes. Please pay attention toward this and ensure the delivery. Regards, Ajendra Singh

        hey, I faced worse than this with provogue, go and post the complaints in provogue fb page, ... i got my money back in a day... ruin their reputation there...it worked for me

          Dear Team, This is with regards to the order of Provogue Watch which has placed at the Provogue online store at 20 Nov 2014. I would wish to bring to your attention that in the subsequent weeks the order has been cancelled by me. The same has been informed to your team by mail 3 times. But, there has been no response from your side for refunding the sum of money. I would like to insist for the refund of the amount paid by me while purchasing the order. I had ordered a provogue watch n I received the parcel today and was shocked to see that the watch was not present in the box. i.e. the box was empty. I requested your to send me the watch or arrange for a refund ASAP.

                    Hi, My experience with your company is too frustrating. I had booked my Order (No[protected] on 26th of November. On 30th I received a confirmation mail stating that the product is dispatched by Delhivery and the tracking ID is[protected]. The tracking page of Delhivery says that the product is returned due to No_Delivery_Zone. The last update on this page was on 3rd December. I have been trying to chase your so called "customer care" who doesn't at all care for the customer. I tried to explain n number of time to your team about the issue, but every time I receive the same copied sentence - "we can dispatch the product ASAP. the product delivered 2&3 day" which first of all doesn't make sense to me and neither it confirms that the issue is at all read in the mail. Do you have a team you can really read and understand the concern and then resolve of issue. If not, please cancel the order and return my money back. Regards, Prahlad

                          My order number is[protected] I have not yet received my order, the order was placed on 10 of November 2014 I got a mail on 20th of November saying that the order has been dispatched and the shipping provider was First Flight Do the need full as soon as possible

                          i got my order today a couple of minutes before if somebody has pushed it from provogue (Thanks) even though it was late :)
                          How is the build quality of the watch? Is it really worth the uoted price Rs. 2499?

                                      I received my provogue watch on 29/11/2014. I used it but to my surprise the watch was defective. Within a week the belt has got destroyed.                                         Dear Team, This is to inform you that the Provogue watch, which I ordered is a defective piece. I ordered one black coloured gents watch under discount scheme, through ICICI portal, worth Rs. 299. The time I opened it, I found its Crown detached. Even after fixing it, crown is loose and it get detached very soon. Its detail are:- Invoice No.: 6C[protected] Order No.:[protected] SKU Code: 103639-BK-022-F On same day, I called back delivery boy for replace, but he suggested me to contact Provogue customer care. From past many days I am calling on warranty help no. given in the box and also I tried calling customer care ; but there is no reply and network always remain busy. Kindly look in this matter.
