I have ordered Provogue watch through online payment on 15th Oct. By mistake I ordered two and I want to cancel my second order. I called Customer Care many times. Its hard to get them on call. Have already talked to Customer Care Person 4-5 times to cancel my one of the two orders. Each time person said, he has cancelled the order and it would take 5-10 min to reflect on their website but I can still see my order status as "Processing". They have neither cancelled my orders nor delivered it. I have dropped mail on 16th Oct itself and reminders everyday as well. There is no reply to my query at all.

    There was this offer from ICICI bank on Provogue watches. I ordered a watch 30th Sept 2014. I has been more than a month but I haven't received my order. This is totally disappointing. I was supposed to receive it within a week from date of order. Please look into the matter as soon as possible. Thanks

            Hello sir, I have ordered a 999 Rs Provogue wallet from its online store on Last Month. As i am ICICI bank customer, i have got a promo code for this provogue wallet with which i have not to pay 999 Rs instead i only have to pay 299 shipping and handling charges. I have made online payment of Rs 299, but i have not got my wallet till now.                 I had ordered a Provogue watch in collaboration with ICICI internet banking, made the payment on Provogue.com website through Citrus gateway and when I contacted them, they replied me saying that the payment was successful and my money is with Provogue.com website right now. But, for the past 7 days, my order status is showing up as processing. When I tried to contact their customer care phone numbers, no one attends the call. There is no reply for the numerous emails I sent. No reply. Highly pathetic customer service. ICICI should also take responsibility for partnering with such fake vendors and cheating on their trusted customers. First bad experience with ICICI in the past 6 years. I saw similar posts on Provogue FB page and I feel that Provogue.com is cheating online buyers on a large scale. High time this scam is stopped. These people feel that we are gullible but they should keep in mind that they are hurting their online shopping market base and belittling their image and reputation by indulging in such disparaging deed.                 I also order Provogue watch from the linked offered by ICICI Bank. I made the payment also. But till date havent received the Parcel nor received the payment refund. This is spoiling the image/goodwill built by ICICI Bank. My Order No is.[protected].

                  Dear Provogue, , I have order one Men Watch through ICICI Bank Provogue offer on 28/10/2014. But online transaction declined that time. and amount debited and credited to my account. So i have again tried and order for Women Watch on 28/10/2014 and they debited Rs.299 to me and on 30/10/2014 i have also seen one more debit entry of Rs.299 towards first order.                     KINDLY LOOK INTO THE ISSUE AND AORT IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

                        I try to call but all the number is fake infect the number given on site provogue.com is also fake .
                        And the address given on social site is also fake.
                        Am cancelling my product and kindly please refund my amount.

                        The website is showing the status of order as pending since 27th April with no tracking information.

                        It's already 2 months, but no feedback on shipment.
