I had submitted a complaint regarding toned jeans. In resposne to which I got a call from Provogue and was asked to leave the jeans at any nearest Provogue store. I gave it on 27th Jan at Nirmal Lifestyle (Mulund west) outlet and also received an acknowledgement for the same. But since then I havent heard from them. Its been a month now. Is this the kind of customer service we expect from a brand like Provogue?

    I purchased a shoe on 05/02/2011 and after wearing it for 2 days,it got completely damaged.I purchased the shoes for 2385 rupees.I returned the shoe to the company next day and made a complaints on ur help line number,complaint number is(262851).I m waiting for the reply but thy don't respond.I want my money back bcoz i m not interested in wearing any provogue shoe.My mob no is [protected]

      I bought a pair of jeans from Provogue Gathkopar( R-city mall) on 15th Aug 10 for Rs.1500/- approx. In the month of Nov it got massively toned at the left side (back) while sitting in the car. Let me be clear that it was big embarrassment as it was very much visible & easily noticeable. I had to literally call one of my colleagues from office to buy me a pair of trousers from a shop. That day was really bad for me. This is for the 1st time I have experienced a jeans getting toned in this manner. And this is certainly not expected from a brand like Provogue where we pay a huge amount only for the brand name.
      We have a minimum expectation of getting the jeans replaced since we still believe in the brand.

      i bought a provogue jeans from Provogue showroom Kanpur for the first time and within 2 months it get torn away from many places near the pocket. I have never used brush to wash it. what i think is that they use third quality cloth and use Hrithik Roshan to sell their products. What a shame.

      I like to inform you about the bad quality of a Provogue Jeans that I bought sometime back. I have been buying Levis brand of Jeans from last many years and for the first time I bought Provogue Jeans and am very disappointed with its quality. The color of the Jeans is coming out and even while wearing for the first time the color of the jeans came on my hands, making my hands blue colored which I could not really believe!! On the first wash, there was a lot of color loss during washing. Even after first wash, when i wore the jeans i realized that the color is still coming out and even put some blue marks on my Woodland shoes!!

        my name is dr atin jaiswal i purchased a leather jacket last year from westside rajouri garden tdi mall of provogue worth 1600 Rs approx in last of winters. This year it started tearing and pieces are coming out from it when i went to westside store and complained regarding manufacturing defect they told me they are not responsible for the defect on other companies product .I want to know if they are not responsible for other companies product and provogue is responsible than my complaint should be adressed and nesessary steps be taken.

        Provogue — Jeans got torn while a jumping

        I bought a jeans some 1 month back, it was used rarely till now. washed only twice or at max thrice. today while i was jumping jeans got torn so easily when my legs got stretched. It was so embarrassing. I bought it from Lifestyle, Oasis Mall , Bangalore from 2k+ amount .. feels bad when companies don't take care of quality

I STARTED WEARING SHOES ON 12 SEPTEMBER ON 14 SEPTEMBER THE STICHES OF BOTH THE SHOES WERE BROKEN. ON 15 SEPTEMBER I HAD VISITED PROVOUGE SHOES COUNTER AT CENTERAL. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE REPLACEMENT OR TO STICH THE SHOES. THEY GAVE ME NUMBER OF PROVOUGE OFFICE AT DELHI AFTER MANY PHONES TO PROVOUGE OFFICE THEY DID NOT GAVE ME ANY ANSWERS..

        I Have purchased Provogue Shoe .I used 4 months only . The Bottom Of the Shoe Soul is Damaged (Cracked). Being it is a Branded company. It was Happened . Can you please suggest me to resolve this problem.

          Hello Sir/Ma'm,

          I purchased a Provogue LEATHER JACKET from a PROVOGUE Franchise Showroom working in the Premier Plaza, Chinchwad, Pune. I purchased the merchandise in the Month of Oct 2010. I would have hardly wore it 10 times. I found that one button of Jacket is missing. The material used is of very very low quality..even failing low quality 'Threads'. It feels very disgusting that a product of a world known BRAND has such a least quality.

          Please help me out to either in getting the replacement or full amount back with compensation. I will go for a legal action also against the company or the showroom owner whosoever is the guilty for selling Duplicate/low quality product in such a high selling price.

            Hello Sir/Ma'm,

            I purchased a Provogue LEATHER JACKET from a PROVOGUE Franchise Showroom working in the SGS Mall, Camp, Pune. I purchased the merchandise in the Month of July'2010. I would have hardly wore it 4-5 times & not more than an Hour as it was a Summer season. I found that Jacket has torn out after wearing 2-3 times. The material used is of very very low quality..even failing low quality 'Rexine'. It feels very disgusting that a product of a world known BRAND has such a least quality.

              This is Ashish.

              I purchased a shoe pair of Worth Rs. On December 08th, 2009, From Big shoppers (Triton Mall, Jhotwara, Jaipur). Then i came overseas just after 2-3 month o[censored]se. (i wear one pair only once in a week though, so in total shoe must be worn only 8-9 times), and their sole were torn. We can see the holes in the sole.

              What a great QOT TEAM Provogue have.
              Really great person in your team, who just taking their salaries for no input at QOT testing and all.
              Atleast count on those shoudlers (great marketing you had), who are working really hard in your own team. Otherwise whole output will be Zero.

              I request all to put Provogue shoes atlest in the trash, and never go for them.
              p.s. I don't want to put, but Provogue must see the result of Kotons lower quality wears.
              We all atleast young generation stopped checking their stores. not a single peice of hnadkerchief i have from koutons now.

                I have purchased Provogue shoe on 2-Oct-2010(Saturday) from Provogue store in InOrbit Mall Hyderabad, and worn them only first time to office on 5-Oct-2010(Tuesday) and by evening i came to know the worst quality of Provogue, it only looks stylish but the upperlayer of the shoe already started coming out of it.

                I am expecting some response from you or atleast stop making people fools with your quality less product sale.

                Hrithik- I pity you, i visited Provogue just bcoz of you and i am cheated.

                  I had bought a pair of Black Provogue shoes from Walk In M& B store in DLF Promenade , Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, on 12/07/2010. However the defects in stitching started to appear within a week. I visited the store on 20/07/2010 regarding the same. Instead of giving me an immediate replacement as only a week had passed and the shoes were not bought in sale, they told me they would repair it and deliver it at my house on Friday 23/07/2010. However as no one delivered the shoes home. I went to the store today ( 24/07/2010) and found my shoes lying there in an even worse condition than what i had returned it to M& B. Now the store manager told me to take another pair( after denying the same to me 1 week ago) . However the new pair had the same problem i had approached them with, so finally it was suggested i take a different shoe in exchange. I did not like any other shoe ,as if I would have liked any other shoe I wouldn't have bought the shoe I bought in the first place ( as the stock was obviously the same as on 12/07/2010) . So I requested a refund. They denied a refund and were adamant i buy any other shoe or wait for new stocks if i don't like any other shoe right now.

                  I paid Rs. 2285 for a specific shoe only because i like it, now if the company can not provide me with the same shoe in perfect condition it should return my money. Am I supposed to be harassed because now they have my money and i be forced to buy something i dont like ???

                  After 1 hour of discussion, I was left frustrated and absolutely unsatisfied as i was hoping of a great customer service after buying a brand like provogue. Now my money and my shoes are both with M& B .

                    I have purchased a new Provogue shoes from Oasis mall from Bangalore on the Koramangala intermediate ring road in FEB’10. In just 3 month the shoe sole is ripped apart, I’m really not happy with the product quality and I look forward for a 100% refund or a replacement of a better quality shoes. I have paid more than Rs.2250 for this pair. I really wonder how these products have been endorsed by big actors like Saif Ali Khan before and now Hrithik Roshan? I would want the folks from Provogue to get back to with the same, if not I would paste the pic of the same in my face book and Orkut and will ensure all my NRI friends and local friends including my big bosses will not buy any products from Provogue. Look forward for a reply ASAP. Will give the pictures if required.

                    I have purchase a shoes and from Brand Facory, Marthahalli before six months Rs 2000/- from the second month of purchase the sole got torn and from then the repairing started, Now i am unable to use it or to throw it off. I doesn't know what this brand refers to and what quality assurance they have for such product and it a kind of cheating.                       Hi , My complaint is i have purchased pair of Provogue shoes from M&B Footwear Pvt Ltd. Shop No.U22B-G-N, Ramesh Nagar Metro Station New Delhi. With the billing date of 26-April-10. Its seem very bad that in less than 2 months my shoes got damaged, And that showroom has closed permanently 20 days back.                         Few days back I purchased sun glasses from Provogue. There is a crack in the joint.So I just want to log a compliant against that product. This is something strange that no such email id mentioned on the website where customer can log such complaints. Being such a respectable brand Provogue should take care of all these things. Kindly escalate this issue and let me know the email where I can log my complaint so proper action should be taken against my complaint.

                          PROVOGUE(SHOES) — NOT CHANGING THE PRODUCT

                          Dear Sir,
                          I bought Provogue shoes from one of there outlet at Shipra mall GZB U.P.
                          With in two months they spoiled. When i aproached them then they said yes it is manufacturing diffect.
                          Then i asked them to change it . They say we can only repair but can not change.
                          I wonder how this company function. Should i get repaire shoes worth 1900/- with in two months.

                          I am Siddharth Sharma from Bangalore ([protected]); a disgruntled customer, having bought a Provogue shoe pair.

                          I had bought a Provogue black leather shoe pair worth 2-3k INR, few months back for a party - wear purpose.

                          Since it was bought for a party wear purpose, I had hardly worn it couple of times, before the leather starting cracking.

                          At the same time, the shoe sole also starting coming off, indicating the poor leather quality and inferior workmanship.

                          With a better quality expected out of a brand like Provogue, I did submit the shoe back in Provogue Showroom at Forum Mall, Bangalore (incharge Mr. John- [protected]).

                          I have been informed that since I dont have the receipt with me, my claim cant be entertained.

                          I understand that but at the same time I had expected a better understanding from Provogue team.

                          Only one look at the sole of the shoe and one can gather that this shoe has hardly been worn more than once. And since its a Provogue shoe, your team should be sensitive enough to either repair the shoe or replace it with a new one.

                          Though its a small value item and would not make a big difference in my life having made a bad decision, I would for certainly carry a very negative impression about your quality and would not hesitate to make my impressions vividly clear in public forum, wherever and whenever possible.

Every time I wear it I get boils on my foot. After many painful months I've stopped wearing it. I need a full refund as such defects are not expected from brands like Provogue. I have always bought Provogue shoes, this is the first time i have experienced somthing like this. Pls either replace my shoes or initiate 100% refund.

                          Within two days both the shoes has scratched, As discussed with Sanapdeal team i have attached you may shoes screen short.
                          He cost of the shoes was Rs.3998.
                          Honestly speaking i used this shoes only one to two days.

                            I am disappointed because your product has not performed as it should, was wrong etc because the wallet colour has been faded.

                              I had purchased the wallet from the provogue showroom situated in jalandhar for Rs:695/- on dt.15-nov-2009, bill no-2c[protected],item code-9609-EA-028-F. But after 25 days from the purchased the colour of the wallet which was brown colour fully fades. now the colour of the wallet changed to dull black colour with dots on the wallet.
                              I gave this wallet to the company but the company refused to changed the wallet.

                                Dear Sir

                                I purchased a T-shirt(Appr Code - 738498) from Provogue Studio, 109, Ist Floor, Great India Place, Noida, on 06.09.2008, bill no. 8527, whose payment I made using my SBI Debit card, due to low battery of the card reading machine of the showroom, the machine was not able to generate the slip for consecutively 2 times, but an amount of Rs 298 was debited from my account for two times, and third time for which I recieved slip. I donot live nearby so its not possible for me. to go there again and again. I have visited that place asking for the same thing, i was asked to send a settlement request of Rs. 596 through my bank SBI, Najafgarh, I even did that on 15.09.08. But till date I havent recieved my claim.

                                Please do the needful in this case.

                                where is my order information??? For 2 provogue watch @ 2 x 299 Rs has been deducted from my icici account and why there is no notification or sms or mail information. Where do i track my order. If you are not a machine call me up, hope you have my mobile no. too. Be good to customer to avoid so many bad comment and other consequence.

                                  I'VE PURCHASED SOME T-SHIRTS ON 26 TH JULY 2009 FROM PROVOGUE STUDIO-MALL ROAD, NORTHERN REFRIGERATION ( FRANCHISES), 17/11, THE MALL , MALL ROAD KANPUR PH[protected] WITH EXCHANG GUARANTEE ( FOR SIX MONTH)OF GOODS IF THERE WILL BE ANY FAULT.

                                  AFTER 03 WEEKS WHEN I'VE WASHED THE T- SHIRTS ONE GONE OUT OF FITIN AND OTHER ONE GOT COLOUR FADING PROBLEM ( COLOR WAS COMING OUT WHILE IN ONE WASH) SO I COMPLAIN TO ABOVE FRANCHSES FOR THE PROBLEM SO THE HAVE TKEN BACK BOTH T-SHIRTS TO FORWARD MY COMPLAIN TO THE COMPANY.

                                      I need to register a complaint for the same. I am deeply disappointed by the quality of the product sold.

                                      1. It gives a rainbow reflection in the sun light.
                                      2. Polish has come off in a very short period.
                                      3. There is a crack in the joint.

                                      I had already submitted this complaint and sent the sunglasses for exchange to Shopper Stop, but I got a call from the authorities claiming that the glasses will not be exchanged.
                                      As a customer I demand an explaination as to why your Customer service is so poor.
                                      Its Clearly mentioned in the warranty card about best quality and scratch proof polish.
                                      Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                                      Few days back I purchased sun glasses from Provogue. There is a crack in the joint.So I just want to log a compliant against that product. This is something strange that no such email id mentioned on the website where customer can log such complaints. Being such a respectable brand Provogue should take care of all these things. Kindly escalate this issue and let me know the email where I can log my complaint so proper action should be taken against my complaint.

                                      The Only Think U can Do is. Dont Use Provogue anymore and ask others u Knw not to use it Ever. Thats What i am Going to Do... I am also one of the Disheartened Customer of Provogue and Provogue Customer Service. My Complaint is going to be Big, So will Take Sometime.

                                      Also, I[censored] use Social Media, Ask all ur Frenz not to use Provogue Products. Share ur Horrible Experience with them. My Plan is to make Complaints and Write Reviews About Provogue everywhere and planning to go to Consumer Court against Them. This Writing is just the Beginning of the Complaint.

                                      I Want Provogue to Contact Me and do the Right Thing or else 2-3 Years Down the Line, The Stores might be there, But Customers Wont.

                                        Its been very bad to hear that there is lots of complain regarding provogue brand.I bought one belt which can't be used after 2 times wearing as the hook got broken.When we went to give it for reparing in oberoi mall provogue show room(as we bought from there)they said there will be a charge of Rs.250..How ridiculos is this.
                                        We will never buy any product from this brand.
                                        This is not at all customer satisfaction brand and i don't understand how can a celebrity like Saif can be a brand ambassodor.
                                        hope you will try to overcome these issues.
