Its been very bad to hear that there is lots of complain regarding provogue brand.I bought one belt which can't be used after 2 times wearing as the hook got broken.When we went to give it for reparing in oberoi mall provogue show room(as we bought from there)they said there will be a charge of Rs.250..How ridiculos is this.
We will never buy any product from this brand.
This is not at all customer satisfaction...

I Priyank Jain purchased my shoes from Provogue Studio Pune. Within 2 months the heel of the shoe got spoilt and when I went to them they took my shoes and said will speak and let me know about it. But after 1 week I didnot get any reply and after ringing them up they said take your shoes back....
