Pureit (Hindustan Uniliver Limited) — After sales service not professional
I have booked a complaint on 08-Dec-07 for the water leakage problem in Pureit. Company executive promised me that within 2 working days this call will be attended. (Complaint id- C[protected]
However almost 14 days passed, no one attend the service so far.
And in my utter surprise, when I contacted second time to the help line, the executive informed me that the complaint has closed long back and suggested me to take a new complaint id.
Is this the system HUL adapted for the after sales service?
This is a novel experience I would like to share with all Indian consumer. "Why we should not unite and fight this?"..." Gago grahak jago"....
