[Resolved]  Quinnox — Request for refund my balance

hello sir,
my self Vijay Patil, n my airtel no. is [protected]

sir actually prob is, on 7th dec i recharged my mobile with 89 Rs,for activating my GPRS 89 pack.
after recharged it was not activated but when i access internet then prob occured as "subscribe ti packet data first", then i call customer care, n told my prob, then they told me that call *567# then select proper option n activated 89 pack(they also told me that it will never reduce ur balance as u recharged early).
then i did same thing, but that time my balance was reduced, n u reduced my balance from 142 to 53(means u reduced my bal by 89), then i call afain customer care, they told me that ur balance will be refund upto 5.30pm of next day..
After that, customer care call me n said that, u earlier access GPRS hence we r reduced ur balance, but sir i earlier i activated my GPRS daily pack of 25 Rs. n they were not refund my balance, hence i again call customer care, n told my problem, they gave me ur mail and told that, snd email to u n tell the problem...
So, plz refund my balance(89 Rs)..
it is not a small amout so plz give me my money back....
