Dear All,
I am very much disappointed by the services provided by your dealer ( Razzle Dazzle Electronics). This is to inform you that i (Gaurav) placed an order for a Freidge ( model : 26BELLITE 6 SENSE / Titanium colour) but after paying the cash the dealer had delivered some other model giving excuse that we will replace the given freidge as the desired model is out of stock and soon he will replace the same. but after continous request they again replace the freidge with different colour after one week but again that freidge is not working.
Now as we had complaint to the customer care and as whirlpool excutive informed me that fridge will get replaced and i will get the desired model & colour but the dealer is refusing to that. I want a simple clarrification that when i had paid all the payment in cash and i informed the dealer that i need a particular model then why i cant my desired model. Its almost 7 days that i am facing a problem in getting my desired model. I have already informed the dealer that i will going to take leagal action against him.I will drag him to the cunsumer court.
I am requesting you resolve the issue a.s.a.p and i hope you will revert back to me soon.
