[Resolved]  Rediff Bol — Unsolicited messages

I'm receiving unsolicited messages from rediff bol instant messenger from id[protected]. How can I know from where I am getting this messages? Is there any track for this? How can I find the mail id, address and ip address of the person who is sending this.

I am also who has been receiving stupid messages from Rediff bol. The number is[protected]. That person calls himself Delhi. Please let me know who this is.

This is my first complaints in life.....
I had some social dispue and after that so many non sence msg are comming through rediffbol number is[protected] time 17:42:54 on 22-Dec-2007...can I know the domain or any other information. My intense is not to sentenced anybody, but if he/she has any problem they shoul contect me directly.....

Hi Sir,

I am a regular user of this rediff chat. But many are using this chat room only for abusing others, stealing others password by executing some software, booting others who say against them, like that. You can see this the most in Kochi and Trivandrum public chat rooms. They are using software like "TypeItIn" for scrolling abuses in public chat. If we say something against them, they will boot us and with that id we can't never enter the chat room again. They used to hack others password using some program written by some peoples.

I am requesting you to please look into this.

this is amod wanted to file a complain regarding unsolicitated messeges. i always wish to see the chat room neat and clean bt haven't ever seen it.. day by day the rooms get dirty by spams, vulgur talks, abuse and all. why u dont do anything regarding ignoring such id's which spread bad enviornment in the room .. hope you guys will sort this problem out as soon as possilbe.
