[Resolved]  Rediff Bol Messenger — not getting chat room list

i am using rediff mail messanger from 6 month and i was having this probles from past 1 month some time this i am able to join room but some time i mean every 2 days after i am having this problem not getting chat room list it just stuck on Fetching chat room and there are no names of room display so please solve this problem as soon as possible
