rediff bol was not able to establish a connection to the server.
It needs your input to setup connections options and may need support from your system administrator

this is to inform that from 06th september onwards there is problem in rediffbol, nobody is able to chat on rediffbol.kindly necessary authorities look into the matter and solve the problem at the earliest
