complaint was made in march 2009 for replacement of cover chilled room in march 2009 under No. [protected] but the same remains unattended till date. On[protected] I personnaly visited your Okhla office to reason not attending to complaint but your reception staff was directed to visit your D-19/1 okhla phae 1 office. I visited there but I was told that this office takes repairs only and supply of parts is looked after by the same where I visited first.
I am surprised and not understood the purpose of misdirecting. I wish the following
1) Suitable action be taken against the concerned reception staff.
2) complaint be resolved immediately.
