Dear Sir,
I hope I could have said that I am proud owner of Samsung Products, unfortunately the first time request for service for this brand has left me with a bad taste in my mouth.( fridge SR-41EMA(400 Litres)
I am continuousily calling to customer care executives.Several times spoke at cell Nos. [protected] /[protected] / [protected] (Mr.Bhatti/Mr.Rajinder/Mr…..) everytime they said that they are arranging for some required spare parts ...everytime promising that by this date they will repair but again fake excuses everytime they made. .., its been more than three months nothing happened till now . Very pathetic customer service.Even I also filed online complaint on samsung website but no response till date ….If within one week I don’t get any satisfactory response from you people, I will be forced to take "Samsung" to consumer court .
