Reliance 3G — Reliance 3G unfair deduction from main balance

I had purchased a reliance 3g sim of rs 100. It promised a plan of 1
GB 3G Data for a month ( from[protected] to 24.08.2013).....data left
is 82.56MB .Then everything was fine till 11.08.2013,the 3g service
derives main balance amount instead of existing 3g data balance. Still
i have 82.56MB 3g data left in my account.

Till today i've lost around 214 rs.
And when my balance is around 8rs i am not even able to make call or send sms's.
Because of this i am not able to use internet which i desperately
needed right now.
Seriously very bad service...
When i call customer care...every time i get reply that "SYSTEM is
down please call later"
Calling again at their customer care is of no use as the line is
always busy. Already it takes more than 3 hour to connect to them..and
when this kind of response is there from their side its seriously not
acceptable.

I have been facing a lot of problems due to unfair disruption of
internet services by reliance telecom service provider.

Very frustrated with the service.

Recently i am switching from aircel to reliance.

I want my net to be working fine soon.and want my deducted balance.

Help me ASAP!

RIM — deduction of balance amount

Reliance — deducting amount from main balance

dear sir,

in last few months the service provider is deducting money from my reliance mobile having no.-[protected]. after asking to customer care they say that the amount is deducting for "englisg learning pack" which i have not taken. and complaigning to customer care they say that you must have been selected. but the package so called "english learning pack" by them has not send any such message to my mobile related to english learning. they are deducting money since dec-08. this comes to my knowledge when my a/c. balance was 80 paise only and they deducted rs.20. so the new balance is now -19.20.

kindly provide us the justice.

I have a ten reliance mobile. my family is reliance family.but complent are day by day to increased to

in my mobiles compent is balance is not avilable for recharge with 2&3days(no stock is balance) why? no package, no hello tune no another packges for no downlod.

i have a reliance gsm sim card, few days back 30 Rs. deducted from my account without giving me any information,when i spoke to reliance customer care executive about this matter ,i was given the answer that automatically company activated voice chat service on mobile without my consent, now i am demanding my money back ,but company is refusing to do so.

Reliance GSM is the worst connection in the world............

1) With recharge of 39 u will get per day 500 sms free and i[censored] will send 1 sms to 1 no. , the sms will go 20 times to that no. and your balance will be deducted...........& the customer care executive are very rude.


2) From 31st of december till 3rd January 2011 they are not allowing to do STD calls (JHARKHAND).
i m facing the same type problemwith reliance, and i have complaint many times but no action is taken yet..i think i have to file a case against the company.

I am using Reliance GSM service for mobile communication.
Today at around 4:50 PM my balance was Rs.79.20 after that time i use internet on my phone for that I have already a internet plan of Rs. 99. After that I make a call and it deducts Rs.10 but after deducting it shows balance as Rs.17.21
When I call at Reliance CC they told me that I am using a MOVIE MASALA pack of Rs.30/month
But I didn't request for such services,and they are refusing to give that unusual deduction back to my balance.
And they deduct unusually Rs.40 from my balance.
I want my balance of Rs.40 back.

Reliance — main balance deducted

dear sir,
my main balance has been deducted around Rs.30 on 20/05/2011.when i call customer care they said that through sms i have activated the service and now it has been deactivated.but when i tell i have not activated the service nor i have deactivated they donot respond me.even when i tell that i don't know how to activated and deactivated that.Later on when i want to talk to their supervisor they cut the phone line.when i call again they don't receive it.please help me sir. my cell phone number is [protected]

Hi i m deepak kumar and i am quite upset with the service that you
people are providing and finally i have to write my felling to you ,,

i have some issue with the balance and first time i talk to a lady
sOnali (Reliance Customer care ) ( and ref no:[protected] she gave the information that she had
logged a case that there due some problem in system there was
deduction of balance ....

.My Rs.15 was deducted like ever for the
sms pack but still my 0.50 paise is deducted for each SMS ....but
when i called to support care that told there is no case logged with
this information and the next guy Arup told that he will not proceed
my refund and when i insist to talk to supervisor he transferred and
the call was disconnected twice and the guy arup refuse to give case
and asked to talk to nodal or do what can be possible .....report on

kindly response soon or else i will proceed to next step.

DEAR SIR MY RELIANCE 3G NUMBER [protected] IS HAVING PROBLEM OF 3G DATA PACK AT FIRST RECHARGE OF 103 THE MESSAGE CAME "Reliance 3G Customer 100 MB data usage credited to you on recharge of Rs 103. Balance 2.9GB will be credited within 72 hours of IMEI validation." ON 29/07/2011.100 MB HAD BEEN CREDITED BUT UPTILL NOW 2.9 GB IS NOT CREDITED. PLEASE MAKE NECESSARY INQUIRY AND GIVE ME 2.9 GB DATA.IT,S ALREADY BEEN LATE I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY ARE ALSO NOT RESPONDING,SO PLEASE DO IT IMMEDIATELY OR ELSE I HAVE TO TAKE SOME ACTION AGAINST RELIANCE 3G.

Reliance — 3G service not activated,amount deducted

Dear sir
My no is [protected], i m living in kolkata and i am having relience GSM service.Yesterday i went to Relience web world ,taratalla and i paid there 749 Rs for activation of 3 G services.After that i got a message from reliance that my request in under process.After sometime i got another message that "your request cant be completed ,sorry for the inconvinience".So my 3G plan was not activated though i have paid 749 rs.I have contacted customer care more than 10 times but i am not getting any positive response and they told me this plan was (749 Rs) is no more valid from 6th of september ,so we cant refund it But I have paid 749 Rs and i want my money back or any other 3G plan.Kindly help me doing so.

Reliance 3G — Poor speed of Reliance 3G

Network of Reliance 3G is very bad here.I am not getting good download and upload speed.Network signal of 3g is also very low.

the network of Reliance 3G is very very very..... poor, i can not enjoy the high speed internet of 3G. in here network coverage is very poor.
install a tower booster ... or I'm moving away from Reliance 3G! fed up with reliance 3g!
