Dear Sir,
I had given request to relocate my broadband and land line to my new address which just in next apartment i.e. from old address to new address given below on 7th July 2013. I received request no[protected] and the message that my connection will be relocated within 5 working days. After 5 days i received message from reliance that my request no.[protected]Different from first one) will resolved within next 168 hours i.e 7 days.
Now almost 17 days completed, still i didn't got solution. I discussed with reliance customer care, nodal officer many times and i have recorded all conversation and proofs. There is still no clarity about the solution. Today i received my bill and there is no waiver. As a customer if i am delaying one day in bill payment after due date reliance is adding fine of Rs. 100/-. But from reliance side there is service delay and i booked huge loss due to wrong communication and misguide for service. I have not done any alternate arrangement because of wrong communication. earlier I faced lot of problem with reliance regarding broadband issue for wrong communication. I have around 65 conversation recording with reliance customer care and nodal officer for complaints raised by me and how much time they have taken to rectify or provide solution. Whenever required i will provide all recording and proof but i need strong action against reliance on priority basis.

Reliance Broadband — Broadband disconnected .. still receiving bills
Hi,I am finally putting this to complain how Reliance harasses people. I am sure many people may have had similar experiences like me.
My parents had a braodband connection and they terminated the same on 21st April, 2009. Reliance people came and took the phone but never the modem. After 2 months, we are getting bills.My parents have called them thousand times and all the time they say that they have can't take the request as ur record is not updated. Finally I called and even emailed them and they told me that my request has been taken. Today I got a call from Reliance that they still dont have any request to disconnect the broadband, They received the one only for telephone.
Its really strange how things work in India. Reliance, Dhirubhai company is still a company for thieves in such a hi-tech world. My parents are facing lot of mental harassement cos of this..
I do know that for me all their bills are worthless since i am not gonna pay them, but Reliance doesnt know how many customers they will loose because of pissing some customers.
