Hi, I used a Reliance Broadband connection in the past when I was residing in Vanshee Richfields Apartments in Marathahalli. After I vacated the premises, I asked Reliance to disconnect my broadband connection and they didn't. Reliance's lawyer Mr. Mukesh Kumble (Mukesh.[protected]@relianceada.com) sent me a legal notice and I ended paying the amount they requested on 25th June 2011. However, every now and then they keep sending me bills asking me to pay. This has become extremely frustrating and stressful. I would much appreciate if we could resolve this once and for all. Reliance Broadband — Broadband disconnected .. still receiving bills

Hi,

I am finally putting this to complain how Reliance harasses people. I am sure many people may have had similar experiences like me.

My parents had a braodband connection and they terminated the same on 21st April, 2009. Reliance people came and took the phone but never the modem. After 2 months, we are getting bills.My parents have called them thousand times and all the time they say that they have can't take the request as ur record is not updated. Finally I called and even emailed them and they told me that my request has been taken. Today I got a call from Reliance that they still dont have any request to disconnect the broadband, They received the one only for telephone.

Its really strange how things work in India. Reliance, Dhirubhai company is still a company for thieves in such a hi-tech world. My parents are facing lot of mental harassement cos of this..

I do know that for me all their bills are worthless since i am not gonna pay them, but Reliance doesnt know how many customers they will loose because of pissing some customers.

Reliance Broadband — Receiving bills even after disconnection

Hi, my Reliance Broadband was disconnected on 24th of March-09
However, I have recieved a bill for Bill periord 23-march-09 to 22-April-09...I raised a complaint and they said they will reverse the entire amount.

But to my shock I have now recieved a Bill for 23-April -22 -May...this is crazy, I have called up reliance many times and written many email, but the now say that my connection was disoconeccted only on 27th May.

I have a proof from them which says, that they have waived off 266 Rs/- due to late disconnection and the connection was terminated on 24th March. Now how can they suddenly change and say that the connection was disconnected on 27th May?
I am G.Mano Chithra. Last June 2008, I asked Reliance customer care to disconnect the internet till now it was not disconnected, Even they are asked me to pay the bill of the month which I have not used the net. Now we are shift the home they didn't disconnect the Internet Service. They send the every month bill details for me. Please disconnect my Internet Service.

Reliance means you can, t rely on this. Its total fraud. their customer service is pathetic, they dont have relation between marketing and tghe technical team, even the technical team says this is the way their service go and complain where ever you want. Marketing people lie. Dont rely on Reliance, this is just to make money and increase saare value, I dont see good future for RBB...

Reliance Communication — broadband

We had applied for Borad band and was installed after 4 days, however till date the same was not activated due to techinical issues. We had complained and send lot of mails but in vain, now they have send us bills for usage in spite of paying 3 months advance rentals. We do not know what to do now.

    Hi,

    Reliance is offering twitter pack free of any cost for three month. I activated same and tried visiting twitter @ mobile.twitter.com.. To my surprise I got charged 0.50 paise per session.

    I would like to complaint about their such misleading/looting promotions.

    Hope to see some action taken against this.

      My Internet connection has been down from 12/07/2013. I have raised the complain on 12/07/2013(Req Id[protected] for very low speed and not assigning IP address to my computer. After that my connection has became down on the same day and I raised another complain for connection not working on[protected]Comm. Id- [protected]). The problem was not resolved till 16/07/2013(no phone call to me and no technical person to inspect the problem). So, I have called the CC but surprisingly they have informed me that the request was resolved and closed. But, my connection was down at that time also. They informed me to call to the reliance secretariat office[protected] for this. I have called to that office and want to know why this is so(request is not solved but the ticket was closed), then they have made another request(Id[protected] and assured me this will resolve within 96 hours and get a call from back end team. Again waiting phase, at 18/07/2013 I have became frustrated and raised a complain for terminate the connection(ID[protected]. But surprisingly, till now(today 24/07/2013 already 12 days has gone) there is no phone call to me and no technical person to inspect the problem. There is no updates for above stated complains and my connection is still down. I want to know,
      - when my connection will be up and running?
      - How the[protected] has closed with out taking confirmation from my side. At least I have raised the request and its their responsibility to know whether my problem resolved or not.
      - 12 days is not sufficient to resolve a single problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
      - Is there any technical person really working on this problem.
      - when will I get a call from reliance at least for termination. because I dont want to keep such a dead connection and pay bill for the same.
      - who will pay the money from 12/07/2013 because I am not able to use the internet connection for the problem of reliance.
      - At 02/07/2013 a lady has called me from the reliance regarding solving of req ID[protected] and suggested me to complain over here whatever problem i am facing regarding reliance broadband. I think not to say any more how much reliance is aware about its customer so that I have to came consumer forum for every reliance broadband problem and its a official declaration from reliance.

        My reliance broadband connection(UID[protected] was down from 18/06/2013 to 28/06/2013. I have raised a complain regarding Internet not working on 18/06/2013(Req. ID[protected]. I have raised request for the waiver on 5th July(req. No[protected] but when the bill for this month(July,2013) has came, I came to know that I have not get the waiver. I have called the customer care they have told me my waiver request has been cancelled.
        - I want to know, who has done that and what is the reason for cancelling the request?
        - what the reliance thinks about their customers, The customers will have to pay the money even they are not able to use the broadband for the problem of reliance?
        - why the customer will pay the extra money to the reliance when they are paying the bill after due date.If Reliance is overlooking its fault then whats the problem with the customers?(For the delay from the reliance)

        Reliance Broadband & Telephone — Phone and Broadband not working

        Dear sir/Madam,
        I am Mandeep from Hisar ID[protected]. It is submitted that as I inform you day before yesterday i.e 21.07.2010, I am facing lots of problem regarding internet. Day before yesterday, your service engineer came and rectified the problem. On 21.07.2010, I received a call from Bombay and Hisar Reliance office and both took the initiative and assured me in future you would’t face any problem. But when the service personnel came, within 5 minutes they started the net. But after half an hour, it is again become dummy piece for me.Today i.e. 22.07.2010, I tried several times on Hisar customer care number i.e.[protected]but again they did’t pick the Phone. So tell me when their own phone always remain out of order then how can they solve our problems. But I had service engineer number, his name is mainpal and number is[protected]. I informed him that my net is again not working but he ignored my problem. Thereafter, I again called him but the result is same. Before making complaint to local distributors, I made a complaint on your customer care number i.e.[protected], your personnel told me that ur complaint is already registered, I can’t take another complaint but your problem would be get solved today. But I neither got any call nor any engineer.

        I just fed up with ur services. As I told you, I am running an institute and I have several students. They have internet in their course and my organisation reputation is becoming down. My telephone number[protected] always remain out of order. It has not been working for last about six months. Day before yesterday, when my internet connection was temporarily started then mr. engineer assured me that ur phone would also be started soon. But when my internet is not started, then how can my telephone get be started. Now the following issue I want to be solved soon:-
        1. Whenever my internet connection is not in running position, then there should be proper response from local distributor.
        2. I made several calls to them, but they ignore it then what would be punishment for them.
        3. Who will pay my telephone bill and internet bill as it remains out of order ave. 15 days out of one month.
        4. I have recharged my internet connection on 5th- July-2010 and it is going to expire on 4th of Sepetember. After that I want to withdraw my connection, if there is some any other procedure to get back my money before expiring then I want to withdraw it tommorrow.
        5. In Hisar, there are many of my relative and other business relation are running same connection, they are also facing lots of problem. I will guide them to do the same.
        6. Can you provide, any sort of waiver, If yes the how much and when would I get the same.
        7. I am also thinking about to file a suit in the court against the company.
        Now I requested to please solve my internet and phone problem at the earliest otherwise above points can be taken for futher action.

          I am Shivani from Lucknow, my reliance mobile no. is [protected], my balance is getting deducted on its own, without any reason. I made my first call to customer care on 11july, 2013 morning. They told me that balance was deducted without any reason and it will be refunded in 48 hours. My Service request no.[protected]. As my balance was zero i got my no. recharged again at 11 july evening and again the balance was deducted. I was left with no money to call customer care. Again other day i got my no. recharged of Rs. 10 to call customer care, again the balance was deducted. After calling several times to customer care, i got my balance Rs. 45 back on 14 July, 2013. And again it was deducted on the other day. I did not call customer care after this because these customer care people ask us to be on hold and after that they disconnect the call.

          I have taken this Reliance sim in July only. Since that day till now reliance services and customer care people are just irritating me. No one is there to listen. Really fed up. Please help.

          Again my complete balance was deducted yesterday for the fourth time. I don't remember the exact amount. But it was around Rs. 40. I don't understand why its happening again and again with me. Why is no one looking at this ? I get my balance back everytime. But why it happens again and again?

          This time please look into this. Its a request.

            Dear Sir,

            Almost more than a year back , I have purchased a reliance Data Card with postpaid connection scheme. I have used that service arround 8 months with timely payment of all billing cycle. Now after arround 8 months o[censored]sage I had placed a request to one of thier franchise to convert the post paid to pre paid service with complete extra setllement charges paid. There was only few teleconic followups from customer care who were insisting me to remain in post paid scheme for which i have not agreed. On next month billing i have recieved a reliance post paid connection (same scheme) amount credited. I went for an Inquiry to the franchise where they admit the delay but not responding to the mistake which has now happened through thier system. On that note itself I have placed the request of termination of connection. Several calls they have made where i have given complete explaination that the mistake is not from my end.

            Last week i have purchased a pre paid data card connection on the same billing address with the same franchise vendor of reliance. till date i am not facing any service issue.

            But today I have a recieved a call from +[protected] Akansha Chauhan legal department from Reliance for paying amount of Rs 1325 /- outstanding for the previuos data card connection.

            I feel this is completely rediculous from thier part of providing selling thier services by not keeping any track and uncessary harassing the customer on thier faults

            I will be collecting all the proofs and will be submitting upon request. kindly suggest & help me to resove this case

            I am Sachidanand Tripathi and I am working in a MNC in Delhi
            I had a airtel no. but now I wanted to start a vodafone no because I was thincking that would be good .And I took a postpaid no-[protected] from a vodafone shop in Mayur Vihar Phase-1 on the date ,10-12-07 but uptill now they have not started my post paid no.whether they told me on 10th that it will take maximum 72 hours .and they have given me three no - vikas ([protected]). Vishal[protected].Akash([protected]).and they don't pickup there mob. now I am going to surrender my no because I am tired of with this kind of service.

            DATA CARD FROM RELIANCE — CONNECTION NOT STARTED

            i have purchased a data card for net connection from reliance on 6th march 2008. that time it was activated. on 13th march they disconnect the services saying address proof not matching. i submit the proofs again immediately. but till now they have not activate it again. everytime their Web World people are making fool of me saying go and submit the prrof on other Web World. i have submitted the proofs on 3 web worlds but of no use. their customer care has promised to resolve the issue in 48 hrs.but i think i need to wait my whole life time for those 48 hrs. my comnnection no is [protected]. reliance is the worst service provider. they are simply fraud.

            Reliance Prepaid — Service Issue with Prepaid Connection

            I am one of Reliance prepaid customer ([protected]) from hyderabad, yesterday night my service has been barred without any reason, I have validity till Dec 08 and I have sufficient balance to make calls I don`t understand why this has been done.And this is not the first time in the month of march the same thing has happend and when I contacted web world they said customer information is not updated then I have submitted all the documents once again and the service was active after 2 days after the verification check and all, I don`t understand this thing that I have purchased this connection in the month of December07 and why this issue is happening without any prior notice.

            Reliance people are providing services which are very excellent and they are charging for that but after paying also if a customer has to face this kind of difficulties then there is no use of this services.

            I dont understand that the connection has been purchased in Dec 07 and it has been almost 6 month and thay telling again there is a problem with the documents.If there is a problem with the documents they why have you activated the services.
            Never able to contact help center. *225 never gives any response. Unnecessary sms came every day causing unnecessary irritation.

            The connection is not performing as per the promise. Funniest thing is that Nobody is there to hear us.

            Yesterday got a recharge done og 650/-Rs. on the India Calling card.inspite of the phone showing balance, have not been able to make a single call using this service which is apparently done by dialing *375.On dialing this number, a recorded message says 'Please Check the number you have dialled'.Am a resident of Mirzapur and have come to Kolkata for work.Am having to pay double the money because of not being able to use this service.have complained thrice already to your *333 representatives each time with the same excuse that the server is down.Sir, technical difficulties in big companies like yours require immediate intervention as it causes trouble to many.Kindly look into the matte and do the needful immediately.My number is [protected].

            dear concerned,

            i had purchased reliance prepaid card from mobile store sec -14 gurgoan on 15/03/09.
            no bill was issued to me and i was asked to furnish the address documents later.
            the address documents were furnished by me on 16/03/09 to mr. gaurav mobile no. [protected].
            the mobile was functional.
            than on 19/03/09 the mobile went dead and when i contacted mr.gaurav at mobile store he told me address document is old and need to be 2 months old.
            i refurnished address documents on 22/03/09.today is 26/03/09 and mobile is still non operational.
            as per mr.gaurav he has sent the documents to reliance and he cannot do much about it.

            Reliance — delaying in transfer from postpaid to prepaid mobile connection

            I have requested in reliance communication to convert my postpaid into prepaid ,they said it will be transfered within 01 week but now 10 days gone still my connection is pospaid.

            i register a complaint regrding unwanted services activation on my mobile.i jst wanna know how can we get our balance which is deducted by these unwated services. i also complaint to reliance customer care bt doesn't get satisfied.

            Add on card - postpaid — non issue of Post paid card

            I approached Viewpoint Infocom situated at Vasai East at 2.00 PM for an add on sim card with my No.[protected]. He asked for documents, my photograph and Rs.500/-. I immediately provided all the above. After receiving the money the person on the counter told me that I would get the card only at 6.00PM which would be delivered at home. I then demanded a receipt for the payment. They gave me a hand written receipt without any seal or stamp on a plain paper. When they did not turn up till 6.15PM I again visited the webworld.. I was advised that the card would be delivered at 9.00Pm. Now I demanded for a printed bill on which I was given a Tax invoice for Activation charges for Rs.250. and they told me the balance would be computerised bill which will be given with the care. Now it is 9.30, I have neither received the care nor are the phones given on the Tax invoice are reachable.

              Dear Sir,

              I had given request to relocate my broadband and land line to my new address which just in next apartment i.e. from old address to new address given below on 7th July 2013. I received request no[protected] and the message that my connection will be relocated within 5 working days. After 5 days i received message from reliance that my request no.[protected]Different from first one) will resolved within next 168 hours i.e 7 days.

              Now almost 17 days completed, still i didn't got solution. I discussed with reliance customer care, nodal officer many times and i have recorded all conversation and proofs. There is still no clarity about the solution. Today i received my bill and there is no waiver. As a customer if i am delaying one day in bill payment after due date reliance is adding fine of Rs. 100/-. But from reliance side there is service delay and i booked huge loss due to wrong communication and misguide for service. I have not done any alternate arrangement because of wrong communication. earlier I faced lot of problem with reliance regarding broadband issue for wrong communication. I have around 65 conversation recording with reliance customer care and nodal officer for complaints raised by me and how much time they have taken to rectify or provide solution. Whenever required i will provide all recording and proof but i need strong action against reliance on priority basis.

              I am not able to access my reliance broadband connection from home, as the light in the DSL modem seems to be dead and not blinking. I had contacted your customer care more than 15 times but no one is there to help. All they say is that it is on process.

              I HAVE NO INTERNET SINCE 16TH OF THIS MONTH. AND TODAY IS 19TH (5:20 PM). YOUR SERVICE IS SO POOR, I COULDN’T IMAGINE.
              SO FOR 4 DAYS I AM WITHOUT INTERNET. IF YOU CHECK IN YOUR SYSTEM OF MY CUSTOMER ID DETAILS, YOU WILL KNOW HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE CALLED.

              I have been facing some troubles with reliance broadnet of "Authentication failed". I called up R-Care for the help and they said someone will contact me in an hour. No one called. I called again and again, no one called me back. Generated service request numbers too. The next day the internet got fixed automatically and worked for two hours only. Internet was still dead and R-CARE said that someone will call, but no one called back.
              One engineer came to our house and then disappeared never to be seen again.

              I feel that any call to r-care does not solve anything as no body gets back.

              Could you please make your customer care process efficient?

              I hope you will understand the troubles your customers face.

              As I am not getting any help from you, I have filed complaint with the consumer care also. If you cannot help me, I would get my troubles posted across international media and several blogs online.

              I have a reliance broadband connection with a fixed line phone. I have given request to transfer the connection from my office to my residence,but it has not been transfered, request was given on 2nd of December to there transfer department.But they have not done ti.I am continously mailing them but they are not transfering the connnection and also not replying to the mails.I mailed on 6,16,23 of December but they are not listening. Now I have asked them to disconnect the connection they are not disconnecting also.They are charging me for the connection and i am not using there services and this is also affecting my business.

              I have made the payment worth Rs. 1750/- through cash to Mr. Abhay from reliance on 04th Sept 2010, inspite of several chasers they all have not responded. They all even dont pick there call. They had promised me of starting the connection on 4th Sept. 2010 itself at 08:00p.m. But same wasnt happened.They have eaten up our money.               Really sorry that you are not able to reach me. But if i receive any call from any no. certainly either i will receive or will call back and in last 5 days, i didn't find any number, on that i either i received or called back.

              As you provided the information about cable theft. I was asking for the information from very first day, after 24 days, i am getting this feedback. Till that period i suffered a lot because of the connection. Your executive is even not bothering to inform customer about the issue. I was in dilemma that if i will do any other arrangement (for other connection investment) and if connection will start then that should be dead investment. If i was knowing that this will take more than month then certainly i must do some alternate arrangement. Even i was trying to talk to senior executive but your customer care member not transferring call and disconnecting the call. I tried to highlight this issue with senior member on given mail id on website, but i got bounce back message that means even on web reliance have given wrong information.

              I really frustrated with reliance, i lost one good career opportunity because i was not able to reply one of HR executive on time.

              I want strong action against reliance so that in future your executive should inform customer properly with right information. So that customer will not suffer more.

              I hope certainly you will take strong action.

              I have all proofs, if i will not satisfied with action i will file case in consumer court. As a consumer I am ready to fight.

              Another information - I called to reliance secretariat office on 29th July 13 & i got confirmation that by 4th August 13 my connection will be restored. Lets see even reliance is going to meet their commitment or not this time.

                i did direct debit online from my bank account to reliance of rs 100

                the customer service isn't refunding or giving me talk time

                so reliance is a very unreliable service provider. there only interest is only looting money from customers

                in our country, customer is not a king but an entity which can be looted left and right

                my number is [protected], it is better to port another reliable service provider like Tata Indicom or Idea or any other than unreliable reliance

                reliance motto is give "discomfort to customer, and loot customer"
                Reliance is the biggest fraud of all. They deducted 30rs from my balance for attending a call which was just an IVR msg. The money never came back and neither the talk time.

                As you said rightly, reliance loots a lot and Anil Ambani is a cheater.

                    I am Amrik Bhattacharjee (Brodband No : [protected]). When I start to use Reliance Connection still I facing so many problem and so many times tell reliance representative when they call me. but still problem not resolved then I stop payment. after this so many times they call me for try to convince for this payment but I tell them please resolve my problem then I will pay you because previously I am facing the same problem and they are convince me to pay bill. After pay this bill my problem still happen. So I decided when my problem completely recovered then I pay this bill and continue this connection. But they repeatedly call me and pressurize to pay this bill and leave this connection.

                    I already said If they cant understand my problem so please tell me "You cant provide me your service and cant provide me a problem free connection which they commit me before purchasing". So I have no problem to discontinue their service and pay this unjustified bill but please don't pressure me to pay bill without provide me a good and regular service which their commit me before purchase.

                    I already lost huge work and time due to their irregular connection but I still try to stay with them and continue with Reliance Service because I understand somehow this problem getting there. I know that Reliance is a Good and Biggest Telecom Service Provider. If they try they can make a better service.

                    But I am receving a threatening call saying that they are lawyers from delhi high court..and I should to pay the bill and they assist me leave this connection otherwise they case filed against me. Please tell me what should i do now ? Should I pay for this unjustified bill which they claim me forcefully ?

                    I have been in touch for 4 months with Nishu Mam at the local reliance broadband Office in Industrial Area Chandigarh.

                    I had a prepaid connection runing for several months. I got it changed to Post Paid and in the first bill i received that is on[protected] i saw Rs 500 extra as One Time Installation charges for a connection that was already up and running.

                    I brought it to the notice of the concerned industrial area chandigarh office but to no effect. They accepted that the charges were wrong and they commited me that the charges Rs 500 will be waived off in he next bill. Since then till date every month they cut down my services and force me to pay the extra Rs 500 with a commitment that it will be waived off in the next bill.

                    Even now my services are not active due to the same issue.

                    I would like to convey that if the company is not able to provide the fair services and want to mint money from the customers like this then they dont have a long future in the market

                    i m using this worst connection, The plan is of rs 450/- per month unlimited net usage and land line (50/- rs free) . since last three months i complained them a several times, that the broadband is not working, till date nobody came to resolve it, every time they gives a complaint ID. which is useless.. because they indirectly finished the problem there side. after this worst situation i requested them to cancel the net connection and give me the same land line no. with a new plan ( only for phone) . without any confirmation they stopped all the incoming and outgoing calls and now forcing me to pay all the due payments first and then only we ll proceed . i requested them to deduct the unnecessary charges. i ll pay the remaining amount that is Rs.50/- per month. as per the plan. till they are not agree. i m facing the problem, because i need the same phone NO. because its already spread to all of my customers .

                    Reliance Broadband Service — Very slow connection

                    From past a week i'm gettin very slow connection and i'm not able to even reach them or send complaints. Customer care is poor.

                    In the beginning, when i got the connection i paid 500/- and only then they gave me connection. But later thay started claiming that i haven't made the initial payment. Two men who came to fix the antena took away the bill of rs. 500 without my knowledge. I forced to make the payment again or i would never the connection. The company promised that i would get the bill every 11th and the due date is till 2nd of next month. But i only get the bill on 26th or 27th and they wont give time to pay it.
                    Vriti infotech is the worst company I have come across as far as customer service is concerned. I had applied for the Reliance Bradband connection online and had the misfortune to be serviced by this useless company. I have been following up with them daily for the past 15 days for an invoice for the broadband devise I paid for in cash from them. The concerned person, Lokesh([protected]), has an excuse for everything from falling ill to systems being unavailable and rains for not being able to provide this to me. I wonder how important this person is as nothing moves in his absence. Vriti Infotech, if you are reading this, its for your own good to shape up and make sure your employees are responsive enough.

                    I got a broadband connection from relience of 1 mbps speed and with 2600rs around per month.I was assured by the representative from relience that i will be able to change this plan in lower range that is of 380 kbps with 100 rs bill per month.After 1 month when i tried to change the plan they(call centre)told me this is not possible to change highr plan to lower plan.In this case i told them to dissconect the connection because 2600rs are little more to pay. I took this plan (of 2600 per month) just because i can change it from next month only.BUt now after 2 month they never disconnected after my repeted calls and now they are asking for the total bill acording to 1 mbps plan.

                    Now kindly suggest me what to to do...........

                    Vriti infotech is the worst thing that has happened in my life. I too had the misfortune of applying online and a sales person from vriti had contacted me. I paid in cash and its been 6 days and 100+ calls and my data card is not yet activated. There is absolutely no sort of support what so ever. Customer care person conveniently hangs up the phone. concerned person muthukrishnan ([protected]) does not answer the call even after 50+ times. worst company ever.

                    Reliance Broadband — Bill Without Service

                    I was using Reliance broadband from one and half year. It was a fix bill unlimited plan. I always payed all the bill on time. In between one and half year there was a single interruption of disconnection due to technical reason. When I warned for disconnection then only they repaired the connection just one day before the due date. after one & half year I applied for transfer of connection. They told me it will take time up to 8 to 10 days. But Five month ago and it never happened till now. after one month I stopped payment because I was not using the connection. I regularly told them either transfer the connection or disconnect the service. But they neither transfer the connection nor disconnect it for a long time and regularly called me for payment of those period that I never used. Now they warn me to send me legal notice with an attitude of blackmail. I request to all the people to kindly stop using all kind of services from Reliance. either it is related with mobile or insurance or security or any thing. because the intention of company is only to earn money any how and not to provide service.

                    I Purchased a Reliance Netconnect Broadband+[protected]XX) from Reliance web world C.G Road, Ahmedabad branch before 7 months back, and that time I was promised that I will get a free laptop bag but I have not received the free gift as yet. Moreover whenever I call to the store the Store manager does not come up on phone and their executives always promise me that I will received the gift within one or two week and after waiting for two three weeks when I call them they don’t pick my phone.

                    Please do need full on my complaint and give me the laptop bag as soon as possible and take the strict action against the wrong doers.

My bill that was generated for the date of[protected] had a amount of Rs1395.75 which included the one time charge of installation that amounted to Rs500 , Previous Dues of Rs729.57 which i had already paid. The installation charge and the previous dues all i had cleared very much before. I've tried contacting the customer care as well but the issue has not been soughted out and even the customer care executives are confused regarding the same issue. I have got the receipt also of the bill payment of Rs 230 which was of my dues my bill account number is [protected]. I even tried contacting the nodal officer with the number provided by the customer care department [protected] (Mr.Anuj). I would like you to seriously look at this matter because my frustrated.

                    Reliance — About problem in bill

                    My user ID is[protected] and my plan was unlimited. I have requested customer care to terminate my connection on Jan 17th the termination was only for land line but they told yours is unlimited so you have to change your plan and terminate land line so I requested same and i got call on 24th jan, I requested to change plan and they told they will inform me after plan has changed and so land line can be terminated. But I didn't got any confirmation so I decided to terminate both Net and land line connection so I am requesting from 30thJan continuously till Feb 11th but they didn't responded properly and they said till it is terminated you can use net without cost from the day when you requested to terminate so I was using it. At last they terminated my connection on 11th Feb and they have sent me bill around Rs. 3500/- which is different my every month bill which around Rs. 600/- and they are saying that plan has been changed so bill is Rs. 3500/- but I have not got any confirmation. So I complained to customer care but he didn't responded properly so I have given return complaint also but still they have not taken any action but they are calling and torchering me. I have also got Bill of next month that is from Feb 11th to March 11th even though my connection was terminated on Feb 11th.

                    If you had made a call requesting for a change and then termination it is essential for the service provider to maintain the voice records. I hope they did it. Companies must realize the customer pay for a service when that is not been delivered then what. In this case it was a change that went on to termination.

                    Ethically you are correct. What I would also suggest you to do is draft this in a mail and send it to your service provider as then it will be in black and white. There on it is the service provider’s headache to get it sorted. Not yours. They cannot place the blame on you.

                    From the date i purchased the service continually i am facing problems in different manner. customer service is not so good that i will be satisfy by talking with them. they have never a satisfactory solution for a problem.
                    you can't get their number easily, always switch of or busy. now a days i am facing problems in downloading files from net or even from my mail. sometimes facing problem in connecting the internet. Now i have only one choice, stop the service and go for any other option.

The service is very erratic and poor , the speed is also too slow and not what they are offering . The first time they assured me that their people will call me and come to my house to rectify the problem but till now nobody has even called me . I repeatedly called them everyday but to no avail . Reliance is a company that had its genesis in cheat and fraud and they will continue to do that to all their customers . I am quitting reliance and going back to my BSNL which had 100 times better service and connection speed . Reliance is sure to fail in future !!!! due to bad customer service !!!                       Hi,

                      I have a reliance broadband connection with User Id[protected].
                      For last 3 months my connection is suffering with major outage. I have made complaint regarding this outage to reliance customer care several times but of no use. They always register a complain and assures me that problem will get resolved soon on high priority. Then problem gets resolved next day and after 8 - 10 hours connection again stops working. This is happening in a cycle for last 3 months and now I am fed of it.
                      I have followed up with their local vendor but they are suggesting to switch to some other internet provider like airtel.
                      So this is the way they do business. First lure a customer, harass him and then make him switch to some other internet provider.

                      I am writing my problem in this forum in the hope that this route of communication may address my problem and want to send a message to reliance broadband people: "If you people really want to make customers happy and loyal to your business then please listen to their problems and try to address them instead of making false promises".

                        On 3rd July I gave a cheque to Reliance of Rs.33,146/- and they made a promise that I'll be up and running in maximum period of 3 weeks. One week earlier they did the feasibility test but no action from them till now. Whenever I contact the manager he keeps saying that it will be done soon but no exact date.

                            I had a reliance internet connection some 3 years back. It had a very poor service and so I had discontinued the connection but even then I received reliance bill without fail. I had made a complant in this regards and I had also received a call from Reliance saying they would take care of the same. Since then everything was fine. ANd today all of a sudden I have received a message from [protected] asking to contact [protected] saying Today is the last date to withdraw the notice pay of Rs 585 vide ban no [protected] or else be present at Pune Court on 31st July 2013. This is rediculous. For nothing done I need to pay reliance , why? I tried calling the said number several times but wasnt surprized when it was a no reply . Relaince cannot give a proper service and they once again proved it.

                            Reliance Postpaid Connection — Instrument not working properly and disconnect your service without notice

                            I have registered my complaint to Reliance Customer Care on 22nd of June, 2009, My complaint No. is[protected]. Our land line connection is registered with my father's name i.e Shankarbhai Babubhai. we are regulary contected to customer care to resolve the complaint but till today it not resolved. every day new person come over customer care forwarding complaint to concern region but no one giving us proper response. since 3 days they have disconnected our connection. when we try to dial any no. it shows "please resume service contact to costomer care" where costomer care porson told us your service is not disconnected. our service is disconnected without our notice. i have sent e-mail to Mr. Anil Ambani on his id anil.[protected]@relianceada.com and [protected]@relianceada.com but no one is responding. kindly do needful at the earliest.

                            Same as above i had also reliance broadband connection in 2010 which is now 3 years, i had disconnected services due to no proper network and service, person had come to collect instrument and also bill was full and final settlement done.
                            But now i am receiving sms as "Today is the last date to withdraw the notice Pay Rs.1007 Vide BAN No [protected] or else be present at Pune court on 31/07/13"

                            Request you to look in to the matter, as instrument was already collected and all payment was done and account was full and final settlement done. Then why now after 3 years Harassing ???.

                            The amount is Rs 545. Its not about the amount I am concerned. Its about the harassment that it has caused. The day when I received this message I was unknown why is it about? They even havent mentioned their name as well as the reason. I was half way to the court as it said its last day when I received a call from my friend saying thats from reliance and asked if I was anytime connected to them. That made me realize all the things. I had to suffer loss on office working hours. Such messages disturb our routine. On top of all this why should any innocent person pay even a single rupee to a company just because they pressurize using different tactics.

                            Excuse me RCOM Care, How can you quote something which is unrealistic. You havet mentioned anything that was in my favour. So this discussion shall go ahead till you give me in writing that I am not liable to pay anything to reliance.

                            Dont bother abt these calls or smses from Reliance. I too had Reliance data card paid upfront 800Rs which was a scheme by which I wud get 5Gb data free for 1st month. Instead they sent me a bill for 1st month. I complaint and they said they will resolve the issue. Meanwhile I stopped using data card but yet received bill for 2nd month plus 1st month added to it. I did not pay a single rupee and filled cancellation form. It got cancelled but I started to receive threatening calls from lawyers from Mumbai n Delhi asking me to pay or come to court as they will file a case. I use to blast them on phone n ask them to proceed filing the case as I will recover money from reliance for mental harassment.

                            Reliance is a cheat company, Ambanis became richest by these fraudulent ways. They even manipulate the govt to suit them, eg CDMA was given status of mobile by bjp govt even though worldwide it was never given mobile status except metro phones & recently our chaddi finance minister chidambaram has forced locally produced gas prices to be doubled so that reliance can make more money.
                            True, we really get disturbed and can you guess, everything happening after 3 years!! ridiculous, isnt it !!!
                            This is Aniket from pune. A similar case and i got an e-mail from LM-RELIAN that I need to be present in pune court on the 22 Sept 2013 or pay the bill of 911.
                            My net services were disconnected on the Dec 2011 and I have a bill paid on the 14th of Dec2011.
                            That should have cleared all the dues. i even returned the instrument and I no longer live there from November 2011.
                            Still they threaten me today, 28/08/2103 with a legal action mail and asking me to meet in court.
                            I too will log a complaint on mouthshut.com and on consumer forum.
                            Please suggest any further things need to be done regarding this case.

                                  From last 3-4 days my sim network is the weakest network I have ever seen. For making a single call I have to dial atleast 4-5 times. All my friends and my family members have only reliance sim cards so it has become very difficult to communicate. this problem is due to poor maintenance of towers in our area... I request the concerned authority to deal with this problem otherwise there are many other offers of other companies for sim cards these days.

                                    I am using Reliance Digital TV (RDTV) for more than 5 years now. Recently since last 4 days my set top box is giving error message 400. When i called customer care (Shishkant @ 9.35 PM ISt and other lady on 9.50 PM IST @ today), they ready to lodge complaint by saying they will charge Rs 175 for technician visit. But when i confirmed my address they said that this address is not updated in there database I need to pay Rs. 350 and this complaint will be considered as Relocation rather technical problem.

                                    I have purchased this set top box in year 2008 in Kothrud Pune and i got relocated to Ambegoan Khurd, Katraj in March 2009. My point is that if my relocation request is not visible in RDTV system then it is not my fault as I have already paid Rs 500-600 on the name of relocation in year 2009.

                                    So I am not ready to pay extra for any stupid reason for non update of my current address in year 2009.

                                    I lost complete faith in Reliance now though i am hearing similar kind of feedback from other friends / relatives of mind in past. I am quite sure that Reliance just want to make money by fooling customers by charging them from such stupic reasons.

                                    I don't know whether anybody from Reliance would see and act on this complaint. If not then for sure I am going to shift to Tata Sky / Dish TV and i will definitely going to do negative publicity of reliance.

                                      I have contact reliance many times regarding the data usage problems but in vain.
                                      I have contacted a person from reliance store in our town to give reliance dongle demo and we buyed it. We have paid for our 5gb unlimited but the plan is now changed (after 3 months from purchase) to 3 gb limited without any notice and they are billing for this plan.

I RECHARGED MY MOBILE WITH rs.50 LAST WEEK.I JUST SPOKE FOR 4rs TO 5rs .BUT NOW MY BALANCE IS rs.3.I JUST CANT UNDERSTAND WHERE MY 45rs HAS GONE.PLEASE DO LOOK INTO THIS ISSUE AND SEE TO THAT I GET MY MONEY BACK IN MY PGONE.                                         I am a customer of reliance communications with Ph no. [protected].
                                        There is a regular unauthorised deduction of money from my account while we are making no calls. Yesterday when I checked my balance it fell short by Rs100/- though we made no calls in the period.
                                        So I request you to investigate into the matter and take strict action against the offender. I hope that you will ensure refund of my money.
                                        My cell numbre is [protected].It is purchased in my brother's name Anil kumar joshi.dewahi(pahara) Mirzapur.On 28th Augest a massege came on my cell that a subscription of vas pack for renual is due for rupees 49/- and it on[protected] at near about 4.00am rupees 49/- was deducted from my balance.though before it I never subscribed for VAS pack.So there is no question of renuwal.Before deduction my balance was rupees 63.--paise .And on[protected] at 4.00 am it is deducted and my balance remainced only rupees 14.--paise.It will be horrible for me to have reliance cell if my balance will be so deducted without any reason.please check and refund my balance. I dont know who is activated this services i m complainting again & again . plz accept my complaint .

                                        10 rs. have been deducted from my account balance on 22-3-11 and same process on 23-3-11.
                                        these deductions are unauthorized and services are not used by me.
                                        please look in this matter otherwise i will port my number
                                        please unsubscire the my tashan.co.in service. they reduce rs 15every week frome my account. my mob.no. is [protected]
                                        i m using reliance prepaid connection no.[protected], in the name of DEEPAK PATEL ,,,at[protected] morning 10:45 am reliance company unnecessory subscribed caller tune on my number, nd they deducted 10 Rs for it, within 10 minute i went to reliance web world nd complaint for it, then they unsubscribed that caller tune, nd says ur amount will be refund at 48 hours,,,, after 55 hours i check my balance but that was not refunded to me ,,,, then i call to customer care for this problem so executive said it will not refund to u ,,,, u cant do anything for it.so plz do needful for me

                                        I recharged my alternate mobile number ([protected]) with an amount of Rs. 56 twice and got a balance of Rs. 152. I used only Rs. 30-32 for my calling. And the remaining amount has been dropped down to Rs. 0.023 yesterday afternoon. I complained to the Reliance Head Office, Jaipur regarding this matter and they say that they have no information regarding my recharge and balance deduction in their system. They said their system shows only Rs. 12 deduction whereas nearly Rs. 120 have been deducted. They refused to refund the amount. I see forward to your response into this matter ASAP. Thank You.

                                        I have a reliance gsm prepaid number registered under the name of Aayushi chawda. The number is [protected]
                                        On 28th june during the noon hours by 12 pm approx. My main balance was 82 Rs. Thereafter in the evening my main balance was Rs. 62.00. Meanwhile i havent made any such call or txtd ne1. This is a frequntly arrived problem.

                                        Please resolve.
