Reliance GSM - Amount Deducted for VAS Jumpgames which I have not used

yesterday i recharged my mobile with Rs.160, and today i recieved an sms stating that i have been charged Rs.10 for VAS Jumpgames. I dont even know what that is!!!
then i recieved an sms that said "thank you for downloading Dusky Felony/Videoclips"
please help, i haven't used any of these services!!!...

I have a reliance broadband connection with User Id[protected].
For last 3 months my connection is suffering with major outage. I have made complaint regarding this outage to reliance customer care several times but of no use. They always register a complain and assures me that problem will get resolved soon on high priority. Then problem gets resolved next day and after 8 - 10 hours connection again stops working....

On 3rd July I gave a cheque to Reliance of Rs.33,146/- and they made a promise that I'll be up and running in maximum period of 3 weeks. One week earlier they did the feasibility test but no action from them till now. Whenever I contact the manager he keeps saying that it will be done soon but no exact date.

Could you guys just install the connection or simply refund the amount? Also I sent a couple of tweets which was...

From last 3-4 days my sim network is the weakest network I have ever seen. For making a single call I have to dial atleast 4-5 times. All my friends and my family members have only reliance sim cards so it has become very difficult to communicate. this problem is due to poor maintenance of towers in our area... I have contact reliance many times regarding the data usage problems but in vain.
I have contacted a person from reliance store in our town to give reliance dongle demo and we buyed it. We have paid for our 5gb unlimited but the plan is now changed (after 3 months from purchase) to 3 gb limited without any notice and they are billing for this plan.
