[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — Worst customer care service

I was applied for Reliance Broadband connection 25/10/2009 . I cleared all my documents However, your people after their commitment to install the connection by 27/10/2009, failed to do so. They don’t pick up my phone or call back, i want to Reliance office Secunderabad i check there backend my application was not summited the given receipt no [protected], Executive used my amount for personal, Executive name Kiran [protected] office people the given me Executive boss number [protected] Ramakrishna he told that Executive taken ur amount his in outstation wen he come i will send u. till date i didn't rev that boss telling me iam send u money but his also don't pickup my call, make horrible excuses I can't understand how its possible with a company like Reliance. I am disappointed not because that they have not got my connection but they have constantly failed to keep their words and have been missing their dates.(Everyday they will assure me that their come give me my amount . However, nobody comes and the guy replies with a stupid excuse).

Reliance Broadnet — service

i want new conn.of i called reliance executive.same time my also want new i gave no.of exctv.after two days that exacutive called both o[censored]s and suggest take one plan and conn.i want plan of 750 and my friend also.then he suggest take 999 plan betn u wil have to pay 500-500 each and u wil get 300kbps speed.but for that u must invest for LAN(1000RS.)and router (3200)and a service we pay him all amount.after one day conn. failed.exetv.tels us that server upgradation is going on.after two more days he calls us and tel this plan is not supprted by i cut that conn.i lost my 4500 RS due to that reliance dont use reliance brodanet.i complans against him in zzeerroo action taken on him.

Reliance Mobile & Brod Band — Not Functioning Internet & Telephone Apparatus

Dear Sir,

I am broadband connection holder of your co. Mr. connection no. is[protected] and not functioning properly, since 15th June, 2008. Telephone apparatus provided by you is also for having the voice of your side and I can not even complaint for any problem in service.

So kindly either manage to restart the service or please disconnect it permanently as I am unable to bear the loss of such careless services.

I took up the Reliance Wi-max connection with 75 kpbs unlimited speed.

Inspite the net connectivity is very very very poor, if one day is connected another 10days it will disconnect. Many many complaints given and no now is attend to the complaint. The phones 30337777 or [protected] dont seem to be a working number . So I was left with the franchisee's ph for contact and they offered to rectify the fault in 72 hours.( ie. more time than what i have spent with this provider). Aad this has been repeated many times. I got angry cut the connection trhough the cable outside. A land line has been provided which is a dummy phone.
Reliance people send me bill. First off all there is no service, how i can pay the bill.

Their site where an online complaint can be booked can only be opened through their connection and with the user name and password, so how can some one register a complaint when they are cut off like me

Now I am left at the mercy of the franchisee to tell me a way of canceling this connection... and they asking me to pay the bill.
IS IT RIGHT TO DO? and it not good for reliance company.

Reliance Broadband — Not found reguler conactivity It is up-down & very slow

I have a 24 hour unlimited connection.
Date 26-07-08 From Date 26-07-08 my speed is very low .About this I reported to customer care and got a complained on no 72876579 and 72888078.
Date 27-07-08 Again next day date 27-07-08 afternoon I repeat my complained and the complaint no are 72906121 but I not got any response here or not solve the problem. In this connection I send an email 27.07.08
Date 28-07-08 Next day in noon a unskiled service enngg. Vist my home but not solve the problum.In evening I again requst to customer care to ragister a complain and the complain no is 72993048 .
Date 29-07-08 Not take any action till I write this mail at 7.00PM.
Dear Sir,
I contacted the Reliance web world situated at chowk Faizabad for a new postpaid land line phone connection for use of my office i.e. U.P. FINANCIAL CORPORATION FAIZABAD. The owner of the shop demanded me ID for which a letter from our employer alongwith cheque(CBS Branch) of required money have been sent. Now they are still to decide as whether they release connection to the deptt. or not? They are still demanding the photo for identity which is not possible being the Govt. Deptt./transferable job. Needless to mention our Bank A/C (Current & collection both) have been opened by the Bank without photo as well as the power connection too on the same pattern.
We are surpirsed such slow services being rendered by them to whom you have given the load for expansion of your connection in eastern U.P.
I shall be obliged if you please direct them to contact us soon and take decision immdiately so that we may contact other Cos. like Tata Indicom, Airtel etc.

I have called up reliance customer care services for atleast 10 times and visited their office at worli twice and lodged a complaint related to my service for not working. They are not able to identify or either rectify the problem yet. The service from a company like Reliance is so pathetic which no one could expect. I was promised that if there is any problem it would be solved in an hour or two not beyond that. But this time they took more that 4 days and my net is still not working pls take action against this comapany if you can.

Reliance Broadband — no plan change in 1 month

i am very sad with reliance, ibought a relbrodband . i pay 1200 +850 aprox for rechage (prepaid) .co said ur plan selected by compny is 25 rs per day .then icomplan to change plan they noted on18 july 2008 complant no 72231298 but no plan change untill 15 aug .now my balence is 0.00 they says plz rechage again they they note compland.i loss 360.00 RS .plz note by reliance authority .i suggest to all custmer escape from reliance and go for BSNL for prevent cheeting. i have alredy conecstion of bsnl and i am very happy with bsnl. manish [protected]

my telephone and internet broadband connection is dead from the past 20 days. I have called the r-care no.from any other phone and waisted my money till date no technician or executive is at my doors.

please send connection bill in reduced rate for 20 days otherwise i will disconnection and go to consumer court.

Reliance Broadband — can't access net from so many days

From past so many days my speed vent so down. iam hardly able post this complaint.Iam deepak/23 residing in bangalore.My tariff plan is 150 Kbps + Unlimited Download - Rs 750 / Month Plus taxes.From the 1st day to til now my speed is limited to just 15 to 20kbps..and from past so many days i cant able to check my yahoo mail also every time i try to connect to yahoo or any webpage iam getting an error called "Oops! This link appears broken.DNS error - cannot find server" and even somtimes there vil b an icon appeared on my local area connection tat no connectivity. I got fed up with this ISP .I tried to call several times to reliance customer care also emailed them but no positive response.I missed so many emails calling for an interview.most of the time i spend infront of the net coz iam a blogger and blogging is my hobby.Iam spending lotz n lotz of money on this stupid isp.if any body got to say somthin u r most welcomed.i tried several key words in google to search the stuff i want but same problem ...Oops! This link appears broken.DNS error -i checked and rechecked al the connections every thin is fine.currently iam having damn kool pc [protected]

Ive 2 connections of Reliance Broadband & I dont get a detailed usage of internet. That means I'll be charged extra amount for the internet Ive never used at all.. When ever I lodge a complaint Im just given the complaint number/ request number & no process is done later.. what does it mean? its been a month now every week im given a different complaint number by different customer care executives.. I dotn think they really care for customers.. If any of the reliance people care for reliance users rather than JUST MONEY need a reply to this
Iam Durga Prasad.I have paid Registration charges on 02/08/08 with Executive by name Syed Umar (MobileNo.[protected]) with an assurance of getting connection in max of 7days.Till now I have not got connection.And there is no response from the above person.I got fed up calling this person.Proper response is not there.I got fed up with the service of Reliance before getting connection.I want to cancel my Registration.Its very bad on the part of Reliance as it failed to win the confidence of customer.There may be many persons who are suffering like this.I will advice my friends not to go for Reliance any time.Service is very bad & very disgusting.The personnel of your company don’t have the minimum courtesy of calling the customer back when they say to do.Very bad.
I am also facing the same problem. I applied for Reliance Broadband on 29th May, 2008. Telephone instrument and modem was provided on 5th June, 2008 but the internet connection was not operationalised. I requested them many times to activate the internet connection but they did not activate it till 25 July. I got frustrated and requested them to disconnect the telephone and take away the modem and telephone instrument. I received a mail from the Reliance Broadband Customer Care that my the broadband connection has been disconnected. Yesterday I again received a mail from them saying that i have to pay the rental till the Broadband connection is disconnected and it normally takes about 15 days for processing the application.

Although I have paid the bill, I have been receiving many calls from them for payment of the bill and these people are very rude in their behaviour.

I have paid the earlier bill (though I was not provided the connection). I would like to know if I can go to consumer court if I receive a bill for the period after the disconnection of the bill.

I was requested on 23rd august for terminating my broadnet connection and request No. is 74500786.I want to terminate my connection due to Frequent Disconnection.SIR I want to aware you about your employee whose name is Mr. Harish(Mobile No-[protected]), who came at my home and told me that if I gave him a chance then he will provide me good broadnet service.And he promished me that he will solved my problem within 24 hour.And he take my signature on a paper.But after that neither he came nor any other employee.Rightnow my termination request is also cancled.sir my request is that please take action on your these type of employee who cheated your customer.And please Terminate my connection immediately.

Reliance Broadband — No Proper Customer service - Donot delvier what is commited

I am totally disappointed with the way you customer service and the organisation treat the customers.

I had lauched a compaint on Aug 21st ref # 74323943 regarding change in plan. Now when I get the bill i understand that the plan is not changed. When i spoke to the customer care one Mr. Mojeeb told me that the plan cannot be changed, then why did they inform earlier that the plan woulbe be changed immediateley. Mr. Mojeeb is not even allowing me to talk to the concered person who can solve the issue for me.

Relaince would call me to remind about the payment atleast 2-3 times in a month but dont even inform the customer about their status of the complaint. This clearly shows that concern is only to make money and not to provide any quality service for the money paid.

I needed this plan to be changed as what was commited.

Its really pathetic that Reliance commit certain things to their customer and does not deliver.

I've had a worse expereince when my connection went down on Aug 21st, during the sam conversation i registered a complaint for this # 74324063. I got a response only afer 4 days on 25th. By then i called a local guy to fix the issue. Reliance has only one thing in mind...just to take the money from their customers without giving proper service. Why do u guys do these cheap things...

Over all my regards for Reliance has gone to drain and this would be the image of Reliance that I would project to the market also to what ever extend I can.

Reliance Broadband — internet down for more than 48 hrs

I am a subscriber of reliance broadband. customer id:[protected]. In spite of 5 complaints through the customer service no action taken
worst customer care division met so far . i advise people not to take reliance braodband.

Reliance Broadnet — Stupid Customer Service


I have paid my broadband charges on 18th May and till now my services are not resumed. When contacted customer service on 19th May, I was informed that I need to wait a full 24 hours after payment to lodge any complaint with respect to the resuming of services. I was GUARANTEED that the servcies would resume WITHIN 24 hours of payment.

However, when the same didn't happen, I lodged a complaint on 19th Night with complain no 68856478 and was assured resuming of services in 4 hours. The same didn't happen again. Now that when I called up the cutsomer care and spoke to a person named Azhar, he told me that he will try his BEST to get me live again. When asked about timeline, the plain answer was " I cannot commit". When asked to connect to a senior person from his team, I was informed that there is a system where only he could talk to his superiors and he cannot make a customer talk to the seniors.

With these Services, Reliance AIMS to be the best customer service provider ISP ?
