[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — Worst customer care service

I was applied for Reliance Broadband connection 25/10/2009 . I cleared all my documents However, your people after their commitment to install the connection by 27/10/2009, failed to do so. They don’t pick up my phone or call back, i want to Reliance office Secunderabad i check there backend my application was not summited the given receipt no [protected], Executive used my amount for personal, Executive name Kiran [protected] office people the given me Executive boss number [protected] Ramakrishna he told that Executive taken ur amount his in outstation wen he come i will send u. till date i didn't rev that boss telling me iam send u money but his also don't pickup my call, make horrible excuses I can't understand how its possible with a company like Reliance. I am disappointed not because that they have not got my connection but they have constantly failed to keep their words and have been missing their dates.(Everyday they will assure me that their come give me my amount . However, nobody comes and the guy replies with a stupid excuse).

Reliance Broadband — misbehaviour and no action against complaints

the internet connection was cut without any information given irrespective of the fact that the bill is paid on time. Even after continuous complaints and requess and pleading no action was taken and the customer care executives behave extremely badly. they have absolutely no sense of duty or responsibility. i request that immediate action shoulb be taken against such employees. thanking you

Reliance Broadband — Delaaaaaay in installation

I applied for a Broad band combo home plan on 31.8.2009. When i am applying they assured me that within three days the installation will be over in my home and i can use the phone and internet.
But till now (14.10.2009 45 days over) they have not installed. I tried several times their local people in Coimbatore and every time they are replying that there are shoratge of modem and cables and the connection will be given within 7 days. I am getting this reply from the past 40 days. Even i tried several times their customer service at chennai. they are also replying the same. These people are disconnecting the line when i am insisting to complete the installation at the earliest. Now i dont kow to whom i have to contact and when i will get my connection or my money which given as installation charge.

Now i have the following doubts:

Without having sufficient stock of modem and cables, why thse peoples are collecting the applications?

If it is not possible to give connection, why they are depositing the cheque which i have given for installation charge and collecting money from my bank account.

Earlier i used AIRTEL Broad band phone service and i felt very much satisfied with the service. un fortunately due to change of residence AIRTEL dont have service in my present residential area. So i applied for Reliance thinking that it will be also like AIRTEL. But now i realised that even BSNL is honour and better than Reliance.

My very big question is.....................

I heard a gozzip that Ambani group got developed in india very fast by some malpractices in business. Is this also a type of gathering public money .

Reliance Broadband — Disconnected due to address verification

Hi,

My Broadband No: [protected]. My connection is down since a week due to negative verification, even though 4 people have come down to my place(Brijesh [protected] has sent niranjan) for verification an i have gone to the webstore also.

I have also asked for first month free rental written confirmation 2 weeks back.

very bad service, i will make sure the future reliance customers are aware of this useless service if things do not progress in a proper way.



I have already visited the chembur reliance webstore 4 days back and they said we already have your documents, the service will start taday evening(11 oct 2009).



I think its enough now. please tell me the process to discontinue with Reliance.

Reliance Broadband — DON'T GO FOR RELIANCE BROADBAND

This is a general feedback... Please...Please don't go for reliance broadband services....It is the worst service. I am Reliance Broadband+ customer since 8 months. Reliance promisses to give 3.1 Mbps of speed....but I have never got a speed greater than 600 Kbps and that also in a blue moon...no hearing from reliance....always the same answer but no result...SO IF YOU DON'T WANNA CRY LATER ON....DON'T GO FOR IT!!!!
I'm using Airtel with a 256 KBPS connection, and it runs perfectly fine.

Reliance Broadband — Service not provided

This is with reference to connection taken for broadband service on ph no ;[protected] as on[protected] through ch no; 392829 of Rs 500/ drawn on HDFC bank,line was connected later six m/s but till yet i have not provided with broadband service. Again I have called for so many time but connection has not been activated and also my money was not refunded to me. even though i am paying the monthly bill properly in due time.After cosidering al this i have applied for disconnection of line and paid all the bills duly. Now the line was disconnected but my money was not refunded to me and customer care excutive using improper words on demand of my money.
so, i requesr you to solve the matter and made refund of my money.

Its regarding an issue which took placed regarding the delay in payment. My account #[protected]. A person called me over my hand phone stating for the payment for past due, way the she spoke to me was too harsh and she used filthy language and she spoke badly about me and my mother which I don’t wanted to mention it over here.

I spoke about this to yuva kumar who is the manager of the broadband connection; he told he will take necessary steps in this issue. And the person who spoke to me on Saturday (24/10/09) from the number 32472281 and her name is suganya (team leader)

Reliance Broadband Connection — Worst Service ever in the world

We had applied for Reliance Broad Band Connection and gave advance of Rs.500 to the Sales Executive. He took the cheque and it was in the company's name and cheque cleared from bank and now the Reliance Broad Band Connection has not been given stating that there is no facility for the area.This is a open fraud and they are aware of the broad band facility, whether available or not to the concerned area. This is a new way of collecting money and clearing them keeping them in their a/c for some time and if we refuse and ask for refund they will take another 15 days to process which means such money Rs.500 from each customer is being collected and they use that for their personal use and later they say that they refund after 15 days. This is different approach by Reliance Broad Band to collect money from people and cheat them for which they have to be shameful. This is how they have build the Reliance Empire by cheating all the poor people and collecting money and telling them like refunding the money later. How long will this go on and people please be alert. Dont pay anything until you get connection or better dont go for Reliance Products as it is completly fraud and inappropriate.
Reliance broad band customer service worst in india...dont think about cost. Airtel is ok as per my friend who has the Airtel connection and their customer care service. But I felt very bad about reliance custcare service, last 7 days I tried, even they are not ready to solve my issues.

broadband surfing — misuse of id

I AM THE CUSTOMER OF RELIANCE WEB WORLD SINCE LAST 4 YEARS AT VADODARA.
NORMALLY I GO TO MEGHDHANUSH RACE COURESE AND FATEHGUNJ.

MY USER ID IS LOVESAM. MY LAST BALANCE WAS Rs.9500/-. BUT SOMEBODY HAS MISUSED IT AND MADE MY BALANCE ZERO.

I HAVAE NOT GIVEN MY ID AND PASSWORD TO ANYBODY TO USE.
PLEASE HELP ME TO RETURN MY BALANCE.
I agree with all these people. Reliance Broadband service is wrost in india.
And they are not listening their customers too. I phase network problem too many times and also this time i got one big and major problem regarding reliance broadband bill.

Mine bill last due date is 2nd nov 2009. And they have disconnect my connection on 29th oct 2009 due to unpaid bill. As mine due date is still away and is 2nd nov 2009. Even i didnt get bill copy till 28th nov 2009. I just get message regarding bill on my mobile.

One major reason of not bill paid from my side till 28th is also that. I have complaint regarding my bill amount to the customer care on 24th oct 2009. But till 28th they didn't care to reply on that complaint.

Customer care people are providing us a complaint number. But when we call back with this complaint number then they are asking that the complaint number is worth less for us. Whjat a ridicules answer by them.

They didn't feel to inform to customer regarding disconnection.
i applied for reliance broad combo offer on 13th aug 2009 in last week of sept the line was pulled and hence the connection installed but till date the phone has not been provided as promised to be done within couple of days, lateron hundreds of telephonic complaints have been made to customer care but of no use every time i am assured that within 24 or 48 hrs my complaint will solved. This is very disgustiing and tarnishing the image of rcil
Yes, this is really a very major issue with reliance customer care. It does not seem that this is the company who really wants his customers connected with it. I purchased the data card broadband plus connection 3 days ago which was including 10 GB free for the very first month. But after the purchasing they have been telling me that your 10 GB is in the process of approve so you need to wait for 4 hours and after those 4 hours when we contact to them they say It may take next 4 hours as well and so on. And finally the situation is that 3 days has passed out and nothing a good response from their side.

I took this broadband connection because I was in the critical situation for one of my web-application project and its my business. I explained everything to the Reliance Shop guy that I need this urgently. But I think they are not doing their business as well as they are loosing my business credibility.

I don't know whats their rule of business is. But mine one is Provide Good Services and Stay in Market.

Is this look like a biggest company of India. (The reliable one) ?????

Reliance Broadband — Delay in installation of product

I did apply for Reliance broadband 499 plan on dated 20.09.09 . My acknowledgement number is [protected]. When the sales person came for registration in, they promised me make the installation within 3 working days. Inspite of their commitment they neither install the product nor they picking up my phone.

One officer Mr. Montu Khan[protected] catagorically misbehave and refuse to refund my money and said that i should contact with the salesperson.

I am totally confused. Please help.

Reliance Broadband — OVER CHARGES OF BROADBAND TARIFF

I am Reliance broadband user. I have received my bill for Rs.649.19 for the month of October 2010 which is excess.They have levied Rs.25 on account of delay charges which is quite a mental tension to a customer. I have paid at their collection centre on 12/10/2009 and they have shown it received on 21/10/2009 which itself speaks wrong doing on the part of either by collection centre or Reliance personnel. Secondly they have made a charges of Rs.16.50 for the charges on account of STD made at Himachal/Punjab Nos. This is again highness on the part of billing section. When STD is not available on my phone how they can make charges for the use of STD.Secondly for their local charges disclosure they are demanding additional charges which is against the TRAI rules. 1. PLEASE VISIT THEIR IPCL, ANDHERI WEST OFFICE TO SEE THEIR FUNCTIONING & KIND OF STAFF THEY KEEP.

2. THEY TAKE CLOSURE REQUEST ON THE PHONE, BUT I[censored] ASK THEM FOR A HARD COPY OR TO ACKNOLWEDGE YOUR LETTER REQUEST OF CLOSURE THEY DONT DO IT.

3. SO, THEY CONTINUE SENDING U LETTERS LATER TOO.

4. DONT EVER SUBSCRIBE TO RELIANCE SERVICES. HIGHLY MICHIEF PPL. SMELL THE RATS BEFORE THEY INFECT.
I wanted to shift my telephone from a place in my room to place withen the room, so i need an external wire to shift it so please provide me with the external wire and help to shift my phone . My Contact Number Is [protected]. I will be avilable any time .

I too had applied for Reliance Broadband connection, two months back for which my account has been debited for installation charges and there is no follow up call from any of the person from Reliance. So please help me in getting connection.
